Welcome to Majestic Beach Towers 2-1305! This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath condo features gulf views from the 13th floor. Unwind in the master suite which features a king bed, gulf views with balcony access, and large en suite with a walk-in shower and soaker tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, the third bedroom has a twin with trundle, and the living room features a sleeper sofa. This condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The chef of the group will love the amount of space the kitchen has to offer. An island and breakfast bar with provide ample room to prepare your favorite meal. Enjoy an open concept living area where everyone in the group can join in the conversation. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.*
