Great Location!
Enjoy the beautiful white sand of Panama City Beach from this beautifully updated 2 BR, 2 Bath condo.
-Overlooks the resort style pool, beach & beautiful emerald clear waters.
1 king bedroom, 1 Bunk bedroom, both with attached baths plus a queen size sleeper sofa.
-Well stocked kitchen includes a crockpot, a Keurig and regular coffee pot catering to all of our special guest's needs.
-We are centrally located between PIER PARK and St. Andrew's State Park (6 miles)
-Best pool on the beach in PCB- 15th floor- just high enough to be away from the the noise and great views!
-Over 10,000 sq. ft. of pools, with lazy river, zero entry and water spouts.
-Outdoor tiki huts serving a full menu of food, drinks, ice cream and more! There is a live stage area for performers, (we love karaoke night), fitness area, coffee shop and cafe, heated indoor pool and hot tub and much much more!
-Shores of Panama is beach front next door to Pineapple Willy's and across the street from Wal-Mart making it very easy to stock your condo.
-Perfect size BEACH FRONT condo family or group of up to 6 people. All the amenities of a great resort at the best prices!
-Your own Reserved Parking Spaces for this unit on the 8th floor & WIFI!
-Resort is beach front. Next door to Pineapple Willy's, 5 minutes to Pier Park.

*Resort amenity fees for armbands allowing access to indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, workout facility, and poolside activities are payable at resort $85 per stay per condo. This will give you up to 6 armbands and 1 reserved parking space.

Not A Great Family Resort

Our accommodation was beautiful just like the pictures. I have no complaints about our room on the 15th floor except you cannot see the sunset from the room. We were there July 16th to 23rd. Elevators are an absolute nightmare, this resort has hundreds of rooms and way too few elevators. You could wait more than an hour for an elevator going up or down. Because of this elevators are abused and often out of order. In 22 years in the States this was the only resort I felt unsafe at. Last week a girl on the beach was shot from a balcony within the resort. One night while we were there shots were shot into the air on the beach, the next day a big part of the beach was closed off with crime scene take and metal detectors were being used to find the shell casings. People were also throwing stuff off balconies which is crazy, we were lucky there were no fatalities. Our last night there were young adults fighting on the beach, no good reason but cops had to come shut it down. I spoke to a cop and he said this is the worst part of this area for crime. It's such a shame because this listing is amazing, had it been at another resort we would absolutely have gone here again.

Not relaxing

The room and pool was nice and I have no complaints with that. On the other hand the elevators didnt work half the time and we would have to wait 4 to 5 times before we got one and there is no air in the elevators. The parking deck is horrible, very tight and, nerve racking. It is so hard to get in and out because of the property location, and parking deck. They don't have any activitys or extra stuff to do on the property. I think its a very over priced stressful place to stay.

A fantastic condo and fantastic stay

The condo was clean and beautiful as well as the property. So many things within walking distance. Restaurants, grocery shopping, and fun things to do with the family. Was nice to have food and drinks on property. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything needed.

Beautiful vacation

This condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony and the pool below, which is just gorgeous! The sunsets are spectacular, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a Walmart right across the street. There is a tiki hut style restaurant right in the pool area that serves really good food, our kids and teenager enjoyed it. We enjoyed our week stay and we’d love to be back! Great memories made. Allison was prompt in answering any questions we had, and very helpful. Can’t say enough what a beautiful rental this is!

Bikini Bottom at shores of Panama

We absolutely loved our Condo . It was clean and spacious for the 4 of us . It was easy to communicate with Allison regarding the check in process as I had misplaced my emails with the instructions . Truly the only issue we had was the elevators on Saturday and Sunday when we first arrived . However once we navigated and figured out how to be beach vacationers it was not an issue . We are already deciding when we want to return . We also wished the pool stayed open later then 10pm but we also know that comes with other issues . Definitely worth it !!!

Pleasant

Pictures were exactly like the listing. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay. Clean and well maintained, and the decor was simple, but perfect. We have an eye for our rental's and I can say that few have lived up to our expectations.. This one did. 100% The property at Shores was very nice. We camped at the pool mostly since our age prohibits beach walking in the wonderful white sand. Wife has had knee surgeries and hip as well, and though we did rent beach chairs for a couple of days, we stayed mostly on the property. Nice folks there. Best fries I have eaten at the grill in the center courtyard/pool. Actually, a really good hamburger and chicken strips. Good service. I recommend it over Pineapple willy's though the service at Willys' was good also. The guys managing the grill were really good sports. Lots of laughs. Negatives? Bring an extra roll or two of toilet paper. Outside of that, it was the best place we have stayed on the beach. Seriously.

Awesome!!

Me and my family had an absolute blast. The room was awesome, the views were just gorgeous. My overall experience was amazing. My one and only (but major) gripe was the elevators. They are incredibly slow and very inconvenient. Not that I’m not understanding of the situation, I just wish there was a way you all could better that situation.

Lovely Condo

The condo was amazing and very well kept and decorated. The only issue we hade was with the very slow elevators. There were more people than elevators. The pool area is also amazing and very clean. Very coinvent to places to shop and eat as well. The owner of this condo was a dream to work with and speak to, as well as her cleaning person.

Great place!

This is a great place to stay with friends or a family! It is located in the heart of Panama City Beach and everything you could possibly need is located within minutes! Alison was easy to get in touch with concerning anything to do with the property and inquiries! She makes the whole process of checking in and getting settled in a breeze. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fun get away!
