  • **** QUESTO CONDO È SITUATO AL RESORT ISLAND TREASURE CHE È DIRETTAMENTE SULLA SPIAGGIA DI PANAMA CITY.
    Questo condominio ha letti KING SIZE in entrambe le camere.
    Venite a godervi il nostro condominio splendidamente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto situato proprio sul Golfo su Thomas Drive. Siamo in grado di ospitare fino a 8 persone con 2 camere da letto, un divano letto matrimoniale e letti a castello incorporati che sono incassati in un'alcova del corridoio.
    Il condominio dispone anche di 2 bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, una nuovissima combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice e un balcone che si affaccia sul Golfo. Il condominio è aperto e arioso e presenta piastrelle in ceramica dappertutto. Questo condominio è molto spazioso a quasi 1.400 piedi quadrati, escluso il balcone!
    La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e l'ospite ha anche un re e il padrone ha una TV LCD da 55 pollici appena installata sulla parete con cavo. La camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno completo.

    Il front office Treasure Isalnd addebita una tassa di 20 $ una volta per condominio all'arrivo per i pass per il parcheggio e le fasce della piscina.
    Treasure Island ha implementato una nuova politica di parcheggio che influenza il parcheggio extra dei veicoli. Se porti più di 2 veicoli, il resort ora applica una tassa di parcheggio di $ 100 per ogni veicolo aggiuntivo in cui è disponibile spazio. In caso di domande sulla disponibilità di parcheggio o su questa tariffa, si prega di contattare direttamente il resort.
    ISOLA DEL TESORO EFFETTIVA POLITICA ANIMALE DOMESTICO 1 ° MARZO 2014.

Wonderful week!

We had a great stay! Love staying at Treasure Island. Elevators always quick, properly clean, love the pool and snack shop, covered parking! We will be back again next summer!

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was perfect for a month of beach living, and was large enough for additional family to visit as well. Great dining within short walking distance. Very nice ocean side pool and hot tube!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the 19th floor were beautiful. Unit was good sized. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Built in bunk beds as well as a fold out couch. We were very comfortable here. Could have used a few more kitchen items (plates, cups, silverware, etc.). One thing of note, there appears to be some form of mold in the master shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was appropriately clean. Was able to check in about an hour early. Love treasure island. There was black mold in both bathrooms on the ceiling. And on the ceiling in The kitchen. The guest bathroom tub did not drain and water was up to ankles by end of shower. Would not rent this room again.

Treasure Island on the whole is great. However, the unit we stayed in needs serious upgrades.

Treasure Island is great. Our unit needs a severe upgrade. Some broken furniture, old bedding, bad paint, guest bath has mold. Ice maker doesn’t work. Part of the dishwasher and microwave broken. The unit needs a thorough cleaning. I have stayed in other units at Treasure Island. They were much nicer and cleaner.

Great condo

Condo was nice and clean. Things listed before about lacl of silverware were corrected and i found it well stocked. Pans etc are as expected for a rental, nothing fancy but cookable. Maintenance guy, justin was onside to fix ice maker and when i mentioned there wasnt a hanger in the place and the remote for living room was trashed. He went out and came back with a new remote and programed it abd hangers for both rooms. I give Justin 5 stars for his attitude and help! Would rent again

The view is spectacular, and my fur baby can stay with me. 1902 is a very nice unit, although the mattresses in both bedrooms are in dire need of replacing. The first morning was little rough as the Keurig was not functional. We did find a drip pot in the cabinet. After a trip to the store, the coffee issue was fixed. We did let management know so they could replace the Keurig. Treasure Island is our go to place.

Nice amenities at Treasure Island

We stayed inn1902. There were some issues with the lights when we first arrived. I notified the management company - the light were fixed the next day. We did notice that some maintenance needs to be done in the condo. The master toilet has a high pitched sound when flushed. The guest bath’s fan is loud and noisy. Several of the doors need to be oiled. Might need to add more dishes. Overall it was a good stay. We did leave some puzzles for the next people and some plastic cups for Hammerhead Fred’s. Overall it was clean and comfortable and any requests or problems were handled quickly. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Treasure Island is beautiful, however unit 1902 could use some major work. Upon arrival we noticed the back door was off the hinges, the remote was chewed up, there was mold in the bathrooms, the dishwasher rack was broke, the Kerig was broke. The kitchen has very little to work with. I emailed several times and was told someone would be up to fix things. We were there a week and never had anyone come to fix anything

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can not brag about the resort enough. The resort areas are very clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. Condo was clean and tidy. Cooking items and kitchen utensils were sparse but that is to be expected from most rentals. My only main complaint is the upkeep issues. The master bathroom has quite a bit of mold on the ceiling and in the shower area. The mattress in the master bedroom badly needs to be replaced. There is a huge lump in the middle. Would I stay here again? Probably not in this exact condo but I definitely would stay at this resort again. I did not have any issues with the rental agency and would not hesitate to rent through them again.
