Tutte le case sono dotate di sedie da spiaggia GRATUITE (dal 1 marzo al 1 ottobre) e del nostro pacchetto VIP VIP (dal 30 marzo al 31 ottobre).

Grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro conducono dal soggiorno e da due camere da letto matrimoniali in Princess 1403 proprio sul grande balcone dove incontrerete alcuni dei tramonti più incredibili di sempre! Tutte queste camere sono FRONTE MARE! E il balcone di 388 piedi quadrati ha la vista migliore in assoluto che si trova ovunque a Panama City Beach! Assicurati di tenere gli occhi aperti anche sull'acqua per gli spettacoli "GRATUITI" di delfini che ti faranno divertire.

La zona giorno sulla spiaggia ha molto spazio per tutta la famiglia e la sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente tutti per le cene di famiglia o le serate di gioco. Aggiornato l'anno scorso con nuova vernice, TV a schermo piatto e un nuovo divano del soggiorno e tutti i nuovi tappeti, questa unità farà sicuramente piacere. Non dimenticare le quattro camere da letto. Alcuni mostreranno nuovi piumini! Tutte le camere del Princess 1403 sono dotate di bagno privato. Il bagno principale ha un bagno padronale di lusso con doppio lavandino, vasca e doccia / WC separati. La cucina, l'ingresso, la lavanderia e i bagni sono piastrellati, mentre il soggiorno e le camere da letto sono tappezzati. La grande cucina è completamente fornita e c'è un mobile bar in cucina con una macchina per il ghiaccio separata e un lavandino. Hai anche una lavanderia separata con lavandino, lavatrice full size e asciugatrice full size. C'è un sacco di spazio per i giocattoli di tutti.

C'è anche un sacco di letti per tutta la famiglia e gli amici. E se hai bisogno di ancora più letti, puoi, con una piccola tassa, ottenere altri due letti singoli per dormire in più. Tutte le lenzuola sono incluse! Questo condominio di lusso sulla spiaggia ha tutto il necessario per rendere questa la migliore vacanza a Panama City Beach di sempre!

Great place to stay

The condo itself was wonderful. Very well laid out. It is well kept and so clean when we arrived. VIP Resort Properties was very easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The balcony was large and have comfortable seating. The beds were all comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The complex was also very nice and well kept. Despite being there over a holiday weekend, we never had a long wait for an elevator. I would definitely stay at this unit again and would highly recommend renting through VIP Resort Properties.

PCB family vacation

Property was good. Condo needs some TLC. Carpet in bedrooms were filthy. Sliding door to balcony wouldn't lock. Needs keyless entry. Two of the balcony chairs had capscrews pulled out and couldn't be used. Tiles were broken or loose outside the master suite #2. Condo had a good layout. Pool and hot tube were great.

Updated, spacious & clean

We had 5 couples, enough room, the extra bathrooms made a difference. Was just as advertised. The only issue we had was the refrigerator couldn't accommodate all the goodies from 5 families. The freezer would not keep ice cream from being soup and all foods were barely cold. The separate ice maker was a savor as the last day the frig wasn't making any ice. The vacation was great other than the frig. Very quick response from staff after we arrived ..one TV was not working but was addressed and fixed right away. Great place, would go back..

PERFECTION!!

There are 7, sometimes 8 of us ladies that take a beach trip each year to PCB. This condo was 100% perfect for our group. Great views, amazing space and getting to the sand/beach was a breeze. Even for one of our ladies that has breathing issues, she went to the beach 2 days in a row with little to no problems. We will definitely be back to this condo. Also, all the dishes, pots/pans etc. are top grade! Everything you need is here.

Fantastic condo with great amenities

Donna and Jennifer are amazing. They did such a good job with communication that all other VRBO trips fail in comparison. The condo was stunning, with amazing views. The place was very clean and well stocked, even the pots and pans were high quality. We will definitely be back! The only thing I would say the condo needs is updated TV's. Some of them are old 4:3 LCDs that are probably 15 years old.

Great vacationing location, space and views.

The Princess is a great place to meet with your family and friends while vacationing in Panama City Beach. It is centrally located and has good amenities. The 4 bd rm/bath was ideal for separate family members to stay in the same unit. We had a great experience with the VIP team and had no issues. Thanks to the VIP team.

Pristine beach with lovely water

Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. If you're looking for a place right on the beach, this is it. The sand is soft and white and the water is warm and full of all sorts of interesting marine life. This four bedroom, four bathroom condo was perfect for our group of ladies. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby.

Awesome!!!

Condo was spacious and beautiful! Everyone in our party loved it. Elevators were great... never had to wait. Short walk to beach. Personal contact with Jennifer before our trip was so informational. She was so nice! We had an awesome trip. We will definitely rent again.

Husbands 50th birthday

We planned this trip for my husbands 50th birthday. Although the winds kept us from some of the fishing charters he had wanted to do, we were still able to enjoy the ocean views on the large balcony. The condo was fantastic with enough room for 4 couples. We had a minor issue come up while we were there (user error) and Jen and Donna responded very quickly. We are planning on coming back with our kids and extended family next summer!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Perfect location! Heated indoor and outdoor pools. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved that they had shopping carts on the 1st floor to get your groceries to your condo. The 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms was plenty of space for 7 of us. Lots of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.. if you want to cook there. Donna and Jennifer were easy to get in touch with and SO nice. We had an issue with the balcony lights being out and Donna responded within the hour and fixed the light that day. They view from the balcony is AMAZING! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo that was just as described! Plenty of room for my crew of 7. Loved our large patio overlooking the beach & ocean & listening to the waves rolling in. The 2 outdoor pools were enjoyed also. We are planning on coming back soon! Jenn & Donna were so helpful & we appreciate them making the rental process so easy!

Plenty of Space

We had a great trip to PCB. The condo was plenty of space for our group of 7. The bedrooms are huge and attached bathrooms to each bedroom is such a plus. We had a great time and hopefully will be back.

THIS is an EXCELLENT condo!!

This condo has a lot of room. We easily had 5 adults and 4 kids, the four bedrooms are great, 4 bathrooms too. The main living area was large enough for movies and poker night. The balcony view is wonderful, we even saw fireworks on our last night. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the everything you need to cook was in the condo. We enjoyed being right across from the elevator too. If we return to Panama City in the future, we would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here, the condo was very spacious, clean and in a great location! Kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils or appliance you need. Easy access to beach, pool and parking! My family and I stayed Mother’s Day weekend and we had a great time. This condo was every thing!

My experience in renting this property was very easy. I booked everything online with no hassle. Jennifer and Donna was very nice. Jennifer gave good instructions and directions.
