    Questo condominio di vacanza di lusso controlla tutte le scatole per una favolosa vacanza al mare! Cosa si potrebbe chiedere di più? Un bellissimo condominio fronte mare che comprende oltre 20 miglia di vista sulla costa dal balcone. Tropic Winds 2002 include anche un servizio spiaggia gratuito (dal 15/03 al 31/10). Vi è un facile accesso al codice chiave elettronico e un'ottima posizione sulla West Panama City Beach. Non ci sono hotel su entrambi i lati di Tropic Winds, nessun ostacolo al traffico paraurti, e tu sei a soli 2 miglia dal favoloso Pier Park.

    La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di elettrodomestici da cucina in acciaio inossidabile, frullatore, tostapane, forno tostapane e forno a microonde. Absolutely stunning!

This had to be the nicest, cleanest condo we have ever stayed in all our years of vacationing in PCB! Beautifully decorated, extra large balcony with beautiful, comfortable furniture, and a perfectly stocked kitchen! Esther was a delight to work with! We will definitely return!

Beach view was amazing and you could enjoy from balcony; inside condo or inclusive beach chairs! Loved the wide long balcony (great for dancing; games; reading; relaxing; dining). Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Riley was our point of contact and he was attentive & awesome!!! Wonderful, romantic, birthday celebration vacation. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the place was clean. Then it tapers off. The "shag" rugs need to go. God knows what's in them. The deck furniture is worn to the end and uncomfortable. And bar stools? The amount of "glass" everything needs an upgrade and removed. No decent cable. Low sink for midgets. Tubs are old fashioned. Only 2 chairs to sit at beach? No close restaurants to walk. And the parking garage is a nightmare. The worst...VRBO GETS THEIR CUT FOR NOTHING. Won't be back unless VRBO gives refunds.

Birthday Trip

I came to this Condo because of the description. when I first got there the view was amazing the balcony was huge and it had a of seating on the balcony. I went to use the bathroom (I know TMI) there was no water in the toilet and the bathroom toilet had boo boo stuck to the bottom of the toilet basin. I called the property manager because I had not even used the bathroom yet. The property manager offered to come and clean but at this point I just cleaned myself. That evening I went to get in the bed and there were long strains of hair in the bed. I have braids and this was my first night in the room, so it certainly was not mine. I went to the kitchen to get some water and the there were some moldy cups in the cabinet. After all of this I did let the property manager know and he thanked me for keeping him in the loop. Also, the balcony furniture had taken a beating. The chairs on the balcony had cushion material coming out of them and the leather seats at the table on the balcony are weathered and they had better days. Other than that the location was great. The beach service was amazing and a highlight to my trip. The hot tub was a nice size. The pool is a little dated and no heated. Thank you, Riley, for being so professional.

My family and I really enjoyed this vacation a lot. I loved everything about the rental, the rooms, view and the overall ambiance. I would definitely recommend Greta’s Beach Rental to anyone planning to come to Panama City Beach. We’re already planning for our next trip.

The condo itself is beautiful and the balcony view is everything. Condo was stocked well with everything and balcony nicely furnished. The parking deck is not designed for full size trucks or suv. The turn to go up different levels in parking garage is super tight. Again condo is Awesome and owners are great.

Amazing stay

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, quiet, and excellent location! We’ve stayed many places over the years in PCB and this may be our favorite! The pool area is rather small and sits to the left of the condo but that was not a big deal for us.
