Sunnyside Beach e Tennis Resort è una fuga tranquilla situata sul lato tranquillo di Panama City Beach, FL. Situato in mezzo a una vegetazione lussureggiante, il paradiso tropicale comprende 18 ettari con 350 piedi di acque smeralde e spiagge di sabbia bianca. Una qualità unica di questo resort è la nostra accessibilità alla spiaggia pedonale privata. Il sottopassaggio è un tunnel ben illuminato sotto la pittoresca Highway 98 che porta al nostro grande gazebo e boardwalk. I servizi includono: campi da tennis, campi da biliardo, 2 piscine (uno per i più piccoli), un parco giochi, una club house che dispone di connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, tavolo da ping-pong e tavolo da biliardo a gettoni. Ogni unità dispone di cucine completamente attrezzate, patii privati, soffitti a volta, e la sua vista molto personale sul Golfo del Messico.

The stay was good but the upstairs room stayed super warm/hot.

Really nice outside the hot room upstairs. Great location! Beautiful area, check-in extremely easy. Guest services on point.

Womderful quiet getaway

The condo was wonderful and location perfect. It's a quiet area but close to anything you need. The grounds are beautiful and condo in great shape with nice beach and turtle decor. Plenty of room to feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed the beach most days but also ventured to a few of the state parks and Man of the Sea museum. The private access to the beach was great and made it easy to enjoy the sugar white sand and turquoise waters without a big production with the kids. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo in a great community

This is a great condo for Parents with small kids, and couples who like to cook. The property is wonderful but the location was to isolated for us. There are no restaurants near by and if you have teenagers you need to stay further east or west so they can rent bikes etc.

This townhome exactly as advertised. Lovely neighborhood setting and friendly folks. Easy walk to beach. Would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect weekend away- quiet, resort was not crowded, and the beach wasn’t crowded either. We stayed in unit 15 and it was great! Used to come as a family when we were younger so we have not been back for a few years. I loved seeing the updates done on the grounds and unit. Nothing over the top but nonetheless updated and had everything we needed. Grounds were well kept and everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved coming back and making new memories at Sunnyside- we can’t wait to be back!

Owner should get rid of other cheesy decor, to clean surfaces for renters to put their own things! Kitchen cabinets are plentiful, but owner should clear out some of their things to allow for renter storage. Back door is hard to close/ lock. Patio door screws wouldn't stay in handle.

Friends of ours invited us to Sunnyside to spend the day with them and we were hooked! We love the complex, grounds, pool and especially the beach! This was our 2nd stay, and we have already made our reservation for next summer.

The pool was close and the open green space made for some great evening corn hole games! The Beach was private and only a few steps away. We love the west end of the beach, not as crowded and more family oriented.
