End Unit! Wrap-around balcony! Amazing views! Free Beach Service.

Our condo is a 3 bedroom two bath 1425 sq. ft. beach residence that's located on the quiet east end of PCB. This is an ideal lower and west facing end unit on the 7th floor with unobstructed views of the Gulf, perfect for enjoying those incredible sunsets. The attached pictures of the sunsets were taken directly of the balcony and its what you can expect to see from this unit. The Gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, has direct balcony access and features an awesome master bath with garden tub. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and even its own direct balcony access with views of lower lagoon. The third bedroom has a bunk beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper, perfect for the kids. All bedrooms have Roku smart TV's for easy streaming possibilities. It's rare for condos in PCB to have a full wrap-around balcony and ours have 3 sides with over 500 sq ft of space with Gulf and Bay views. Seasonal beach service is included (2 chairs) Mar-Oct.

Seychelles Resort is located minutes (less than 1 mile) from St. Andrews State Park, Captain Anderson's Marina, many restaurants and right next door to Schooners the "Last Local Beach Club". If you are unfamiliar with PCB, this part of town is quieter, less crowded and has less congested traffic. Seychelles was built in 2006 and is one of the newest condominiums in PCB. Seasonal beach service (2 chairs) is provided March thru October. Limit one vehicle in parking garage during the following dates: June 6th - Aug 1st, Sept 4th - Sept 7th. These are HOA rules for peak season parking.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this relaxing condo and didn’t want to leave. The condo was very clean with everything you needed for a stay at the beach. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. You can’t beat the views from the wrap around balcony and lounging on the beach. Easy super responsive communications with the owner made it a great stay. I highly recommend if you are looking in this area.

Great Stay

The property was more spacious than we even anticipated, provided plenty of room for the small children to run around and play. The wrap around balcony had a fantastic view of the beach.Great location being right next to Schooners and less than a 5 minute drive from Captain Andersons. Incredibly family friendly property and area, overall a great stay.

Spring Break 2025

The condo is great. The views are phenomenal and the location is really good. The pool fence still is under repair and one of the pools was much colder than the other, but only a small issue for us. Highly recommend.

Recovery

We stayed 11 days while I recovered from surgery. It was exactly what I needed. The beach was uncrowded and there was no wait in restaurants. Unit wa on the end and provided great views of the sunset. We enjoyed our stay!

Special family time!

The condo was everything we hoped it would be and the weather was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, but we opted to eat at Schooners which is our favorite eating spot and right next door! The owner was great to check in with us to make sure all was well. We will be excited to make a return visit to this unit.

Perfect sunset views

Me my best friend my son and his girlfriend stayed a week here and it was perfect. 7th floor has amazing views and you cannot beat the sunsets. Being next-door to Schooners is my absolute favorite. The room was clean well stocked and decorated very beachy and nice 💙 we will definitely stay here on future visits to Panama City

Everything you need

Best location for walking along the beach to the state park. Great owner communication. Wish we could have stayed longer. Lovely end unit not too high, overlooking schooners but the music did not disturb us. All the little necessities provided in the unit makes all the difference to a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

A Great Stay

A very clean and beautiful place to relax and enjoy Panama City Beach. Amazing views from the inside and out. The highchairs on the balcony were a fantastic bonus. Easy access to parking garage. Fully equipped kitchen. Great T.V. and Wifi. Everything you need for a great stay.
