Quando sei pronto per fare una meritata vacanza e rilassarti tra le sabbie candide e le acque cristalline di Panama City Beach, vieni e coccolati nel nostro spazioso condominio di 1600 piedi quadrati situato direttamente sulla spiaggia.

Situata vicino all'intersezione principale di Front Beach e Nautilis Roads, questa END UNIT della serie PENTHOUSE con un enorme balcone ha quattro camere da letto, tre bagni completi e una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo-Front che fornirà ricordi di una vita.

Può ospitare comodamente 8 persone in letti. C'è qualcosa per tutti all'Ocean Reef Resort.
Il nostro condominio si affaccia su quasi 400 piedi di spiagge di zucchero bianco e acqua verde smeraldo sul Golfo del Messico dal vostro ampio balcone privato che è stato decorato con gusto, questa unità vi accoglie con un lusso confortevole. Più di una volta, ci è stato detto che è una delle unità meglio decorate di Ocean Reef. Il soggiorno ha una TV LCD 47 'montata e un lettore DVD, con ventilatori a soffitto aggiornati e lampade.

Questo eccezionale resort sarà un fiore all'occhiello per gli amanti della Panama City Beach per gli anni a venire. Ha una piscina all'aperto proprio di fronte al Golfo e una vasca idromassaggio adiacente, nonché una piscina interna riscaldata aggiuntiva; una struttura cardio-fitness con bagno turco e sauna. Inoltre, avrai il tuo posto auto assegnato vicino all'ascensore che consentirà un facile accesso alla tua unità senza il fastidio di cercare parcheggio durante il tuo soggiorno.

La cucina dispone di ripiani in granito / bar per la colazione e una sala da pranzo adiacente, piastrelle in tutto, armadi personalizzati ed elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca. Il resto di questo bellissimo condominio di lusso è stato recentemente decorato nel 2009 e comprende molti altri aggiornamenti tra cui illuminazione, televisori a parete e lettori DVD.

L'unità offre quattro camere da letto e tre bagni completi. Due camere matrimoniali hanno letti king-size con una delle camere situate sulla costa del Golfo con accesso diretto al patio. La terza camera da letto e la quarta camera da letto offre un letto matrimoniale. Tutte le camere dispongono di materassi Memory Foam aggiornati che garantiscono il massimo comfort durante il vostro soggiorno. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto HD.

La MAIN MASTER BEDROOM è situata nella parte anteriore e centrale della costa del Golfo, con accesso al patio e dispone di un letto king-size e di un bagno privato. Questa camera da letto presenta una TV HD da 26 pollici e nuove luci e ventilatori a soffitto.

La SECONDA CAMERA DA LETTO MASTER dispone anche di un letto king-size e di un bagno privato. La camera da letto è dotata di un imponente TV HD da 42 "a parete e di numerosi miglioramenti dell'illuminazione per completare la sala arredata con gusto.

La CAMERA DA TERZO OSPITE è stata arredata con gusto con un letto matrimoniale e una TV HD da 20 "che invita a distendersi e rilassarsi. Questa camera da letto confina con un bagno jack e jill con doccia.

La QUARTA CAMERA DA LETTO offre un letto matrimoniale e una TV a schermo piatto HD.

Our overall stay was great, but the elevators at the property were all broken. We ended up having to go up and down 21 floors many times. It was rough. However, the property manager, the real estate agent, the security guard, and the maintenance crew were all wonderful. They will be refunding our trip because of the elevator inconvenience. They were easy to get a hold of and the sent someone to help us bring our luggage down the day we left. We have stayed at this place before

The condo didn’t disappoint. The Owner, Greta was very prompt to answer any emails I sent. The location is wonderful-close to everything as well as right on the beach. However, the elevator issue is absolutely horrendous. Three elevators for the complex but only one working at a time and it is so overloaded, it was making noises, slow to respond, and very frightening that we were going to be trapped. Three different occasions it wasn’t working at all and we had to use stairwell-our unit was on the 21st floor so that was a nightmare. During peak times-wait time for the elevator was at least 30 minutes. Very frustrating considering the amount of money we paid. We will NOT rent from Ocean Reef in the future.

Summer Family vacation

The condo was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view on balcony during all times of the day. We enjoyed relaxing pool size as well as being right on the beach. We walked many nights no more than a mile to dinner. We also easily walked to ride golf carts and play mini golf. Don’t forget to visit Pier Park for dinner and local shopping!

Great time away from big city life

5 of us came for a few days of sand, sun and friendship - Ocean Reef did not disappoint! Accommodations were spot on right down to the Keurig AND a separate coffee maker for the less fussy in the bunch! We had all the kitchen tools we needed and plenty of room to stretch out. We spent 75% of our time on the beautiful patio or beach! Lovely view!

Beautiful beach condo!!

Three nurses needed a vacation and we are so happy we found this Ocean Reef condo! Tastefully decorated, lots of room and a fantastic balcony to hear the ocean and enjoy a much needed getaway! Everything was absolute perfection!!!

Memorial Day Memories

The condo was all that was advertised. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was very spacious and well equipped. My children and grandkids enjoyed themselves and we plan to stay again in the future. The whole rental process was a breeze along with support while there and checkout was easy as well. I would recommend this property to groups and families alike.

Wonderful, but...

The property is beautiful. Being a corner condo made the view even more incredible. The location was perfect. Steps to the beach, restaurants, activities. The manager was very helpful. Got us a brand new Keurig which was a special touch. A few issues with cleaniness, but overall lovely. However, you can surprisedly hear the people above you, even with white noise machines. Whoever was renting above us, had small children doing laps very, very early in the morning. Dragging chairs across the floor, banging things. Woke us all up, before 8am every morning. This may not bother you, if you're an early riser or depending on the surrounding renters. I realize this isn't anything the manager can do, but I feel the possible noise is something potential renters should know about. Also, less than 3 hours before we arrived we were called and told even though VRBO took our AMEX for payment, they did not and they needed a different form of payment in order for us to stay (we were in the car, hours away on the day if check in). To me, that was very strange. Felt a tad shady. Luckily we had another credit card with us in the car and gave it to them while driving. If they truly don't take AMEX, that should be listed in the listing.

Nice corner unit.

Beautiful and spacious corner unit. Very clean. We felt at home and comfortable during our stay for a baseball tournament. Easy check in. Only complaint is we could hear lots of noise (chairs moving and most likely a child running) from the unit just above from 8pm - just after midnight every night.

Awesome property and beautiful

My sister and I brought our kids down for "Fall Break" from school. We stayed in this property and it is beautiful. It was very comfortable furniture, beautifully decorated and gorgeous views of the gulf from the 21st floor. The condo has a washer & dryer which is nice to have. The condo also had a couple extra chairs for sitting at the water's edge on the beach along with lots of sand toys, boogie boards, a couple floats and a beach umbrella. You are also given 2 of the beach chair rentals for your daily use. The only negative comment I would give is both the king size beds had a "dip" in the mattress, which is hard on people who have back problems. It wasn't horrible by any means, but just a little uncomfortable. Once you found your way out of the "dip", the bed was fine for sleeping. The location of the condo was in a perfect location as far as we were concerned, it appeared to be in the less crowded area of the entire length of the beach but still close enough to Pier Park, Walmart, shopping and fun activities (like putt-putt is straight across the street from the condo). If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with all the amenities, this condo is a great one! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with me and my family, we had a fabulous time. Pam S.
