The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great place, great area we loved it. Only thing I have to complain about is the oven took FOREVER to cook anything so I highly recommend an air fryer or even a griddle of some sort and the ice maker was not great at making ice so buy a bag of ice BUT we were there for the beach and to have a great time and we absolutely did. Would stay here again for sure!

Beach trip!

Property is advertised exactly as is. The condo was vey spacious plenty of room for me, my mom and 5 teenagers. Loved that it had an actual laundry room, never had to wait long for elevators, water was always hot, ac was always cold. Loved having an assigned parking spot so never had to drive around trying to find one. Because of the unit being in a smaller building the beach was not as crowded as everyone around us. This was great because there was plenty of room for people to put up their own tents and umbrellas. The chair rental people did not take over the whole beach area like most places I have been. The only negative and confusing thing is the codes to get in. There is a code to get in the elevator area when we got there we were confused on where to go or how to get in. Going to or leaving the beach you have to put in a code several times to get thru all the gates and doors. I understand why but still a pain. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We loved it.

The parking was maybe 30 yards from the elevator and less than that to our room. That made it so much easier than the larger places with the bridge across the road. The room was great. We didn’t want to leave.

Fyi tell renters the baggage carts aren’t on ground floor and location of trash bins and ice machine and let them know where to park for unloading otherwise all was well thank you for the experience!

Great Visit

My husband and I took our son and his friends on a graduation trip. This place was clean and in a great location. I am very picky about where I stay but I will definitely stay here again. The outside of the building doesn’t give it justice once you walk in the door. I was a little worried at first after receiving a call saying one of the elevators would be down during our stay and everyone would have to use one, but that was not the case. We arrived to see both elevators were fully functional. The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping arrived 15 minutes before checkout. I’m the type of person that wants to stay every minute of what I paid for. Needless to say they had to wait outside until 10am lol Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Great location!

Condo was very nice and tastefully decorated. Washer/dryer/stove need updated. Stayed for a month. Would definitely stay here again but found out the unit was already rented for the following year same day we checked in. Very disappointed!

Great family vacation

My brother’s family and I stayed a week in Marisol 802. It was a great time. There were 11 of us. We had plenty of room. The view was great. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that the dryer did not dry the clothes well. Had to go through three cycles to get dry and that was not large loads. We made due. Other that it was Great!

Beautiful view

My husband and I rented this unit for us, our daughter and her husband, and our three grandchildren. The best thing about this property is definitely the view. Second best: the elevators. There are two, they are clean and there was never a long wait. This is fairly spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. However, the bedroom with the bunk beds is quite small. If you pull out the trundle bed, you can’t use the dresser drawers and the door won’t open all the way. Also, the whole bunk bed itself is very wobbly and unstable. We were cautioned to not have anyone over 100# on the top bunk, but with my 60# grandson on the top, it was still wobbly. I don’t think it is safe. There are three TVs and numerous remotes, but no directions, so they were unusable. We submitted a list of “issues” we found with the unit to vrbo and the property mgmt company. Being a holiday weekend we did not expect to have anything repaired. These were mostly housekeeping and maintenance issues. They need to do a better job of inspecting the units before they are rented. Very disappointed. This part of Panama City Beach is right in the thick of things, so it was quite noisy for us. People like to drive along Front Beach Blvd at all hours of the night blasting their radios and showing off their loud mufflers. That’s not the quiet, relaxing environment we were hoping for. If you like that sort of thing, this might be the perfect place for you.

Loved Staying Here!!!

We enjoyed staying here a lot!! It was clean, very nice, and had a gorgeous view. We did have some wifi issues but the property helped us out. The only other issue was upon arrival, the condo smelled a little funky and we discovered throughout the trip that the vents might be connected to other condos. Throughout the week, we smelled different smells from like burnt food to smoke smell which is unfortunate for asthma. If you have it, I’d just keep your inhaler handy. Other than that, we’d love to stay again!! (:
