  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Girls Trip

The condo was perfect for our little trip. The location, right on the beach, plenty of room for the 5 of us, very clean, stocked w/plenty of kitchen needs and a huge balcony to just sit, have a cocktail and watch the Thunderbirds, as they were practicing!

Lovely condo

Place was overall nice with a good location to a lot of things. Felt like walking around an airport trying to find where the unit was located. Got used to it after a while. Unit was clean. However the en suite walk in shower was a little questionable. Looked like mold was present on the ceiling with chipping paint. Favorite part of the entire condo was the balcony.

Nice condo

We had a great time and it’s a great condo with an awesome view! The only things are the ac was set to a certain temp (75) and the condo wouldn’t stay cool enough and we couldn’t get 2 tv’s to work. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Good experience

The room was just like the pictures, the condo was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The view was great. The property was nice and clean. Check in directions were great and easy to follow.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children just left This condo for 1 week. This condo was very nice, had everything we needed plus some. Property manager was very responsive. The only complaint we had was the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The master bed felt like they put sheets on a box spring it was so hard.

Enjoyed the stay, few problems

The property was nice and clean. We had a problem with the door, it would not lock from the outside. We called the property contact and she only told us how she thought it worked, never sent anyone to fix it. The hot water in the master bath jacuzzi tub was a thin stream so it took 30+ minutes to run water in there.

Loved the view

It’s a great location, the beach is nice! I do believe the unit could have been cleaner. We did have to wash our sheets the first night due to odor, found two spoons on the floor in the kitchen, and had difficulty with the tv in the bedroom and bunk room. we could have used more towels during the stay as well. Everything else was fine.

Spring Break Fun

Used as home base but the added features of pool and hot tub came in handy for us as we owner the first day on a boat and over did it w sun. A say at the resort did not go to waste as they had a blast. Great place. Very comfy, and will be back.

Perfect Vacation!

This condo was perfectly located amongst all the hustle and bustle of PC. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Quick walk to the beach, the room was clean and tidy. Great view. This condo was perfectly suited for my family. With basically two Master bedrooms (king beds in each) my husband and I didn’t have to fight with the grandparents over who got the Master. My college age brother got the pull out couch. And both my kids enjoyed the room with the bunk beds (my kids are 3&5). There was a slight hiccup when the parking passes for the parking garage were not left - but the Property Manager was quick to resolve it. She was very attentive and responsive to my texts. I even asked a few questions a week prior to coming to make sure I was packing/bringing everything we could need. Again she was prompt and helpful with her responses. Check in for EVERYONE checking into this condo is at 4. Creating a bit of a bottle neck At the unloading/loading parking area and the elevators. Here is how our family beat the rush. We got there at just before 3:30. Rented luggage carts and used our own wagons to get all of our luggage up to the condo. My mother stood by our luggage and belongings out in the hallway outside the condo. By 3:50ish we had all our luggage waiting with my mother outside the condo door. And had moved our 2 vehicles out of the unloading parking and into the parking garage. As soon as the clock hit 4 we were able to enter the condo. If you were to wait till 4 to start this process - you would prob be waiting upwards of 30 min just to ride one elevator. Several times we saw people waiting in LONG lines with all their luggage with presumably more loads to take up/down. Additionally at check out to avoid a similar back up we simply loaded the car 90% of the way the night before and then the morning of check out simply took down our last bags just before 10 To beat the crowd. 10/10 highly recommend doing what we did!! We overheard several guests complaining about this pain point. But with a little prior planning and some extra grace you can make it thru pain free just like we did! I hope this helps future guests!! We had a fantastic time, Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

Great unit!

I could not be happier with my experience this weekend. The unit was great. Clean and comfortable. We had one small hiccup with a parking pass, but our Guest Contact, Tracy, handled it promptly. Very thankful for the professional service we received. I would 100% book this unit again!

Great Birthday weekend

I didn't encounter any problems with the listing. I probably wont stay at the Majestic again due to the parking location being across the street. Only owners can park on the 3rd floor which is where the convenient covered walkway is.

Terrible Visit

From the time we arrived to our early check out, this resort was an absolute mess. The staff at the front desk were rude and the direction weren’t clear that we could bypass the front desk for check in. After waiting for 15 minutes then speaking to a very rude woman we proceeded to the parking garage across the street to get a luggage cart. After we unloaded our car and 18 month old we had to then wheel back over a pedestrian bridge to our tower and room. An elevator was out so getting an elevator took well over 7 minutes. No one was working at the resort or as guests were practicing any COVID safety precautions. Elevators were packed and not a single individual was wearing a mask nor were they socially distancing. Once we got to the room, the pictures didn’t match what we saw. The desk was missing in the bunk bed rooms, there was sand all over the floors, the oven was rusted, there were lightbulbs out in the kitchen and bathrooms, the walls were filthy and covered in dirt, and paint was chipped in several rooms and on doors. The amenities of the property were run down and beat up and and again did not look at all what the pictures portray. We actually checked out early due to the lack of COVID precautions, the amenities of the property and another elevator had broken causing people to pack in like sardines. We were on the 16th floor so it was very challenging to not get an elevator especially with a toddler. The one good thing is that Tracy, the property manager was responsive but couldn’t do anything for us. I have contacted Evolve Vacation Rental every day since Thursday October 15, 2020with no response nor any person to speak directly to on the phone. That, to me, is completely unacceptable. I will never book through this company, nor will I ever stay at this resort ever again. They are rude and careless so don’t waste your money.

Loved it.

Super easy to check in, and out. Condo was in good condition. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to relax. Balcony has a great view. Security wasn't as rude as some people have mentioned in their reviews. Any that i spoke with were super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

She was the absolute best ! She replied to me ALWAYS and I didn’t have to wait a long period of time . Anything I had questions about or needed help with she was right there . I highly recommend staying there . I will be staying again . The property was clean and beautiful . We loved every bit of it. 1604 tower 1 is now my favorite at the majestic 🥰

This property is wonderful. Thank goodness for a very warm indoor pool because the weather was awful!
