Enjoy 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths plus a loft with a pool table. Relax on the veranda with a refreshing beverage, while you enjoy the soft ocean breeze and listen to the waves rowing in or be fixated by the stars and Milky Way at night! Inside enjoy the gourmet kitchen with Quartzite countertops, subzero refrig, gas Wolfe stove, and a wine chiller.

Can't beat this location

This was the perfect spot. The house was super clean and the location is great. The beach was uncrowded and of course beautiful. Carol and Phil were very responsive and replied promptly to all of our inquiries, including when we were at the property. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again!

Relaxing week on the Beach

We had a great stay at this house. The house was very spacious for five people, with beautiful views of the beach from almost every room. Very quiet section of the beach which was nice. We had a great time and it was very relaxing.

We absolutely loved this house! It was gorgeous from top to bottom. We enjoyed every day walking right onto the beach and every evening watching the sunset from the porch! It truly was the most wonderful escape for our family!

Great Beach House

Our family had a great vacation at this very comfortable beach house. The view and access to the beach were excellent. We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch when we weren't on the beach or in the ocean.

Awesome Week

This is a great property, location and host. The property looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was perfect for our spring break getaway with family and friends. Carol, the host was awesome and responded exceptionally quickly to anything we needed and asked. Cape San Blas is a great area with beautiful beaches and food nearby. Excellent week and highly recommend the area and this property. We will be back and love to stay with this host again.

Great Location!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property and Carol and Phil were on top of everything. The location and access to the beach was the best feature. We could easily walk back and forth between the house and beach which made it very nice with having younger kids. The space was efficient and kitchen was great for preparing meals. We were sad to leave and hope to come back again soon.

When we arrived at the house the view took our breath away. The house was very clean. It is the best vacation home we have ever rented. It was very close to the beach, and was decorated with great taste. We are definitely coming back next year. Thank you for the great memories.

Perfect Family Vacation

We love Cape San Blas and we loved this house. Location is everything and this house is the perfect location. The owners go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. We come here every year and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. Will definitely rent from Phil and Carol again!!

The Perfect Porch

All you really need is a cup of coffee in the morning or the glass of wine in the evening to sit on the perfect porch and enjoy the sea sounds, sights, smells! Recharged our spirits!

Paradise perfection

We have been coming to the Gulf for 25 years at least and this property is now #1 on our list! Everything was perfect! Upscale furnishings, appliances and decor. Very clean, beds are comfortable and rental is well stocked. The view from the porch is unbelievable especially at sunset. Carol and Phil are very welcoming and attentive to everything being perfect for your stay. We were made to feel like family. The only negative thing was having to leave paradise. Thank you, Phil and Carol!

Amazing place and Amazing Stay

If you're looking for great views and a beautiful house for your vacation, you can't go wrong. This was our second year here and I will always want to return again! Phil and Carol are great hosts, very responsive if you need them for anything. We actually had a storm come through during our stay and something needed attention afterwards. Within less than an hour after my very early AM call (which Carol answered) the issue was fixed and they even came to check on us a little later that morning. You can't ask for more than that. I would highly recommend this for a perfect get away!
