The upgraded kitchen boasts new stainless-steel appliances and all the cookware you'll need to put together even the most delicious meals. You and family or friends will enjoy preparing a meal in this updated kitchen with timeless white cabinets and ample granite countertops. Grills are located on site and grocery stores are nearby to grab all the ingredients you need to prepare your favorite meal.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious closet to hang and store your bathing suit and all your luggage. This bedroom is connected to the newly remodeled bathroom featuring a beautiful glass enclosed standing shower - perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The kids or other couple will love their own retreat in the guest bedroom which features both a queen and twin sized beds and ensuite bathroom completely separated from the primary.

The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa with room for two adults.

LIVING AREA

You are sure to enjoy the comfortable sofa and love seat with seating for 5 combined while you relax at the end of a day at the beach. Whether you're watching a movie, the big game or spending time as a family, fall back into the armchair and be comfortable while you're doing it. CONDO AMENITIES

This home features a stackable washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

PARKING

Guests must pick up their parking passes at the office in the C building upon arrival. If you're arriving after office hours, the security guard will provide instructions. Limit of 2 cars per stay.

Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park which is less than a mile away. Southwind's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options like Patches Pub within walking distance – ask for the Bangin' Bloody Mary! Our system sends your check-in instructions 12-24 hours ahead of your 4pm arrival time. Please be sure to complete your rental agreement for our system to send out this email. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.

In Panama City Beach, the safety of beachgoers is the top priority. To keep the public informed about the current sea conditions, a color-coded beach flag warning system is in place.

Double Red Flag: Very high hazards, water is closed to the public. Stay out of the water when this flag is flying; failure to comply can result in arrest.

Single Red Flag: High hazards, including high surf and strong currents. Exercise extra caution when a single red flag is present.

Yellow Flag: Moderate surf or currents. Swimming is permitted but be cautious.
