Welcome to Summerhouse 1009B!  This 2BR/2BA Gulf front unit is family-friendly with beautiful views and an open layout!  Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, this unit is beautifully decorated and perfect for your next vacation to the Emerald Coast!  In the master bedroom, you will find a king bed, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom.  The guest room has 2 full-size beds, and for an extra sleeping room, you will find a sleeper sofa in the living room! This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests! Step onto your large private balcony and enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! Check out why Summerhouse 1009B is a family favorite!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to check-in at the front desk to purchase a parking pass and wristbands. Wristbands are required to be worn by all guests ages 6 years and older. This charge is $35.84 for both wristbands and parking passes, paid at the front desk. *

Located on the east side of Panama City Beach, Summerhouse Condominium is an 11-story resort.  It is minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Guests staying in this resort will have access to many exciting amenities, including 2 large swimming pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, and beach front gazebo area with tables and chairs.  Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr, is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

Value price dated condo

Although the furniture and master bathroom were dated, we enjoyed the stay. The air flow and temperature in the Master area of the condo was significantly higher than other areas which made it a bit unbearable when we were in the condo. We could not open the blinds in the Master to enjoy the view because of the temperature. Other than a few dirty plates in the cabinet, there were no other issues with the condo.
