Spring Break stay

Was happy with beds, pillows, location, cleanliness and amenities. The only negative I would say was the TV’s in the bedrooms. Just buy a smart tv for $150 and everything would have been perfect.

Celebrating 40 years of marriage with our family.

The condo was nice, clean, spacious and had a great view. The down side is that the mattresses on all the beds (especially the King and Queen) were horrible. We all tossed and turned all night, the beds squeak and we were so disappointed. We woke up with a sore back and sore shoulders. I sell mattresses at Havertys Furniture in Texas and was not expecting this nice Condo to have such horrible mattresses. Sorry but you need to know this for future guests.

We absolutely loved the condo and the resort.it took minutes to get to the beach. It was beautifully decorated. We got ready for my daughters wedding and the getting ready pics were nice. We will definitely look for this one for future visits. We loved the balcony.

Great location

This was our first time to pcb. The location was great! The pools and the beach were awesome. The check in instructions were hard to understand and the beds in the unit were terrible. I would rather sleep on the floor than these beds. If your over 18 your back will suffer.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Comfortable and spacious. Great location. The only complaint I would have was not enough towels for all 7 of us. But I just washed more . Can’t wait to go back!

Great property

Really enjoyed staying at this location. Condo was equipped with everything we needed to feel like home away from home. The view was beautiful over looking the beach. Elevators were a little busy during check in and check out times, but other that that there was not a long wait time. The room with the bunk beds did get a little was and stuffy but we put a box fan and all was well. Definitely would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

The unit itself was awesome! Very nicely decorated, updated, comfortable. The property itself was decent. Our only issue was the smoking from the balconies. It does not seem like anyone enforces the no smoking rule, especially weed. It was overwhelming in the evenings. But other than that, it was a great unit and vacation.

Property was good but not without issues. Bed except for master bed were uncomfortable and the smallest room with bunks was very hot. There were issues with smoke alarms and management did respond but we ended up taking one down on the last night so we could sleep. Hopefully that gets corrected. Overall great location and nice unit

Location and Cleanness

The property location is excellent right on the beach. The unit decorated well however it was not clean or even vacuumed/mopped especially the floor and kitchen area including kitchen counter. The entire unit flooring and rugs need deep cleaning. We were so unpleased with the way they left the unit floors so dirty in all rooms (we had to keep our shoes on the entire time). Some of the dishes placed in the cabinet very dirty, unwashed! My recommendation is to have the unite inspected after cleaning services are done and before the next occupant take over. The internet coverage is very very bad where you have to be standing by the unit front door to get better coverage. Finally, the unit couch and love seat should be replaced.

Wonderful Condo on an Excellent Beach

The pictures are 100% accurate. The place is great and comfortable. The location is remote enough to avoid giant crowds but close enough that you don't feel connected to city. The views from 21 floors up are priceless. The owners even let us use a storage closet near the elevator for our large sandy items coming in from the beach. My only knocks : - The Wifi is unbelievably bad. I was on a working vacation and it was weak when it was available. Often it wasn't even available. Pro-tip: Many of the units use the same connection. If you find a stronger system use the same password and you'll likely connect. The cleaning prior to our arrival was just okay. Apparently we wiped down the not-so-clean tub with a white towel and were dinged $20 for staining the towel. A couple of other small things that I won't go into but not terrible. I feel like I've spent too much time on the bad things so let me conclude with this - We stay at 2-3 rentals each year and this one is one of our favorites. It is simply wonderful. Thank you for letting us stay and fix that wifi!

Nice, clean, excellent view (21st floor) - almost perfect (terrible wifi)

We loved the place and couldn't have been happier except for the wifi signal. Beautifully decorated, plenty of cooking tools, spacious, clean, the complimentary beach chair setup was prime. Location was close to everything. I know going to the beach is for relaxation but when you've been outside and you want to come in and relax in AC and check what's going on in the world, you need wifi. It didn't seem to work anywhere near the beach side of the condo. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Fix the refrigerator door. Buy more forks knives and spoons

TV difficult to work. Leave some instructions please. Loved the balcony and the balcony furniture. Dishwasher also difficult to use. Refrigerator also leaves a puddle in front every day. Washer and dryer work well and detergent was provided. Thx. Beds too hard especially master. One bed squeaks every time you roll over. Nice decor. Good water pressure and hot water. Stove and oven work well. Ez to clean tile floor. Key code always works. Sliding doors ez to use. One game available (jenga) one movie (karate kid). horrible traffic. Parking garage low, don’t put your kayak on your roof.
