La nostra spettacolare unità # 2005 decorata in modo professionale dispone di bar per la colazione, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici di alta gamma, cucina completamente attrezzata, ampio balcone, area soggiorno fronte golfo e camera da letto principale.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con Smart TV e lettore Blueray. Bagno padronale con vasca da bagno e doccia separata in vetro.
La camera a castello con letto a castello matrimoniale e doppia a castello superiore può ospitare tre persone ed è vicino al secondo bagno. Questa camera dispone anche di TV LCD con lettore DVD.
Questa unità è direttamente sulla spiaggia !! e godrai di SERVIZI SPIAGGIA GRATUITI (valore di $ 320).
Estremamente pulito e ben mantenuto.
Il parcheggio gratuito è nel garage sotto l'edificio. Ci sono due piscine all'aperto e quella più grande è riscaldata tutto l'anno. I bambini potranno divertirsi con i funghi splash e le fontane sul ponte della piscina. Se ti piace allenarti, adorerai la palestra
Panama City Beach ha molti buoni ristoranti e Sunrise Beach è a solo un miglio dal nuovo Pier Park con negozi, cinema, ristoranti e altro ancora.

Property was as described. Good location. Great view! Master bed was comfortable. Condo has great AC! Appliances were new and working great. Some cons were, linens /towels could be better. We were washing our bath and hand towels every day. They were cheap, thin towels. Condo could use a deep clean. Baseboards were filthy. Covered in hair and dust. Shower had black mold in grout and shower door. Bring extra trashbags, paper towels, toilet paper, dawn, and laundry soap. Run the dryer on delicate otherwise it will overheat and shut off. Had an extreme problem with people smoking pot on the balconies and parking garage. Felt like we were in Jamaica every time we walked outside. Other than those things, we had a great stay. No other issues. The beach chairs were am awesome added convenience. AND the beach chair guy wont allow people to set up huge tents in front of the chairs to block your view. That was great. Its a convenient location to everything. Could walk to most everything we needed. Would probably stay here again.

Decided to change it up this year absolutely loved the condo everything needed was there, location was great as well, check-in was wonderful just go to your condo had already been emailed code and all info! We had great weather which is a big factor in having a great vacation, but we are also happy to report that this condo provides everything you need! We have been in many condos over the years, and we rate this condo sofa as one of the best. When visiting us from their SRB condo next door even our family commented on the great furniture. The condo even had a Keurig coffee maker (which we wished we had known prior to arriving so we could have taken our favorite k-cups). Overall, a great condo and a great vacation.

Beautiful room and view!

My husband had to drag me out of there! The place is so nice and the views are incredible. Comfy bed, well stocked, nice outdoor furniture, beach chair service was the cherry on top. The only thing I did not like was the area at night. At the resort itself, it was no concern but I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around the strip at night. We were also there during spring break so that may be why. Overall I would most definitely stay here again.

Girlfriend Getaway

My two friends and I came to Panama City Beach for our first time at the end of March and stayed in this condo for 7days. We were very pleased with everything!!Our host was very accommodating from the start,allowing us to change our reservation days without hesitation.He was very quick to respond to all of my questions also.The condo was very clean and the location was great! We chose not to rent a vehicle which worked fine. We were able to walk to everything we needed from restaurants to groceries.Our only suggestion is maybe adding a few more bath towels. There is a washer/ dryer but who wants to use that on vacation? :)We loved every minute on our balcony and the sunsets were beautiful !!We were very happy with everything and will definitely be back!

This is a nicely sized condo right on the beach with excellent views up and down the shoreline. We found it to be well supplied with dishes, cookware, utensils, linens, etc and very well cleaned. The master bed and bath were lovely and comfortable. Conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, including Pier Park. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo was amazing! Everything was clean and comfy! Probably the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in! They have everything you need and more! Even spices! The location on the 20th floor gave us a grand view of the gorgeous beach and all of the wildlife! The pool, hot tub, beach access were all so well kept and easy to enjoy! The parking was easy and the fact that beach service was included all week was the cherry on top! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, enjoyable vacation and we will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise! The location is wonderful, beach service is a huge plus! The condo was great, very clean and plenty of room for a family of four. We loved the big balcony with comfy chairs. We will definitely be staying again!

The condo and the location were perfect. It was just my husband and myself. Any more people and it would have been a bit small. The second bedroom is tiny and has no closet. But for two it was great.
