QUESTA UNITÀ COMPRENDE UNA SERIE DI SEDIE DA SPIAGGIA GRATUITE CON OMBRELLO DAL 1 MARZO 31 OTTOBRE !!

A partire dal 21/10 e fino al 13/12, la Laguna Pool e la East Polynesian Pool rimarranno chiuse per manutenzione. La piscina ad ovest, situata tra le Torri 3 e 4, rimarrà aperta.

Il caldo sole della Florida e la fresca brezza dell'oceano ti aspettano in questo splendido quinto piano, torre condominio a quattro angoli al Long Beach Resort! Questa unità dispone di arredi di lusso e incredibili viste sull'oceano da parete a parete, dal pavimento al soffitto da ogni stanza di questo paradiso di 1400 piedi quadrati. Il soggiorno ha molti comodi posti a sedere con un divano in morbida pelle, divanetto e sedia di grandi dimensioni per guardare la nuova TV a schermo piatto. Nella camera da letto principale, c'è un letto king size con materasso pillow-top nuovo e tv a schermo piatto e nella seconda camera da letto, due letti queen size con materassi pillow-top nuovissimi e tv a schermo piatto. Ogni camera ha anche il suo bagno privato di dimensioni standard con una grande vasca da giardino in marmo e vanità in marmo con i suoi lavandini, le docce hanno le porte di vetro senza soluzione di continuità. Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo e entrambe le camere da letto si aprono tutte su un enorme balcone privato che si affaccia su 1300 piedi di zucchero bianco spiaggia, l'arredamento del balcone è nuovo di zecca. Goditi la grande piscina laguna (6800 piedi quadrati) con isole tropicali e cascate (situate tra le torri 2 e 3), due piscine polinesiane (riscaldate stagionalmente), tre vasche idromassaggio, bar a bordo piscina e grill (stagionale), jet ski / ombrellone in loco noleggio sedie, accesso recintato e sicurezza 24 ore su 24 con ampio parcheggio. Siamo vicini a tutti i migliori ristoranti, negozi, parchi divertimenti, campi da golf e se dimentichi qualcosa, non ti preoccupare, Super Wal Mart è proprio dall'altra parte della strada!

Breathtaking View

Prettiest week ever for summer vacation!!! The ocean was crystal clear all week! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Condo in a good location. Kim’s Condo’s was so easy to work with. She and her staff are great!

Great Location

The condo overall was very good overall. Had a couple of issues that was solved very quickly by host. Probably needs a few more instructions about controls of the different tvs in each room. The gate to beach chairs and one of pools was close but main pool was a little farther walk. The food bar was closed most of the week but opened later in week. The overall experience was great other than rain !!!

My Happy Place

Long Beach Resort is by far my favorite place to stay in PCB and this condo upheld my expectations. The spacious layout was perfect for working remotely and each guest had the same ocean views from the bedrooms. From the beautiful furnishings to the amazing balcony, this place very quickly became my happy place. I didn’t want to leave!

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Condo looked exactly as pictured. The two master suites were perfect for us. The condo is large and we enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on making it an annual event. Highly recommend this rental

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The shower had hair in it, the floors are filthy (will turn your feet black). The shower also had a moldy tile that I thought was gonna fall at any time. The kids loved the big pool (although it had lots of debris in it from the surrounding trees). It definitely needs to be cleaned out more than once a day. The beds are comfortable and condo has very nice views of the ocean from both rooms. We loved the flip flop room. Overall I would stay here again and plan to come back.

Perfect family getaway

The location and property were perfect and we loved how both rooms had amazing beach views. The beach chair rentals were a huge plus. There was a female security guard who was so pleasant and instantly made us feel welcomed. She definitely was a unexpected delight with our stay.

Beautiful and perfect stay!

This listing did not disappoint! Pictures are spot on, right on the beach. We did not use the pool, we were only here for a couple of days, but it is beautifully remodeled, huge kitchen, large bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms. Do take beach towels, we forgot ours! Balcony is spacious and a great place to relax.

Long Beach Resort Kim's Condos - 5 star

The condo was very nice. The location is awesome, in large part because it is just inside the envelope where most of the Air Force fly-bys do their turn, so you can watch the planes fly west, make their turn, and back east to the base. It was like a little air show every day, loved it. Facilities were nice. Didn't touch the pool. Just minutes to the county fishing pier, which is nice, happened to be there at the right time to catch a few Spanish Mackerel and some squid. Didn't try surf fishing. Condo was well furnished, beds were reasonably comfortable. They had TV with a lot of channels, so wifey got to watch the HGTV some, which she liked. I had to work, wi-fi was quite adequate for video calls and file transfers.

Beautiful Views and Comfortable

Very pleased with our stay. Condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony and floor to ceiling windows make this condo better than average. We also enjoyed the clean carpeted bedrooms and comfy beds. The property is well maintained and the heated pools are nice! . Highly recommmended!

Long Beach is our favorite

Vacation with our family in PCB every summer. Kim’s condos exceeded our expectations which made for a relaxing week at the beach with all the comforts of home. Looking forward to next year.

Excellent vacation

We have been coming to PCB for over 15 years and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at!! There is not one bad or negative thing we can say. The condo is clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We absolutely loved the balcony space, the beds were comfortable, the included beach chairs were so nice, the elevators were quick and the beach was big enough that we were all spread out and not crowded like most resorts. Security is active but not over bearing, parking is fantastic!!! We will always rent this exact condo every year!!! We have found our vacation home away from home!!!

Leaking ceiling.

We had a leak problem with the upstairs condo, we called, emailed the problem and it wasn't handled right away, technicians showed up next day and left equipment socking out water from sofa and carpet it was midnight when I had to unplug the equipment it was way too laud.
