SeaEscape is an immaculately kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome at the north end of the Cape. Barrier Dunes is a family friendly, gated community with two swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, stocked fishing ponds, and convenient beach access. Barrier Dunes is a pet friendly community and beach, with dog stations throughout the entire complex for your leashed pets to vacation with you!

SeaEscape is a special property within Barrier Dunes. A favorite among repeat renters and returning visitors to the Cape, SeaEscape offers an upgraded experience, because the owners are sticklers for details and quality products. The location of SeaEscape offers beach access to the gulf front pool and the beach, with ocean views from the master bedroom balcony. Outdoor enclosed shower and fish cleaning station with sink located underneath the house. Just around the corner are the tennis courts and 2 pools. Also, there is a playground for the kids to enjoy. Kids will love to practice their casting in one of the three stocked fishing ponds as well as feeding the turtles!

In order to make your packing easier, we provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, and boogie boards. The house also includes a enclosed shower in the carport and a fish cleaning station.

Other Information:
Situated at the end of Cape San Blas, Barrier Dunes is less than 5 minutes away from St. Joseph's State Park, a 2000 acre park that offers 3 miles of paved bike paths and 8 miles of beaches from the entrance to the tip of the Cape! The State Park also has a boat launch called Eagle Harbor. The bay is just like being in a life size aquarium where you can snorkel, jet ski, boat and kayak!

Note - There is a $100 pet fee per reservation. If you don't select this at the time of booking, we will charge a $100 damage fee at the time of check-out to cover the additional cleaning fees required.

These are important covenants regulated by the Barrier Dunes HOA:
- Any trailers (boats, bikes, etc.) must be parked completely under the town home
- No children under the age of 16 may operate a golf cart
