Gorgeous view corner condo

A plus view and cleanliness of room and very good communication with manager! Great area about a mile from Pier park! Right on the water and beach with 180 degree view from inside through windows. Quiet comfy stay. Only thing I’d slightly complain about is parking garage being narrow but that’s a small complaint. A overall

Perfect trip!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for a blended family with kids, easy access to pool, beach, grocery store, literally everything. Short drive to the action if that's what you're looking for, but perfect spot for a family with kids that wanted to avoid the insane pedestrian traffic that can occur down there. Plenty of supplies to make us feel at home!

Great Place, awesome view, fantastic location

This is our 3rd year in Panama City Beach. This time we had a surprise family reunion for our 89-year mother. This was the first time she saw her 3 sons together in over 15 years. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay than 1101. Plenty of room for everyone and the views were fantastic! Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful

Overall the place was great. Beautiful views. Loved the windows and space the unit offered. I would suggest having more kitchen supplies (dishes, cooking utensils, etc.). Would absolutely stay there again.

Those Views!

The unit was accurately represented by the description and photos. No dragging luggage from a garage across the street and no fighting for views on the beach 3 rows deep. We’d definitely stay here again. The only disappointment was the people in the unit above us moving furniture, drilling and dropping what sounded like bowling balls every single.night.until midnight.

This condo had 180 degree windows & the views were absolutely amazing!! It was located to Park Pier, restaurants, entertainment, & grocery. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Family Vacay!! Grands Included!! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! Plenty of room for all of us! The beach did remain on red flag, but we made the most of our time together. The kids loved the beach, collecting shells, and just making memories! The resort pool is not big, but it sufficed. Super fast elevators and convenient location. Condo is well stocked and comfy beds…even the pull out sofa. The wrap around view is AMAZING! Family friendly, quiet, fun! Would def stay here again! The “kids lockoff” was great! Didn’t have to whisper as they went to bed early. Great place! Thanks!

Great Weekend Get Away

Loved the condo - the views and balcony size were fabulous! Condo is well stocked with necessities, with extra pillows and blankets in the closets. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations, but property manager made sure we were aware in advance. The beach was beautiful as was the weather! The Palazzo parking however is terrible! Super hard to park because the spaces are very small. The balcony lights were out, but otherwise, we had a terrific stay!

Great experience

We checked in at midnight with 4 kids under the age of 10. I thought the unit number was another due to the 2 unit numbers I got. It’s more of my issue. I called super late but got the response I needed right away. I was very frustrated but the host was super sweet and kind. It made everything super easy. I’m so grateful for the great and professional communication. The unit is super beautiful!!!!! My kids and I enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you so much for such a smooth experience!

Beautiful Property and Amazing Views!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, but the views were what puts it over the top! You can see for miles in almost every direction. Very happy with the location and because this was a smaller unit of condos the beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We love the Palazzo and always stay here. This visit we brought our 82 year old Mother to celebrate Mother’s Day. She loved sitting in the windows and looking at the beautiful beach. Condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest, is to add more towels and wash cloths. We contacted our host who brought 4 of each out the same morning however the towels were very thin and small. Considering the amount we paid for the condo, a higher quality bath towel doesn’t seem like much to expect. We have never had this issue while staying at Palazzo. Not a deal breaker for staying here, just a suggestion.

Quiet retreat on the West End

Gorgeous views!! We love the Palazzo because it is less crowded than other properties. Also, it is located west of Pier Park and has less traffic issues. Also very convenient to grocery store and quick getaway over to Destin. This condo was beautifully decorated and cared for.

Fantastic Prime Vacation Spot!!

We had a great time at this condo!! Everything was beautiful! The condo was clean and ready for us to go at check-in. Check-in was so easy! The beds were great! The only down side was the outdoor furniture and even that wasn’t bad just a few pieces that need replaced. 10/10 would recommend for any family! We took our five and seventeen year old and they both had a wonderful trip!

Greatest view from a condo ever!

The views from this condo were the best of any that we have ever stayed in. We really enjoyed looking at the coastline, and the city during our stay. We were also lucky enough to enjoy two fireworks shows at pier park while sitting in the living room. Just perfect. The whole unit is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos and everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The host was very easy to contact making the renting and check in very easy. Great location and great vacation.
