Everything is clean and in excellent condition and is furnished with high-quality furniture, kitchenware, plates, and even spices and oils for cooking. Memory foam toppers on the beds. “GORGEOUS! I was one of the first guests to stay in this new and impeccably designed beach house in Saint Joe Beach. It backs up to the woods so we had full privacy when we were outside near the large heated saltwater pool. “Overall everything was great and it went smoothly. Location is close to town and on the bay. Great views. House was nice, clean, and seemed to be well built (our stay was very windy). The only thing that could have been better is a dock to be able to go out on the bay with kayaks, etc. We hear this may be in the works. That would be great if it works out. “This was our yearly family beach trip and we decided to move from PC beach to Cape San Blas to get away from all the crowds and traffic. Great decision. The cape is very laid back and we very much enjoyed Barrier Dunes and Gray’s Reef. Very nice!”

“We enjoyed our stay at Salty Pelican. Only thing to note is that there is a house being build in front of the house that faces the ocean. There are two lots in front of the house and a house is being built on the right lot. So your view on the outside deck and part of the sunroom will be blocked.”
