Bellissima villetta a schiera con due camere da letto e due bagni, situata all'estremità sud di Horizon South. Questa unità può ospitare 8 persone e dispone di un letto matrimoniale nel master, (2) doppie nel soppalco e un divano queen size che dorme nel soggiorno. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono abbastanza spaziosi con televisore a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone. Altre caratteristiche includono una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice e un patio privato.

Horizon South dispone di 4 piscine riscaldate stagionalmente. Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi nelle vasche idromassaggio o sfidarsi a vicenda con una partita a tennis, shuffleboard o putt-putt, che si trovano tutti in loco. WiFi gratuito è anche presso la club house per gli ospiti. Pier Park, a soli 3 km da Horizon South, offre negozi, divertimenti e ristoranti. Un negozio di alimentari locale e Walmart si trovano anche in questo complesso condominiale. Situato all'estremità occidentale serena della spiaggia di Panama City, vi troverete a pochi passi dal golf da campionato, da charter di pesca d'altura, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park e Gulf World Marine Park. It was an absolute blast! Just minutes from the beach, super clean, easily accessible everything! Definitely going to go back to Horizon South Resorts!

Update putt-putt golf course, have equipment available for golf, tennis and shuffle board. Let renters know about the parking and pool bracelet required for 25 each. Unit had appropriate decor and comfortable beds. A bit short on silverware but had other kitchen necessities. Good location and nice pools.

Was not a good stay at all lights flickering bathroom vent fan caught fire had to call fire department, roaches microwave had to be removed had workers come in wile not there with our stuff could not get intuch with who was in charge blinds broken would never stay there agin

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Horizon South. It’s in a great location to get to the beach and Pier Park. The rental agency was very responsive with the one question we had about the shower. The property needs a few touchups- minor cosmetic things which I’m sure will be addressed when the high season is over. The kitchen is very small and could use a few basics- mainly just a larger colander and salt and pepper but these are minor things and just some take away from my stay. Would definitely rent again! Thank you so much for a great week!

Good spot, had better

Called and emailed many times. Had to buy sheets and cleaning products first night there after driving a long ways. There were roaches, kitchen garbage filled with 2" of nasty liquid, full dishwasher of dirty dishes, broken door, bathroom sink don't drain, toilets barely flush, sheets were not clean, needs lots of updates and a new cleaning crew

Not worth the money

Needs some serious upgrading, the upstairs beds were terrible, the room smelled terrible, and no wash clothes were provided when. For the price you pay, you can find something else updated.

First time at this property

The condo is super cute and is a reasonable proximity to the beach…not “steps away” as stated in the listing but still doable. We did have to take the SUV and drop stuff if we were staying longer on a particular day because it was too long of a walk to carry much. The condo is really cute!! Love the upstairs and view from the second floor into the living area. The couches/chair had some noticeable soiled places but everything smelled nice so it was probably just from the beach traffic. The microwave didn’t work but by Day 3 the electricians came and fixed it. The sink in the main bathroom was slow and by Day 4 was completely unusable. A plumber never showed up because the owner could not be reached by the property manager tho the manager always responded quickly and politely to my messages.All things considered, we would definitely stay here, again.

DO NOT BOOK – FILTHY, UNSAFE, AND INFESTEDThis was by far the worst Vrbo stay we’ve ever had. The condo was infested with cockroaches, and that was only the beginning.We reported the cockroach problem early in our stay, yet no action was taken while we were there. We were told pest control couldn’t come until after our checkout, meaning we were expected to live with an active infestation for the rest of our stay. This was unsanitary, unacceptable, and incredibly stressful.Beyond the bugs, the condition of the unit was disgusting. The carpet was visibly dirty and stained, clearly not cleaned properly between guests. The pull-out couch was bent and broken, to the point that it could only be slept on backwards just to make it usable — completely inappropriate for a unit that claims to sleep multiple people.The kitchen was also grossly under-equipped. This condo advertises sleeping 8 people, yet the kitchen had only 4 spoons and 5 forks. Basic necessities were missing, which made even simple meals frustrating and impractical.This property is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and not fit for guests. The issues we experienced were not minor inconveniences — they were serious problems that should never exist in a short-term rental. Had we known the true condition of this condo, we would never have booked it.Save yourself the stress, discomfort, and regret. Do not rent this place.

Horizon south.

No pool cues or balls. No shuffle board equipment. No miniature golf equipment. Pools close before dark. Wrist bands $20, parking pass $25 each. This was our 3rd time at this property and it will be our last. With all the add ons and resort fee that was added into booking , we might as well stay in a condo right on the beach. All the immensities were useless anyway.

The staff at Horizon South was wonderful, very helpful and accomadating. The condo was clean, and in a great location. Although it needs updating and the downstairs shower is broken. The only reason it did not get a 5.

Kitchen was not equipped w enough silverware. Crockpot didn't have a lid. Floors were very dirty. The 3rd party property manager was VERY rude. The front desk woman was super sweet. The kitchen is SUPER small. The condo needs a lot of upkeep. The paint is peeling, the sink stayed stopped up the whole time. We were w out water 3 hours so we couldn't shower and do dinner. Had to do pizza the first night. Fridge shelves were broken. Hot water tank room was filthy.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation. The beds definitely need updating. All of them squeak so loud, no one could get in our out of the bed without waking up the other person. It was very awkward. It was also very surprising that there was not a television upstairs. When you have children, it helps to have a tv for entertainment. Other than those two things, the condo was very nice. The beds would almost be a deal breaker for me though!

Shower in the bottom bathroom was really cold never heated. It took a while to get a hold of owners for the WiFi and to get one tv to work. Overall the stay was ok idk if we would stay there again.

Great location, ok place

The condo is in a great location just a short walk from the beach. It is a nice setup for small groups because it is fairly spacious (minus the kitchen which is very tiny). My biggest complaint about the place was the black mold. There was a large amount of black mold above the shower causing the popcorn ceiling to peel off. We did contact the manager who stated they would fix the problem. The carpet on the staircase was also dirty appearing (granted carpet in a beach condo is hard to maintain). The kitchen has minimal supplies so bring your own trash bags and any other essentials. Overall we would stay there again if the problem with the mold were solved. Very convenient for the beach.
