Il caldo sole della Florida e le fresche brezze oceaniche ti aspettano in questo splendido sesto piano, torre tre condomini al Long Beach Resort! Questa unità dispone di arredi di lusso e incredibili viste sull'oceano da parete a parete, dal pavimento al soffitto da ogni stanza di questo paradiso di 1400 piedi quadrati. Il soggiorno ha un enorme divano componibile che offre molti comodi posti a sedere per guardare la nuova TV / DVD a schermo piatto da 37 ". Nella camera matrimoniale, c'è un letto king size e nella seconda camera da letto, due letti queen size. C'è una TV e una chaise longue in ogni camera da letto per rilassarsi e guardare la spiaggia. Ogni camera ha anche un proprio bagno privato di dimensioni standard, il bagno principale dispone di una bellissima nuova passeggiata nel centro benessere con doccia piastrellata e il bagno per gli ospiti dispone di una grande vasca da giardino in marmo e vanità in marmo. Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo e le due camere da letto si aprono tutte su un enorme balcone privato che si affaccia su 1300 piedi di zucchero bianco spiaggia. Goditi la grande piscina laguna (6800 piedi quadrati) con isole tropicali e cascate (situate tra le torri 2 e 3), due piscine polinesiane (riscaldate stagionalmente), tre vasche idromassaggio, bar a bordo piscina e grill (stagionale), jet ski / ombrellone in loco noleggio sedie, accesso recintato e sicurezza 24 ore su 24 con ampio parcheggio. Siamo vicini a tutti i migliori ristoranti, negozi, parchi divertimenti, campi da golf e se dimentichi qualcosa, non ti preoccupare, Super Wal Mart è proprio dall'altra parte della strada!

Great patio with nice lounge chairs. Condo beautifully furnished and just as described. All check in information emailed early with great communication. We had a nice visit. Would rent again.

The view was exceptional. Close to a lot of things. However the codo was not very clean. Sand on bar and kitchen counters. No trash bags. Food splattered on kitchen wall. Ice maker acted up didn't make ice for awhile. Shower in bathroom didn't work right for a time.

The property was beautiful, well stocked, clean, and roomy. We had 4 kids and 2 adults, we all had plenty of room and privacy. The location is sublime, absolutely stunning. We will definitely be booking with you and Kims Condos again! Thank you!

Great place to stay! Zero hassles with check in/out process, location is perfect and condo was clean, had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. Condo complex staff was super friendly and helpful! Absolutely will rent from Kim's Condos again. Thank you!

We had a pleasant experience even though the people above were a little loud at times our experience was enjoyable. The condo provided us with the opportunity to have sleeping arrangements for myself, my son, mother and niece. They thoroughly enjoyed the shower in the master bedroom.

This is the second year my wife and I have stayed at Long Beach resort. This condo was very nice and beautifuly decorated. The master shower was great. We loved the floor to ceiling windows. The entire grounds were very well kept and security was onsite 24/7.

We loved our stay at Long Beach. Our condo was exactly as pictured and was the perfect size for our party of four. The master bathroom shower was wonderful! The only suggestion I have is a deep clean of the condo. Overall the condo was in great condition, however the kitchen drawers and cabinets need cleaning. We would definitely stay at this condo in the future.

Condo was nicely appointed but did have a funky smell. Kind of like old cigarettes. Would recommend getting a set of sheets which fit the deep mattress in the primary bedroom & also investing in some decent hardware for the headboards in the guest bedroom so the headboards don't hit the wall. Location is great & having the beach service included a real plus.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of space and it was exactly as described. We did have an issue with one of the balcony doors upon arrival. It was broken and non functional. Kim jumped right on it and the door was fixed within a few days. In our particular building, one of the two elevators wasn’t working. It was being re-built we heard. But to be honest, only having one working elevator, you would think that would be a nightmare. But it wasn’t. We loved the condo and will for sure stay again.

The condo was very nice. Bed's were comfortable. The couch was comfortable and the balcony table and chairs were nice. Loved the big shower as well. Did not use the kitchen except for coffee. We ate out every day. The only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't clean. I had to do some cleaning when we first got there. furniture was dusty and the fan in the master had dust hanging from it. But other than that great condo. Close to the elevators and trash shoot. the view from the balcony is breath taking. I would rent this condo again.

The online photos of this property did not properly show the style of the decor. This unit is extremely dark and looks nothing like a bright beach rental. The master bedroom was so dark that you could not read in bed without the ceiling fan light on. The unit was also dirty. There was lots of statuary and faux plants and they were all laden with dust. I slide out the nightstand in the master bedroom to plug something up and there were dust bunnies everywhere. We ended up have to sweep and dust before we went to bed due to allergies. Both commodes periodically stopped up and had to be plunged. There was also mold and mildew buildup in the master shower. Otherwise, all appliances worked, a/c was cool and the furnishings were comfortable. I probably won’t rent this unit again.

The condo is well stocked, kitchen cookware and utensils are plentiful. Only outage was no kitchen dish rags, and could have used more wash cloths in both bathrooms. The condo is very large and the large sectional was exceptional to provide lots of seating. The pool areas are beautiful. We have stayed at Long Beach for many years, Any time we go to Pananma City, we always stay at Long Beach.

First, the pictures of the condo do not match the actual condo. My sister and I were expecting 2 sinks in our bathroom and we found that some remodeling was done and we ended up with a lovely bathroom with only 1 sink. The condo itself was wonderful and very comfortable. We have stayed at a few condos in Long Beach Resort and we especially loved the huge couch and outdoor furniture. We arrived on Saturday May 11th and settled in right away. However, there was no paper towels in the kitchen and 1 dishtowel for the entire week. We ended up buying more dish towels which was no big deal. We did leave them there for the next tenant. After a few days we noticed that there was water under the sink and called Kim's office to let her know. The workman arrived the same day and fixed the leak. We also had a problem with the dishwasher and by the time we left on the 18th it appears that there wasn't any water going to the dishwasher. I ended up hand washing the dishes before we left. Again no big deal. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed just relaxing on the balcony after a long day in the sun. The other issue was not with Kim's Condos but the resort itself. They normally had 3 pools two heated and one not heated. We loved using the pool right down from our Condo. On Tuesday we got notified that that pool was getting work done and it was closed Tuesday night through Saturday. The other heated pool between Bldgs 1-2 was closed the entire time we were there because of the stucco on the building needed repair after the hurricane. We were left with the large lagoon pool which is not heated. Be prepared if you stay at Long Beach Resort. My sister got some bites on her arms and legs and went to the pharmacist who told her it was bites possibly spider mites from the Hibiscus plants on the balcony. They were covered in little bugs.

Highly recommend and would most definitely return! Views from condo were amazing and beach was fantastic and significantly less crowded than all neighboring resorts/ condos. Everyone is extrememy friendly & helpful. There was only one (if you can even call it a negative because it was fully disclosed). You can not get into your condo until EXACTLY 4:00 without paying $50/hour extra. We arrived at 3:20 and had to wait 40 minutes to get in. Just a downer... I was shocked that there would be additional charges to get in early... In 20+!years of vacationing I have never seen that anywhere we have gone. That was the biggest disappointment of the week. I would most definitely return and highly recommend this unit. Also suggest contacting Kim’s condo’s directly to save $$.

We stay at Long Beach at least once a year and sometimes twice, this room was great. It had everything that you would want and need. The only thing was the mattress in the master bedroom was not the best, but we made due and had a great vacation. I would stay there again and again and again. Kentucky #BBN

This is our 5th year at Long Beach. Love the 2 master bedrooms, lagoon pool, hot tub, large balcony, fast elevators, security, etc.
