🏖️Home Away from Home! Attention to Detail -2 Short Blocks to Beach - King Beds.


LOCATION: Luna Cottage has a super location in the Riviera Beach neighborhood. It's on the West End of Panama City Beach, between the Pier Park Shopping and Entertainment Complex and Camp Helen State Park. Also the Scenic Route 30A Corridor is about 8 min away. The area is known as the "quiet" side of PCB - but it’s close enough for easy access to all tourist attractions.

NEIGHBORHOOD: With an "Old Florida" vibe, this quaint residential area is super charming! However, the best part about the cottage is that it is just 2 blocks from the uncrowded, Powder White Beaches! For me, it's a 5 minute walk - door to sand - and I'm not a spring chicken! It's great for walking, biking or riding a golf cart. As well various restaurants and grocery stores are a couple minutes drive from home.

INTERIOR: This Updated Cottage is a comfortable 1350 sq ft. featuring 2 separate living spaces! The Living /Dining room has a smart TV, comfy sofa and chairs, dining table and kitchen bar. The Florida room has a queen size sofa bed, TV with Fire Stick and two small dining tables. There is also a printer for flexible work from home. The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms - both with Saatva King size beds and smart TVs. You will have 2 full baths, one in the master suite and the other a guest bath. If you want to cook some meals at home, the kitchen is fully equipped including a Kuerig coffee station and a Bodum pour over coffee carafe for your convenience.

OUTDOORS: You’ll find a beautiful private patio, shaded by native trees. Step out to enjoy meals cooked on the gas grill. Relax and listen - often you can hear the waves! It is dreamy- we hope you will love it as much as we do!!
To protect both guests and property there are 2 outdoor security cameras, one covering the driveway and another above the back door. All sound capabilities are disabled.

Cleaning is very important to us! There will be a minimum of 1 day between guests.

So you can just relax and hit the beach for amazing sunsets or take in all the tourist attractions...or both! Come and experience all the Gulf Coast has to offer from nature walks in Coastal State Parks to riding the Pier Park Sky Wheel and everything in between.

Peaceful beach retreat

Luna Cottage provided the perfect retreat for spring break. This home was very clean and well decorated. Plus it was equipped with anything you could need for time at the beach (towels, beach toys, bikes, great kitchen, etc!). Our hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book again.

Wonderful Stay

The location and home layout works really well. The house has everything you need for the beach and cooking meals. Was very clean and comfy with plenty of room. It is a very short walk to the beach. Gisela was super helpful with all the area information like restaurants, attractions and was quick to respond. Made for a relaxing trip. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Luna cottage a perfect 10

Our 1st stay at Luna Cottage, our hostess, Gisela, was awesome! She texted the check in process and recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Luna Cottage is beautiful and cozy. Neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with everything you need. Best of all, the beds were so comfortable! Gisela is obviously very thoughtful and wants her guest to enjoy their vacation .

Great location

Gisela was a great host and promptly responded to all of our questions. The home was clean and just as described. Loved the back yard area. We spent most evenings out there playing corn hole. The location is perfectly situated with a quiet beach to the south, pier park area just down the road to the east Rosemary/seaside just to the west. A true gem in the heart of it all.

Perfect place to stay away from the crowds

Our family was coming in town for a softball tournament during a busy time of the year. This house was the perfect place to be calm and quiet with super easy access to the beach. The beds were super comfortable, house was clean and neat with all the amenities for a home away from home. We could get to the beach in 5 minutes for sunrise and sunset each day. The house had beach chairs, a cart to get them to the beach, beach towels - everything we could use to enjoy our time. The back patio was shaded and a great spot to take a break during the heat of the day. We loved all the restaurant suggestions and were able to get to things around us. Grocery stores and shops were close. We would stay here again!

Gorgeous Beach Cottage - everything we needed and more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luna Cottage. The house and property are gorgeous and immaculate. Location was perfect with house tucked inside a quiet neighborhood yet mere minutes walking distance from the beach. The stretch of beach was never overcrowded, even on July 4th. Luna Cottage had everything we needed for the home and beach. It was so nice to not have to pack sunshade, dolly, and chairs because it was all there! There are even coolers, towels, and beach toys. Gisela was always responsive to any inquiries and was happy to share recommendations. Her instructions and info concerning everything in the house was so detailed, there was never a worry or concern with anything house or property wise. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!!

