Easy check in. This is not a luxury resort but clean enough. The bed was very uncomfortable with springs squeaking all night and poking you. The beach was nice and water sport staff was very friendly. The door in the bedroom to the deck was so hard to open we couldn't get out without two people. We had to use the door in the living room every time we wanted to step outside which was annoying. We probably would not stay here again

It was a beautiful room! The room is set back from the other rooms down a hallway, so you don’t hear the traffic of other people walking around. It’s also a one minute walk to the parking garage. It has a perfect view of the ocean. I highly recommend.

Daughter and I were looking for a quick get away and booked this as they had a last minute cancelation. The condo is bright and very beachy. Lots of windows in both the living area and master bedroom. The balcony is huge and best of all is what floor the unit is on. After staying here I would never be above the 2nd floor. We were able to use the stairs 100% of the time which was great. The line for the elevator was long every time we went by them. I couldnt imagine being on a higher floor. Would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Loved it!

Loved staying on the second floor at Tidewater! It was so convenient to the pool and beach not having to ride the elevator, also being so close to the parking deck. Our room was very nice and clean! We loved it! I would book here every year!

Great stay!

This was a great property for our family. We chose it because it is on the 2nd floor for easy beach access and avoiding long elevator lines. That was definitely worth it. We recommend this property!

212 at tidewater was great. Clean and great location. Would not recommend tidewater if you are staying on the higher floors. We were able to use the stairs and avoid the elevators.

Had a great time! The condo was very clean well maintained. Definitely will be booking again. Very spacious and met all the needs. Only negative was the lock to get into the condo was difficult but that is it. Can’t wait to book again!

Perfect place to stop and relax

The condo was exactly as advertised, very convenient to parking, shopping, and of course the beach. Wonderful views. The property staff was very kind and the facilities were clean. The gym has up to date equipment. I was pleased that the condo had both a Kureig and traditional coffee pot. Over all a great stay!

2nd Story Percect

The unit is located directly on the second floor next to the entrance from the garage parking structure, which is very easy to access your vehicle. we mostly use the stairs to get downstairs to get access to the beach because the elevators are always full and take so long to use. overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we are able to get the same unit if it’s available

Best stay ever

We loved this condo it was so convenient you didn’t have to waitin to get on elevators because the room was on get second floor which was so nice. Also the location of this condo is so convenient to peir park. We had a blast.

Nice Room and View

My husband and I stayed for a week. The room itself is exactly like it is pictured. Decorated nicely and was clean. Loved it had 2 full baths. It was very convenient, not having to utilize the elevator. The room Is very close to the elevator with minimum noise. The pools were very nice, along with all of the amenities of Tidewater complex. One if the coolest features, I thought was, your arm band opened all doors (not rooms) and the garage parking tower gate . Even though it is a non-smoking complex, guest were stilling smoking on their balcony. That was frustrating, when we were sitting on our balcony having to smell it. That would be my only complaint with Tidewater (In fairness, one of the employees at Tidewater did tell us there wasn't anything they could do about it because it was considered "outside" of the complex). I would stay there again, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. If you are a walker, pier park is only .60 mile away. We walked everyday. Nice to have that option.

Family vacation

Our family had such a great time at PCB and this properry was just what we needed. We used the bunk beds and the pull out sofabed for the kiddos and never heard any complaints. It was very convenient having access to a washer and dryer in the 2nd bathroom so we didnt have to carry dirty clothes back home. Great location. Lots of construction work on the side walks but I assume thats for upgrades and it didnt pose any delays in anything. The manager was very friendly and responsive in a timely manner. We would def come back again. We didn't want to leave!
