L'unità 1403 di Long Beach Resort Tower 3 è un attico di 1.368 piedi quadrati con due camere da letto e due bagni situati nella Torre 3. Entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno sono sul fronte del Golfo con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e accesso al GRANDE balcone di 270 piedi quadrati con vista sulla spiaggia e sui tramonti senza pari! Tutte le camere sono spaziose con ripiani in granito in cucina, incredibili soffitti a volta in soggiorno e soffitti rialzati in entrambe le camere. La principale area soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina ha anche finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che attraversano i 22 piedi dell'ampio spazio di vita aperto! La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui avrai bisogno, inclusa una macchinetta del caffè Keurig Mini, quindi porta le tue K-Cup! Il balcone offre una vista incredibile! La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size, una TV a schermo piatto e un'area salotto, oltre a un'ampia cabina armadio. Il bagno principale dispone di un doppio lavabo e una grande vasca / doccia in stile giardino. La camera degli ospiti offre due letti queen size e una TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno per gli ospiti dispone di doppio lavabo e vasca / doccia in stile giardino. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale, ottimo per i bambini e una grande TV a schermo piatto.

Long Beach Resort ha accesso recintato con sicurezza 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni alla settimana. Il parcheggio è direttamente di fronte al tuo edificio, non dall'altra parte della strada o in un garage alto e stretto! Long Beach offre anche un ampio parcheggio per gli ospiti. Ci sono tre piscine, due piscine in stile polinesiano riscaldate stagionalmente e l'enorme piscina laguna di 6800 piedi quadrati con isole tropicali e cascate. Ogni piscina ha la propria vasca idromassaggio jacuzzi. Goditi un hamburger e la tua bevanda preferita al bar e grill a bordo piscina Lagoon, The Hangout, aperto stagionalmente. Long Beach si trova vicino a tutti i grandi ristoranti, campi da golf, putt putt, attrazioni per bambini e non ti preoccupare se dimentichi qualcosa, Wal Mart è in fondo alla strada e Pier Park è solo una breve e panoramica strada in Front Beach Road !

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Our week stay at your condo was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped and updated. Upon check-in we had a couple of minor issues but was taken care of immediately. The weather was great and the gulf was absolutely gorgeous. Having beach chair service was a plus. We would love to come back here again.

The condo itself was beautiful—spacious, clean, and with an amazing view. However, the stay was impacted by ongoing construction in the building (only one elevator working and common areas covered in plastic), the pool being unbearably cold despite warm weather, and security being slow to respond to noise complaints. We loved the unit itself, but these issues made the overall experience less enjoyable.

We love this unit

We stay at Long Beach every summer and it never disappoints. This year was no different, the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, even chip clips..lol!! The rental company was very prompt and organized and made everything so easy! We will be back!!

A lovely condo with nearly everything we needed, including cooking & eating utensils, etc. A Gorgeous View of the Gulf.Tastefully decorated. My family especially enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker/fan & light system in the bathrooms.

Pools were nice. Beach was close and not crowded. Condo needs more towels and kitchen towels. I bought some. Not enough lighting in bedrooms or living room and no light on the balcony. AC didnt cool the bedrooms. On the hottest days it just couldnt keep up. Won't be staying on the top floor again.again. We like it

Perfect Week

This condo was extremely clean with ample kitchen utensils. Nicely decorated and the view from the 14th floor is so nice. We have stayed in a Kim's Condos on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. We will be back for more soon....

Clean and nice condo

I stayed at this condo with my husband and our 4 kids ages 1-13. Perfect amount of space. The room was clean. I liked that this condo actually had items we needed unlike many other Long Beach spots we’ve stayed at. Normally we have to go right out and buy hand soap, dish soap, more toilet paper, paper towels, etc. This room has lots of upgrades like large tvs and fancy light switches the only thing I think it needs is a new mattress in the master.

Wonderful five days overall.

We love staying at Long Beach every year. This Penthouse was quite nice. Well appointed. But they need a new Refrigerator.It was inconvenient that the Fridge was broken. The bottom stayed cool BUT no Freezer.... so No freezer.... so No Ice.. They sent a repairman the second day but with no results. It has an excellent view. Id stay again but with a freezer next time..

Wonderful visit to PCB!

Thank you for a great stay. The condo was very nice and we had no issues whatsoever. Check in with door code was perfect. It does seem the place could use some TLC and updated decor. Florals were old school and it would be really nice to have a walk in shower so you didn’t have to step up into the big tub. My husband and I both almost fell. Also needs something in bottom of tub to avoid slipping. Other than that, the place was perfect for us and we all had a great time!!

Amazing Condo

This is by far the best condo I have stayed at in Panama City! Everything in the condo was as pictured or even better than pictured on the website. Amazing views of the ocean from the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room!!! The balcony was very nicely furnished. Unlike other condos, liquid hand soap was included in the kitchen and both bathrooms. My kids and I really enjoyed staying in this unit and we did not want to leave. It was great waking up to the view of the ocean every morning. There is plenty of room and the closets are walk in with hangers provided (which most condos do not provide). The beds were very comfortable. I loved the decor!! The huge TV in the living room was great for watching movies! The only con I can think of is the water pressure in the 2nd bath shower was not too good. If you are looking for a great home away from home, this is definitely it! The pools were also nice. I highly recommend staying in this condo and plan on returning in the future!

I have stayed at Long Beach Resorts many times and Kim’s Condo’s group continue to provide great choices. This unit on the top floor was everything promised and exactly what was needed to start vacation s again!

Room was good. Property not so much.

Room was good. But the overall property not the best. Elevator did not work first day. Beach access gate, needs lots of improving. If you’re like me and short super hard to reach. If you’re coming up at night there’s light. Also not enough deck to open the gate. Very dark at the pools at night. Cockroaches everywhere. Overall I do not think we would stay again.
