Relax in the master bedroom with a king bed, balcony access, and en suite. Guests will find comfort with a queen in the guest room, twin over twin bunk in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen features a new range, dishwasher, breathtaking views all while the chef in the group prepares a delectable meal. An open living room offers plenty of space to unwind and enjoy your favorite movie. Smart TVs equipped with YouTube TV are available in the living room and both bedrooms. **All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee varies between $75 -$100 based on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based upon unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.**

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Still waiting on the elevator

First, the checkin process was simple and the staff was nice. Immediately we noticed that one elevator was out of service which left hundreds of people attempting to use 2 elevators. Excited to get to our room, we were greeted with the smell of fish as soon as we opened the door. The condo was disheveled as if someone left in a hurry. There was grease on the stove and crumbs all over the counter tops. We will leave the cleanliness at this. While a young staff member did come back to attempt to fix these issues, we could have done without hearing about how the cleaning staff would be fired. When it was time to connect to the wifi, we tried the password several times without success. We contacted the staff and front desk several times and they gave us the incorrect password each time. Our teenaged son, noticed a different password located on the fridge that finally did work. The staff still has not provided the correct wifi information. Next, Our first outing to the pool, was also disappointing as 2 out of the 5 pools were dirty. Back to the elevator situation. The rooftop hot tub was not warm, the pool was warmer that they hot tub. Even after notifying the staff of the issue, the issue still remains. Be prepared to bring portable chairs to wait for the elevators as the wait is long. Also bring a fan bc the elevators are so packed, you cannot breathe. A drink also might be preferred. There is also no way to skip floors while on the elevator. It stops at EVERY FLOOR. Perhaps, we expected more, but the bedding was cheap to say the least and the pillows were flat. We had to steal the childrens pilllows just to get a decent nights sleep. I would say that this is not the most kid friendly location. The location was good and We were so very thankful that we were located so close to a store that supplied wine. We needed it for this trip.
