Enjoy this beautiful 9th floor condo in Twin Palms! Its super clean! Comes with Beach Service (March-October), which is a set of chairs and umbrella on the beach! We've got it set up just like we like it and feel you'll love it here too! Its clean for sure! Lots of new kitchen utensils and well equipped kitchen overall. Beachfront king master bedroom! Second bedroom with queen bed and twin bunks. We look forward to hosting you for your wonderful vacation! Twin Palms is a low density building so parking and elevators should never be a problem like the huge high rises.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

This trip was just the girls!! The property had everything we needed and more! The place was clean, spacious, classy, comfortable, and welcoming!! The beds were all comfortable! The balcony had the best beach, sunset, and moon views!! The beach was beautiful!! The chair service was an amenity I never knew I needed!! The pool was so nice. We had a wonderful time! The restaurants were spectacular and close by! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!!

This was our 2nd time staying in Pete’s beautiful updated condo and won’t be the last. He communicates quickly and always accommodates anything we ask of our stay. The unit is always spotless and has all new appliances and a beautiful updated master bath. The view is amazing and elevators are quick. The beach is never crowded in front of Twin Palms. Couldn’t say enough good things about our stay!

Awesome experience!

I always worry when I’ve not stayed somewhere before that the location isn’t what is said in the advertisement or that the pictures are from years ago and it’s not that great BUT, both exceeded all expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for better! Perfect condo, great location, the chairs on the beach were a super great addition!!! I hope we get to come back very soon!

Great communication with Pete. He answered every question! Condo was amazing. Great views from the balcony! Pictures of the condo were spot on. Had everything we needed for the week. We arrived late Friday, condo was lite up and music playing! Building staff was on top of anything going on that needed attendance. Pool was refreshing and a great place to cool off in the afternoons. Can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

Excellent Stay – Perfect Condo in Panama City Beach

We had an outstanding experience at this condo in Panama City Beach. From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The view from the balcony was breathtaking—sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf were truly unforgettable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living space was cozy yet spacious enough for everyone to feel at home.The location was ideal—just steps from the beach, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful escape. The building itself was well-maintained, and amenities like the pool and parking were convenient and easy to access.The hosts were communicative and helpful, making the whole process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely rent this condo again. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Condo

This was an exceptional experience from booking to leaving.ProsCommunication with owner was concise and timely.Great location, walking distance from many restaurants.Secure onsite covered parking.Clean and well equipped condo.Spectacular views.Perfect beach with chair/umbrella access.Gym, steam room, in and out hot tubs and pool.ConsI really can t find one thing except that it wasn't a long enough stay.ConclusionIt was, for us, the perfect vacation and we definitely would recommend this condo to anyone and when we go back to PCB again in the future we would definitely try to rent this condo again.

Much needed vacation

We loved our stay there. It was very comfortable, easy and relaxing. The host was just perfect. Will gladly return back to this property. From the view and plenty of supplies and to many to count. From tiny shampoos and perfcet shaped soaps to good furniture very clean towels and the floors were super clean.

Great communication and wonderful view

Hit a few bumps in the beginning but the host was great and took care of it quickly. The view is beautiful and you get complimentary beach chairs. Love it. We will definitely stay here again.
