BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT! 1 MILE W OF PIER PARK!

The Harbor at Palazzo - gorgeous 1 bedroom plus bunk room with 2 bath condo. Harbor- a place on the coast where vessels may find shelter, especially one protected from rough water. You are invited to The Harbor to enjoy a rejuvenating vacation! Sunrise and sunset beckons you to the large private balcony where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Installed in 2020, this unit has a Guardian Air System in the condo that kills all airborne pathogens as they pass through the air handler! This luxurious, large one bedroom with separate bunk room (both with private baths) condo is situated on the highly desirable west end of Panama City Beach. The convenient location of Palazzo on the sought after west end is near HWY 79, the International Airport, lots of great restaurants, Pier Park & Santa Rosa Beach (30a).

Palazzo offers an impressive array of Gulf front amenities such as: an elevated tropical gulf front pool and spa, fitness facility, meeting space and covered Gulf side parking. This condo has a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer and a very private balcony with endless Gulf front views. Palazzo is a new, quiet luxury building located just 1 mile west of 'Pier Park' in Panama City Beach. This condo sleeps 5 with a king bed in the bedroom with private bath, a separate bunk room (XL twins) with its own bathroom and a queen size sofa bed. The door in the hallway creates privacy for those sleeping on the sofa bed.

The condo is fully furnished and has large, WiFi connected LCD televisions. The elevated pool/spa area is beautiful and provides fantastic gulf views, while you are lounging by the year round heated pool. A large fitness center with top of the line equipment also overlooks the pool and gulf. Parking is $40 per vehicle paid to the resort.

We absolutely loved our stay! The amenities were great, and the property managers were very responsive with any questions that we had. The only issue was that the front of the condo where the master bedroom is didn't seem to get great airflow, so we wound up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room for the last two nights. It wasn't a problem for us because the kids loved it, and the pull put was actually comfortable. We did see a fan in the closet though, so that would have helped I'm sure, had we used it. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Also, we loved having a full sized washer and dryer available in the unit.

This place is perfect for my family! It’s very homie and we love the vibe. Very accessible to everything. The beach, restaurants, and other places to visit in Panama City. It’s also clean and the check in and check out process is very smooth. We love this place.

This is a great place to stay. Right on the beach. It have a great view of the ocean. The pool is great it is haft under cover so you can be in the pool and get out of the sun. Would stay here again.

Fall Breakin’ 2023

Condo was a nice size with beautiful view! 2 bathrooms was good for moms and preteens! Pool was closed and balcony had painting materials covering half the railing. Property management never sent us a parking registration code and we almost got booted. Chuck, the security guard, was very nice and understanding about it. Overall, we will stay again! Until next time PCB!

Relaxing

All was wonderful about the stay. However, make sure you know how to get in the parking garage. We arrived very late and realized we did not have access to get in to park. We called all the numbers provided on the signs but no one answered. We finally called VRBO and they were able to contact someone to send us a car registration through guest services. You must set this up to get in the gate. 40.00 to park. It was a bit of a hassle being it was late. This is a separate email that should arrive with your check in information.

We arrived without parking registration. That was like an act of congress to get that taken care of! Nowhere in my emails was I able to locate any info on how to register my vehicle! I went to the lobby for help, no one was there! I searched my emails again, nothing! I called the police to let them know I would handle this the next morning and to please not boot my vehicle! I even put a sign in the window.The next morning I was at the lobby...found out it is never manned! I went to the next door. The lady told me she could not help me either, that the rental company had to help me, she gave me an invalid number. I called EVERY number in my emails. I finally got a person. She was not 100% nice. I just wanted to register the vehicle. She finally emailed me the registration. I paid the $40 parking fee! I could finally park with no hesitation! The condo is nice! The rugs in the bedroom need to be replaced. The corners are curling up and we tripped several times. The kitchen is fully equipped. The furniture is nice. The view is beautiful! This condo is on the 16th floor. I had booked before finding this out. Floors need a new mop. The tv remotes need to be replaced. Must use your own Netflix accout. There are beach chairs, a beach cart and an umbrella in the closet to take to the beach! We also found sand toys and crab nets to use too! There was even a cooler available too! Overall we enjoyed our stay after the parking registration chaos!

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our trip. Perks about this condo. Great balcony and amenities. Super clean! Probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Really the only negative which isn’t really a negative I could say is the living room needs more lighting. It would be nice if there was a over head light. Also the furniture isn’t very comfortable. However that’s not why u go to the beach. They place comes with the rental beach chairs which was very nice. Also had extra chairs in the balcony for beach use if needed. I would recommend this condo. Great for a quick getaway

Great condo, very clean. Location was wonderful and the view was beautiful. Only suggestion would be to place more lighting in the living room area, maybe a ceiling fan with an overhead light. Overall the condo was great and we had a great trip.

Good until the end

We were informed (by a flyer in the elevator) upon our arrival that one day we would be without water for 24 hours. The date changed twice and we spent our last night without water meaning we had to check out and leave the next day without taking a shower. Other guests at the Palazzo were compensated a nights stay for the inconvenience. I notified Mike and he did not seem to care. This will be my last VRBO stay.

Overall everything was okay but the carpet really needs cleaning pretty bad. It was very, very sticky all throughout from the moment we walked in. The refrigerator/freezer was also not cold. I was able to get it working though.
