Our condo is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom gulf front condominium located on the 2nd floor of Aqua. This condo has 1569 square feet of upscale living space that will spoil you and your family. Condo has recently been upgraded as seen in the pictures. The large living/dining/kitchen area is tiled and offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Aqua 209 is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. A little about AQUA
Beautiful, well-maintained resort and common areas. You’ll find a really large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool and a hot tub. Vendors offer seasonal beach activities (for an extra charge) such as banana boat, parasailing and jet ski rentals. If cooking on vacation is not what you want to do, there are a variety of great restaurants within easy walking distance including the beachfront restaurants: Sharky's, Runaway Island and Barefoot Beach Club. Starbucks, pizza, donuts and Moe's BBQ are also located within easy walking distance. Many, many others are just a short drive away! Excellent location about one mile from the bustling shopping and entertainment complex known as Pier Park and a short drive to Frank Brown Park and other shopping. Walking distance to Gulf World.

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
