Il nostro condominio Tower 3 con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni condominio presenta finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che offrono tutte le camere con una vista incredibile sulla spiaggia, acque blu smeraldo e tramonti spettacolari sul Golfo del Messico. Il condominio ha 1756 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo interno. L'unità è stata recentemente rinnovata con pavimenti in listoni di grandi dimensioni, bellissimi nuovi ripiani in cucina con nuovi elettrodomestici e due cabine doccia nel master e nella terza camera da letto.

Tutte e 3 le camere sono estremamente spaziose con 3 bagni privati completi di doppio lavabo. Due bagni sono dotati di docce a piedi molto aggiornate. Ci sono grandi TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere da letto.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata per preparare i pasti e posti a sedere non è un problema - tavolo da pranzo per sei e posti a sedere per tre al bar per la colazione. La cucina è stata aggiornata con nuovi elettrodomestici con nuovi ripiani in granito e nuovo backsplash.

Il condominio è dotato di una nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per la vostra convenienza!

Non uno ma due balconi creano l'atmosfera perfetta per divertirsi al sole, relax e privacy alla fine della giornata.

Il Long Beach Resort si trova direttamente sulle spiagge sabbiose di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Il resort dispone di 2 piscine polinesiane (riscaldate stagionalmente), 3 spa Jacuzzi e una piscina laguna di 6800 piedi quadrati completa di isole di palme, cascate e lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale. L'HangOut Bar and Grill si trova nella piscina lagunare.

Long Beach Resort ha sicurezza 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni alla settimana. Il parcheggio si trova direttamente di fronte all'edificio, non sul lato opposto della strada, non in un parcheggio a più piani.

Questo è un condominio NON FUMATORI, ANIMALI NON sono ammessi, e AFFITTO deve avere almeno 25 anni di età. C'è un soggiorno minimo di 2 notti.

Super-Wal-Mart, ristoranti e negozi sono raggiungibili a piedi. Golf, zoo, parco acquatico, centro commerciale all'aperto Pier Park, teatri, sono solo a breve distanza.

Greene's Spring

Overall, a very good experience. The room was spacious, the AC worked well, included washer and dryer, and the water was hot and lots of water pressure. You have to be careful with the week you book due to some school's spring break schedule. Had we stayed the prior week, I am sure it would not have been as enjoyable. Lots of police presence on our check-in day due to the visitors of that week, who would be checking out the following day.

The unit was great for our multi-family vacation. Plenty of room with some privacy for all. We were a party of eight and had plenty for room. We love Long Beach! The chairs provided on the beach were a nice perk!

Not Clean

Fans were dirty. Doors were dirty. Sliding glass door was extremely hard to open even after we cleaned out lots of crud from the tracks and bought silicone spray for it. Kitchen not stocked well. No vent fans in bathrooms. Middle bedroom stayed hot. Ond dead cockroach upon checking in and another live giant one another day. We have stayed in many units at this resort and we love Long Beach, but will not stay in this unit again.

Amazing Place

The condo is amazing… very comfortable… you might to bring extra shower towels just in case you like to shower every time you come from the beach… they do have towels for all 10 guests! Amazing view and very easy checking and out!

Family beach vacation

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! The condo was perfect for our family with gorgeous views of the beach from living room and all bedrooms. We were in tower 3 and grandkids had a great time in the lagoon pool as well as on the beach. Enjoyed lunch and drinks at the Hangout by the pool. The 2 beach chairs with umbrella were great and used every day! Very close to many restaurants and shopping. LOTS OF TRAFFIC so allow extra time to get to a reservation. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and full size washer and dryer came in handy. The only thing missing was a travel bed for a baby which other condos I have rented always had. It would also be nice if there were a few games and beach toys for kids. Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our whole family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. Even saw some dolphins one morning! Easy to communicate with Kim's Condos. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Such a fun Spring Break 2023!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our son and a few of his senior friends. It was a great location! The beach access was awesome and the multiple pools were fantastic. Tons of food options within walking distance. It seemed to be the calm end of the strip so it was never overly crowded or rowdy. The boys had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy all the best that Panama Beach has to offer! We’ll be back in a few years when our other son and his buddies want to have their senior spring break.

The View is Worth It

The condo itself was mediocre, at best. BUT THE VIEW!! THATS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Most of our time was spent on the patio. The 1st night, the showers ran cold very quickly into showering. There was also a weird smell inside the condo. Overall, the stay was good. There were no trashcans hardly in the condo, none in the bedrooms or the kitchen. There was also no seasonings of condiments there, which wasn't noted, so we didn't cook while there.

All you could ask for

First time going to Panama City Beach, and renting from Kim’s Condo couldn’t have been more convenient. Not only was the listing just as described but the location to the beach was fantastic. It was also a good walking distance to many restaurants. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time with beautiful views!

Loved having views from all of the bedrooms and access to balconies! Elevator was a little questionable, and maybe a better cleaning of the master bath shower. Definitely would stay again though!

Enjoyed grately

Just a few cleaning issues and 2 of the beds needed a bit of attentions for possibly being broke down, but was an amazing view and enjoyed our stay a lot. Will defineitly consider staying there again. Miss it already!