Comfy cozy cottage

This property is set up so well for a relaxing and easy beach vacation. It was really simple with the outdoor shower and clothesline to keep the sand on the outside (it's always nice to have a break from the gritty sand after spending the day at the beach) and having all the major beach accessories included was so great. The walk to the beach was easy for all of us, a little long for my 3yo and he got carried a few times, but that was what we expected. The kitchen is really well set up with just the right amount of pots and bowls and spatulas, etc., and we cooked/assembled the majority of our meals there. The master bed was suuuuper comfortable, and the kids slept great too on their beds. Our host was really informative and kind, she clearly understands the needs and priorities of families on vacation and we felt like we were staying at a relative's home. I'd definitely stay there again!

The moment I walked in I said to myself this is like walking into the pictures on Vrbo. Then I checked the backyard out and said this is absolutely great. Having the garage to park in was great. Great house and location!

The house was great and had everything we needed. It was a close easy walk to the beach even with 4 kids, including a 2 year old. It's located far enough away from all the busy areas so it wasn't crowded at all and super easy to get around, yet close enough to take a short drive to all the shopping, eating, and tourist areas. The host was super friendly and communication was great. We absolutely loved everything about out stay and hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful, very private and quiet

Quiet, relaxing, beautiful, 5 minute walk to the beach!

The Luna Cottage was amazing, clean, decorated beautifully, had a well organized fully equipped kitchen, outside grill, and even beach supplies for if you left something behind. Best place we have stayed in the last 5 years of traveling to Florida every year for vacation.

Perfect little cottage!

My family and I visited for a week over spring break. It’s a short easy walk to the beach, even with a 6 yr old and 9 yr old. Lots to do in the area but out of the hussle you find closer to PCB or Destin. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The beach dolly and chairs were great! We loved our stay!

Very clean and quiet.

This cottage was by far the cleanest place we have ever rented! We were a party of 4 adults over 60 and there was plenty of room. All of our needs were met and more. Beds were comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. Only a short walk from the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing in Wonderful Luna Cottage

Luna Cottage was much better than the description in VRBO. We truly enjoyed our stay. Gisela was most helpful and the cottage fulfilled every need from beach items to a corkscrew. The house was really close to the beach. We enjoyed our vacation at Luna Cottage! We will return.

Beautiful property for a peaceful vacation!

It was our first time staying at this house, and we couldn't have been more happy with our choice! The house is as beautiful as the pictures show, and an easy 2-block walk from the beach. Plenty of room, a well-outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of cleaning supplies, even Keurig pods for the coffee pot! The back yard is private, and we loved being able to put our bicycles in the garage so they were under cover and secure. The beach chairs and towels were a great help also! Communication before, during and after booking was excellent and fast. We enjoyed our stay at Luna Cottage very much, and hope to be able to stay there again on our next trip to PCB!

A wonderful fully renovated home, exceeded expectations

We were surprised, it was even better than advertised. We found everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels and other useful things. I wish I didn't bring my own chairs from GA! We had water, coffee, all pots and pans that any would need to make a family dinner. We really enjoyed the beach, it's indeed a 5-minute walk from home and is uncrowded and tidy. The backyard and garden are wonderful: private and green, very taken care of. Checkin and checkout were seamless, we received detailed instructions and had no problems at all. I wish the owners all the best and hope they will keep up doing a great job, and we hope to come back someday. PS The only thing we were missing is a kettle, but who drinks hot tea during the summer heat, huh? Anyway, we found how to walk this around. A note for the owner: I had to relocate most decor elements so that our toddler couldn't reach and destroy them. I hope you'll found everything.

Exceeded Expectations

House was very clean and well-appointed with all needed amenities to make our stay comfortable. It is obvious that the owner has a knack for attention to detail. Often, after viewing photos of a property online, you can arrive to be disappointed with the actual condition of the property. The opposite happened in this case....the property was better in-person! Quick walk to the beach (~5 minutes). Communication with owner throughout the process could not have been better.
