Recentemente arredate e decorate. Incredibile arredamento costiero !!!!! SUL 5 ° PIANO di Tower 3 !!!

Questa unità includerà due serie di sedie da spiaggia gratuite per la stagione 2019 !!

Il nostro Tower 3 quinto piano 3 camere da letto 3 condominio bagno dispone di finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che forniscono tutte le camere con una vista incredibile della spiaggia, acque blu smeraldo e tramonti spettacolari sul Golfo del Messico. Il condominio ha 1756 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo interno. Nuovo divano e divanetto, sedie da pranzo, biancheria da letto, arte della parete e pezzi d'accento. Splendida decorazione costiera !!!!!

Tutte e 3 le camere sono estremamente spaziose con 3 bagni privati ​​completi di doppio lavabo e vasche da giardino di grandi dimensioni. Ci sono grandi TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere da letto.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata per preparare i pasti e posti a sedere non è un problema - tavolo da pranzo per sei e posti a sedere per tre al bar per la colazione.

Il condominio è dotato di una nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per la vostra convenienza. !

Non uno ma due balconi creano l'atmosfera perfetta per divertirsi al sole, relax e privacy alla fine della giornata.

Il Long Beach Resort si trova direttamente sulle spiagge sabbiose di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Il resort dispone di 2 piscine polinesiane (con riscaldamento stagionale), 3 spa Jacuzzi e una piscina laguna di 6800 piedi quadrati con isole di palme, cascate e lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale. L'HangOut Bar and Grill si trova nella piscina lagunare.

Il Long Beach Resort offre sicurezza 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni alla settimana. Il parcheggio si trova direttamente di fronte al tuo edificio, non sul lato opposto della strada, non in un garage a molti piani molto alto!

Questo è un condominio NON FUMATORI, ANIMALI NON sono ammessi, e AFFITTO deve avere almeno 25 anni di età. C'è un soggiorno minimo di 2 notti.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Fabulous condo

This condo was everything we were looking for! Fantastic views, plenty of space and pools! All bedrooms had ocean views and balcony access. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing while having your morning coffee in the balcony. We would love to stay again!

Perfect Place!

Condo was perfect! Big and spacious, beautiful decorations, everything you could want/need was supplied. Host was exceptional to deal with, no complaints what so ever. We will definitely be back next year to this unit! PS~ all outlets worked, ac units were great. If you like a really cold bedroom~ sleep in one closest to laundry room~ vents blow directly on bed~ and it feels amazing 😀 Elevators were quick, pools were awesome also. Easy access in and out to beach.

Great stay

Would definitely stay again

Condo is very beautiful and great place to stay. Only issues we had was that it wasn’t getting cool in the front bedrooms. The bedrooms never got below 79 during the day and 74 at night. The king suite stayed very cool and no issues. Windows let in a lot of heat even with the curtains closed and both sliding doors are very hard to open and close as the tracks is worn out. Other than that we absolutely loved the condo and the resort itself. Quick elevators, easy beach access and chair service, great pools and hot tub!

Stay Here!

Long Beach Resort was perfect for our family! The condo was very clean and Kim's Condos was great. Check in was easy and they answered any questions we had quickly. With 3 pools at the resort, we had many swimming options and never had to wait long for an elevator. Access to the beach was great! We loved the gated community of the resort and the security guard letting residents in and out! The beach was never crowded in front of our resort. Many restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort and Kim's Condos to anyone!

Highly Recommend

Just returned from week stay at Long Beach Resort. This condo was very clean and well stocked. The view was absolutely amazing. Condo was beautifully decorated. Check in was easy and efficient. Definitely worth the the money!!!!

This is a great condo!

We went with our adult children and teenage grandchildren. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room to sit on the porch; along with open area inside with space for games, meals and tv. Can’t wait to go another time.

We’ve stayed at Long Beach Resort for the past four years and it never disappoints. First time in this condo and it was great, plenty of room and privacy for our family. Easy access to the parking lot, beach and pool.

Okay, not great

Upon entering the property all I could hear was sand crunching beneath my feet leading me to believe that it was not swept or vacuumed prior to my arrival. Several electrical outlets did not work. There was pop tart wrapper on the floor under the curtain In the living room, pillows on the floor. It just didn’t seem clean at all. There was a box fan in the closet which was a nice surprise, but it didn’t work.. the air vents were dusty and filthy. The couch was old and worn. People above us were loud all night. It is close to the pool, but that just meant you heard kids screaming all day. I just expected more after paying over 5k for a condo. Not impressed, but the beach views were great. If you’re going to spend this much money stay somewhere nicer.

Wonderful location. Perfect spot for our family.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. Great location. Close to places to eat and shop without being in a crowded area. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing week with family. Each group had their own bedroom/bathroom and plenty of space in the living areas to be together.

Location, Location, Location

Great location, the bonus, and it is a large bonus is the 4 beach chairs the unit comes with. Some of the sliding patio doors would not lock or close all the way, and other small issues but it really didn't matter since we were gone the majority of the time. I would rent a car for the entire trip next time. It is located around several stores etc. but much easier with a car.

The location was great the condo is nice but they need to get new cleaning people. the shower curtains in all 3 bathrooms have mold on them. The floors need a good cleaning as well. There also need to provide more towels. Other than the cleaniness which is very important it was nice

AMAZING!

Absolutely beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the ocean in every bedroom and the living room! Easy access to beach, pools and parking area and no wait for elevators! Had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Thank you Kim’s Condos, we’ll be back!!

Good Location, Good sIze Condo, nicely decorated.

Not as clean as expected especially with COVID 19. No TP upon arrival. Not enough towels. Management was responsive with our concerns. We have stayed at Long Beach many times over the last 20 years and enjoy the size and location. Condo really needs a thorough cleaning. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the bad weather due to SALLY..

Love Long Beach
