Beachfront! Million Dollar Views, Large Balcony! Corner unit at Grand Panama

Enjoy sunset views every night from the large balcony of this luxury Gulf Front condo on the 9th floor at Grand Panama Beach Resort. This corner unit has gorgeous views of the gulf from almost every room! 1,430 square feet of beautifully decorated space means there's room for the whole family! 4 beach chairs, beach wagon and umbrella are in unit for guest use. Condo also features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, private balcony, smart tvs Direct TV streaming, Paramount+, HBO and Showtime; stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer in unit, and all linens. Grand Panama is 'on the sand' with a private beach entrance and chair service available.

The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided along with 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and cooler. (No beach towels are provided.)

Grand Panama Beach Resort offers 2 pools (heated seasonally), hot tubs, a kiddie pool, full service tiki bar and grill and coffee bar (in season), secure private parking garage, 24 hour security, and a general store. Grand Panama is located between Pier Park and St. Andrew's Park, close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer!

Where you'll sleep:
Master: King bed, balcony access, Oceanview, 40" smart tv; private bath with separate soaker tub and walk in shower, double vanity.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, smart tv, Ocean view, dresser, guest chair, en suite bath entrance.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, smart tv, vanity or work desk, dresser
Hall Bunks: 2 twin beds.All bedside tables have easy to access plugs and usb ports.

What's Provided:
Kitchen: All the basics needed to prepare full meals, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, kids' plates and sippy cups, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, Keurig duo, hand mixer and can opener. Starter dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels, dishtowels, trash bags and hand soap. Full spice rack and salt/pepper.

Bathroom: All towels (except beach towels), starter shampoo/soap, makeup washcloths, hand soap.

Bedrooms: Sheets, blankets, and the best pillows on the planet! Seriously, guests ask me for the link to purchase their own all the time!

Smart Tvs: All tvs include subscriptions to Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ plus cable tv, and you can log in to any other channels you wish with your account.

Beachy stuff: 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, soft sided insulated cooler, large canopy umbrella.

Other extras: Cozy throw blankets, pack 'n' play, high chair/booster.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

It’s always skeptical when looking for a good place. We wanted somewhere that wasn’t packed and had good friendly people and this place had it all. Sharon and Kevin was always quick to respond and if available you can get in the unit early. They had a surprise gift waiting for us on the counter when we checked in and that was great in itself. Our 4 kids enjoyed the condo and The Grand Panama. Never waited on elevators and all staff around the property was nice. The beach is not a public access so it was not crowded and the weather was perfect and the water was so clear. The drive to do things around Panama is not far. Always check out ST Andrew’s state park. If you have any doubt about The Grand or this unit don’t hesitate to book. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean the view is great. Thanks again Sharon will be staying again

The unit was very nice and just as described. The views of the beach are amazing. Our family really enjoyed the heated pool - which really felt heated unlike some places. I had inquired about the pools a couple times and one of them was closed for maintenance when we arrived, but the other one was open. Overall, would definitely stay there again!

Annual Family Vacation

The communication with the owner was the best I’ve ever experienced. She was quick to respond and was great to work with! She texted me 3 hours early and told me the condo was ready and we could go ahead and enter which was amazing because we got to PCB a lot earlier than we expected. The condo was very clean and smelled so good upon entering. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this unit to everyone!

We were very pleased with how clean the condo was upon arrival. It smelled good. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we loved being on the corner unit. We would definitely book this condo again!

We have really enjoyed our stay at this resort! We have been coming to Panama for years and this was the most convenient resort we have stayed even down to the pack and play for our daughter! We can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful Condo!

The only reason I gave a 3 star for cleanliness was of the sheets in the master room. The was a couple spots, unsure if they were stained. But it looked like blood on the fitted sheet. Other than that it was a beautiful condo and Sharon was excellent to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Even better than expected!

We stayed here for 5 nights with our twin one year olds. The condo was amazing. Sharon was very fast at communicating when needed. The condo is in a very private location within the resort. The pool and beach were amazing. Views from the condo were also amazing. Sharon had a variety of things for children including books, plates, and sippy cups. Wi-Fi worked great and there is a smart tv in every room. We were very impressed with the upkeep of the building itself. Every morning the workers cleaned the pools and power washed the concrete. Everything was super clean and nothing was crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
