If you're looking for a place to crash when you're not out parasailing, kayaking, surfing, boating, shelling, sunbathing, or swimming, you've found the right place. If you want a quiet place to lay your head but want to be right on top of the action, this studio is the perfect place for you. The property has a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs to catch all the Florida rays if you so desire. Serene water views are available with kayak rentals, or you may want to try a paddleboat with your significant other. Challenge your family and friends on the tennis court before you check out all the outlet shopping!

Inside, the kitchenette has everything you need to make picnic snacks or meals for intimate dining. There's plenty of cupboard and drawer space to store your vacationing supplies. The bathroom has a spacious shower to ensure all the sunscreen comes off at the end of the day!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Felt more like renting from slum lord

Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.

Great communication but roaches

The communication from the rental company was great. Multiple emails, a call the day of to ensure we had everything and to update us on check in time and text throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. There wasn’t printed check out instructions, wifi or location information. The unit and complex was cute for a weekend stay. But they have a MAJOR issue with roaches. As soon as we entered the unit we killed two roaches on the appliances and furniture. After about an hour, we found a roach on our bag. In the morning, a roach in our towelette bag. We killed 6-8 roaches over a one night stay. Would not be back to this unit.
