Beach Dreams è una casa di città 2 BR / 2 BA completamente arredata, per non fumatori, non per animali da compagnia, perfettamente conservata, nell'esclusiva Barrier Dunes, una comunità sulla spiaggia recintata adiacente al Saint Joseph State Park. Questa unità è stata recentemente ristrutturata ed eccezionalmente ben mantenuta con decorazioni affascinanti.

L'unità ha pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica e parquet, la zona giorno della famiglia ha un divano letto, divano, WiFi, TV con schermo piatto, tavolini e tavolino. Appena fuori dal soggiorno è un ponte aperto con tavolo / sedie e grill a gas. Il ponte ha le scale esterne verso il lungomare che porta a uno dei tre accessi alla spiaggia, due piscine, campi da tennis e stagni in Barrier Dunes.

La sala da pranzo ha sei posti a sedere. La cucina è ben fornita ed è dotata di utensili. macchina per il caffè, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, smaltimento dei rifiuti, frigorifero con macchina del ghiaccio / elettrica e fornello elettrico. C'è un ferro / asse da stiro, lavatrice full size e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.

Questa casa di città ha una spaziosa suite matrimoniale al secondo piano, arredata con un letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, una TV a schermo piatto. C'è una zona spogliatoio privato con doppio lavabo, bagno privato con doccia separata, vasca da giardino e gabinetto. Questa camera ha un ponte privato aperto.

La seconda camera da letto situata al primo livello è arredata con un letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, una TV a schermo piatto, un bagno completo e una terrazza privata con splendide viste sul quartiere.

Great Trip

Beach Dreams at Barrier Dunes was a great place to stay! With a family of 5 it was the perfect family friendly location with a very short walk to the beach, pool and just a few miles from the state park. Robert, the owner, is great and was always available by text for any needs. If you are planning a trip to CSB, this place should be high on your list!

Quick Get-away

We had a great time on our quick beach getaway. The walk to the beach and pools was easy, and the condo was clean. The kitchen could be stocked a little better- we cooked our meals there, and the sleeper sofa mattress was not as comfy as my teen would have liked. Robert’s communication was clear, and he responded quickly to my questions. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Great Week

We had a wonderful stay. The property was as described and our only disappointment was a bit of lacking in kitchen ware. We were especially pleased with the property owner as I erroneously only reserved for 1 adult and there we’re actually 4 adults and two children. He graciously allowed us to increase our guests without an additional charge. He responded quickly when we had a question after arriving. We will definitely remember Robert at our next visit to the Cape.

Great Beach Condo!

Wonderful beach condo a short walk away from multiple beach access points including a ramp access which was important at 7 months pregnant! The condo was recently remodeled and was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. If I could change/recommend anything I would add another seating option in the living room and a few more lamps in the living area and smaller bedroom. Overall great stay.

Great spot for a getaway

We spent a week here and had a really enjoyable, relaxing time. The kids enjoyed the 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, ponds and of course the short walk to the beach. About the only thing we could mention to make it better was having a working can opener. (We left a new one for the next guests.)

FANTASTIC HOUSE!

This property is perfect! Very quiet neighborhood with relaxing pool, playground and a few steps to a beautiful beach! The whole atmosphere of this beach and house is laid back and relaxing. House is well stocked. Owner is great to work with and the lady who cleans is super nice! We will be back!

Mom’s Trip

I’ve been coming to the Cape for years and this was my first time staying at Barrier Dunes. Loved the location of the townhome. It was an easy stroll to the beach and pool. Robert was quick to respond during our visit when some teenagers helped themselves to our bikes. 😅 We’d definitely stay here again. The WiFi was iffy but that may have been a fluke and beyond the owner’s control at the time.

Get get away destination, close to the Gulf and pool at the clubhouse...only thing is being in such a remote hideaway the WIFI is a hit or miss...mostly miss but you're not there to play on your phone. Great location with bikes and boogie boards to offer.

Clean, great location, and positive overall experience!

My husband, son and I stayed at Beachdreams and had a blast. The property was in a great location to beach access and the pool. Very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the beach, nearby state park, and made an early morning run to Webber’s Donuts. The owner was always quick to respond with answers to my questions and even kind enough to resend the check in procedures to my email. Would highly recommend and our family would stay there again!

Nice condo well decorated near beautiful beach

The condo was quite comfortable. It was decorated nicely with Beach decor. It was very close to the beach(160 steps to the beach access path). Refrigerator and stove were adequate but older. Beds were comfortable. Reviews out all of the windows we're just of other condos. The negatives were: * the lighting especially in the bathroom was very inadequate both fixtures a d wattage of bulbs! * there were three flat screen TVs but the remotes did not work well at all. I had to get a second remote from the upstairs bedroom and had to use two different remotes the TV in the living room, one for the volume and to turn it off and on and the other one to change the channels... very annoying. Overall it was a pleasant stay mainly because of the proximity to a nice Beach.
