    Cominciamo con il letto istituito: King, King, Twin, su letto a castello completo, Divano Queen Sleeper. Pensateci: Questo è abbastanza spazio per 9!

    MariSol 902 è un ampio condominio a 3 camere da letto che offre un grande contesto per una vacanza in famiglia divertente. Quando entri in questa residenza condominiale, sappi che sei in un luogo di vacanza ideato per famiglie in cerca di tutte le cose giuste: ottime vedute, grandi camere, bellissima spiaggia ben attrezzata, grande piscina e una posizione comoda a tutto.

    Ma cominciamo con quello che rende questo il posto perfetto. Uscire sul balcone e la prima cosa che noterai è la vista mozzafiato del Golfo. MariSol è costruito vicino alla spiaggia in modo da avere viste mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e sull'acqua. Infatti, vorrai portare il binocolo in modo da poter godervi il caffè del mattino guardando i delfini che giocano nell'acqua. Sentirà come si può raggiungere e toccarli. Vorrete trascorrere tutto il tempo qui perché avete una vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia e sul golfo. Godrete veramente i tramonti spettacolari ad ovest. Un ottimo posto alla fine di una grande giornata.

    Ogni camera di MariSol 902 è fantastica. Il soggiorno ben arredato. Dispone di un comodo divano che si apre in un letto dorme. E una TV da 55 ". Le foto mostrano quanto è spaziosa e confortevole la zona giorno. Un sacco di spazio per tutta la famiglia.

    L'area aperta KITCHEN è ben attrezzata e vi offre una splendida vista. È completamente fornito, quindi non importa se stai cucinando la tua specialità o semplicemente fissando mac e formaggio per i bambini che hai tutto il necessario per soddisfare la famiglia.

    L'AREA DINING Soggiorno comodamente sei e offre viste sulla spiaggia in modo che la famiglia possa condividere pasti e scambiare la loro parte preferita in spiaggia mentre godendo di tutta la bellezza del golfo.

    Il MASTER SUITE dispone di lussuoso letto KING e bagno privato. C'è molto spazio per memorizzare il tuo beachwear negli spaziosi armadi. Noterete la TV da 50 pollici che rende grande la visualizzazione quando si sta distendendo dopo una giornata piena di attività a Panama City Beach. È possibile uscire sul balcone dal MASTER SUITE che è veramente bello.

    La seconda camera è altrettanto ben arredata con un letto king size con una TV da 36 pollici.

    La TERZA CAMERA DA LETTO ha un letto TWIN OVER FULL e una TV da 26 ".

    Il bagno ospite dispone di combinazione doccia / vasca.

    La lavatrice / asciugatrice è situata comodamente per rendere tutti in vestiti puliti una brezza.

    Queste camere da letto insieme a un divano letto estraibile permettono all'unità di dormire facilmente 9 comodamente tra cui 2 bagni completi.

Excellent Condo!

Had a great time at this property! The condo was spacious and well kept with a great view of the ocean. Plenty of space for family of 5. Location is excellent as it is near many attractions and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

Very spacious! View was awesome. Beds were very comfy. Loved the location- not a ton of people on the beach and short walk to Pineapple Willy’s. Parking is good, property manager got back with me promptly with my questions I had. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The unit was spacious and clean. It offers everything you need in the kitchen. Handicapped assessable. The balcony facing the beach was the best parts. Parking was easy. We would visit again!

Won’t stay again

Feet were black after walking around unit first night, wasn’t mopped at all or swept. Maintenance kept telling us the fire dept had to come in to make some adjustments to sprinklers all week and no one ever came which we never knew if someone was going to show up or not. Would get a text but never showed. Couldn’t relax or sleep in knowing someone could show up at anytime. Walls are thin, Road super busy all night in front. Kids couldn’t sleep with traffic and zooming cars/engines- front 2 bedrooms No extra beach furniture provided except the 2 beach chairs already on beach. So if you have more than 2 people in your 3 bed condo would have been nice to have more provided. Will have to buy yourself. Plus no instruction of how to reserve your chairs. Would have been nice to know. So many codes to get in everywhere! To get in pool, go to beach, get in lobby…. I guess good for security but pain when hands are full.

Condo unit was clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Fantastic view of the ocean. Too many HOA rules and regulations for the property parking area. Was constantly being "policed" by the agent on duty for any violations. Did not give us time to carry all luggage and belongings up to our unit before she came to the door to tell us the second vehicle had to be moved across the street. We always rent a slingshot when we go on vacation to ride down the coast. When we returned to the property we noticed a sign at the entrance to the parking area saying "No golfcarts or slingshots allowed on the property. Nothing had been included in the information that I had been given about the property when I rented the unit to let us know these type vehicles were banned from the parking area. Very stressful night trying to decide what to do with the slingshot that we had rented, we had it till the next morning at 10AM. After we rode up and down the street till 11PM we finally just returned it to the place we had rented it from even though it was closed and parked it. Took the key and went back up the next morning when they opened. The attendant on duty said that there were a few of the properties in the area that didn't allow those to be parked on their property but it was very few. It was ok that we left the slingshot on the lot like we did but it would have been nice if we had known this the night before we rode around for two hours not knowing what to do. Last time to visit.

Beautiful Place but needs maintenance

This condo is beautiful and the view is perfect! Unfortunately, the toilet in the master was dirty and had hair on it. You can only call maid service til 5pm and we arrived after that, so had to clean it ourselves. THEN the sheets on the bed looked like they were rolled up in a ball and the pictures showed nice comforters or bedspreads, but there were none! The furniture needs to be cleaned too. The biggest problem with this unit was the master bath shower. The ceiling and some walls are covered in BLACK MOLD. Very unhealthy for everyone. We would have left but had already spent too much to stay here and didn't know if we could find another place. I'm planning on calling the health dept. to report this.

Marisol Beachfront #902

Everything was great. I had not realized there were only 2 bathrooms instead of 3, which made it a little hard with all of us. There were 7 of us. Condo was pretty and was well stocked for cooking. The view of the beach from the 9th floor was beautiful. Only problem we had was when we first got there the air conditioning was set at 75 and it was very hot in the condo. I called maintenance and he came right out and after a short time he was able to get it turned down for us, which was great!

Property was great, managers not so much

We weathered hurricane sally here and the property was great. The problem we had was with the property management. Being that we had to be inside for 4 of our 7 days we used tech. But the tv wouldn’t work and the internet was painfully bad. The property management (best beach getaways) was no help and pushed the problem to the maintenance of the property but could not give us a name, or number of who to contact and said it was not their problem.
