Viste spettacolari dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto del Golfo, Pier, Pier Park e il lago .. Splendidamente decorato, ispirato alla spiaggia, luminoso e soleggiato 1 camera da letto / 1 bagno. Questa unità può ospitare 4 adulti / persone e 2 bambini di età inferiore a cinque anni con divano letto e letti a castello. (vedi sotto)

** A causa dei nuovi regolamenti dei vigili del fuoco: l'occupazione è limitata a un massimo di 4 adulti / persone, quindi l'associazione Tidewater emetterà solo 4 fasce per piscina per la nostra unità! Chiunque abbia più di 5 anni deve avere una band attiva mentre è in proprietà.

Comodo letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. La cucina ha ripiani in granito e lavastoviglie. L'unità ha anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto offrono una vista favolosa sulla vita notturna di Pier Park, l'alba ad est, le sabbie candide e le acque color smeraldo. E più volte all'anno è possibile visualizzare i FUOCHI dal comfort del proprio condominio. Tidewater ha tutto ciò che c'è da offrire nei servizi sulla spiaggia: due piscine all'aperto con vasche idromassaggio, piscina interna riscaldata, sala giochi, sala pesi completamente attrezzata con grande vasca idromassaggio all'interno, caffetteria e gelateria e anche un ristorante in loco. Questa unità sta solo aspettando che la tua famiglia si goda le bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca e tutto ciò che Tidewater ha da offrire. Tidewater è a soli 15 minuti a piedi da Pier Park con più negozi, divertimenti, ristoranti, cinema, IMAX e un parco divertimenti per il tuo divertimento! Vieni a trovarci ... E ricorda, le SEDIE DA SPIAGGIA sono incluse in questo noleggio! (1 marzo - 31 ottobre)

** La Tidewater Association ha implementato una tassa di registrazione di $ 25 + per unità per gli affittuari al fine di ricevere fasce piscina (massimo 4) e tessere parcheggio. The condo is on the 11th floor and is caddy-corner. You still get amazing views of the beach and can hear the waves! The kitchen is fully stocked and really good quality!! The dishes are Corelle. My only minor complaints was the Keurig needed to be descaled and I didn't buy the kit or vinegar to do it. So I only made 1 cup of coffee and didn't like how it tasted and opted to drink monsters in the morning instead. I also wish the refrigerator was a little bigger. By the time we put food, water, and beer we were struggling on space. We didn't even cook that much and only stayed a few days. The master and only real bedroom had a VERY comfortable king sized bed. I seriously want that mattress on my bed now. The bed is squeaky though so if you are a light sleeper it might bother you. We are both deep sleepers so no problems. The kids loved the little bunk area. We have been in several condos that have twin bunk beds in the hall but these are right by the entrance door which may be a concern for some parents. Our kids are older and that door is really heavy so it wasn't too bad. Be careful of that door though! We noticed it doesn't close fully. You have to shove it. Hoping the owners can maybe fix. Out of all the condos we have stayed at we have never had one that gave away freebies like this one. There was plenty of extra garbage bags/paper towels/laundry detergent/dryer sheets etc. And those little things can go a long way when you're on vacation! Would love to stay here again!

My daughters and I went for a girls' week, and we were thrilled with the condo! It was so clean and well-appointed. All the kitchen ware and dishes, the towels, the extra supplies were fantastic. They left enough of everything (soap, detergent, etc.) that we didn't need to use what we brought. The beds were SO COMFY and our unit was really quiet, so we weren't disturbed anytime during our stay. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony each morning and worked puzzles and watched movies at night. We were able to walk to Pier Park for some shopping. The beach chairs were an added bonus that we weren't expecting. Really a wonderful stay!

I loved the condo. It had everything we needed including a Keurig, and was very comfortable. Love the balcony views and the gorgeous sunrise. I found out this is one of the few condos that supplies the chairs, and believe me at this resort if you don’t rent their chairs you will not be happy. No umbrellas on their property. It has to be literally at the water. And they strictly enforced this. Luckily they were supplied with this condo.

Elevators were a nightmare

When we arrived at Tidewater, the code I was given for the parking garage gate did not work. So I had to go across the street and ask security for the code. Once parked I went in to check us in and get a luggage cart. To get a luggage cart you must leave your ID at the desk and receive it once you turn the cart back in. We waited for an elevator for quite a while. Once opened there was a worker sitting inside operating the elevator. He informed us that out of the 4 elevators at the property only 2 were functioning. During our weekend 1 of the 2 elevators went down. So there was 1 working elevator for 30 floors! The wait for an elevator took up to 30 minutes which made it not easy to go down to the beach or the pool quickly. We took the stairs down several times. The elevators were the only downside to our trip. The condo was perfect for us! Great location, great views, great customer service from any employee we encountered. And the free beach chairs were a lifesaver.

Great condo

Had a great time in the condo- super clean with everything you need, easy walk to pier park and has beach chairs available, great view from the terrace and super easy to communicate with the host. All instructions and information about the area is laminated for you your convenience

Summer Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at the beach! The condo was super clean and had many "extra" supplies! It had all the dishes, pots, pans, cooking utencils that we needed. Great views from the entire condo! We def hope to return. **The elevators are a pain, just have to beat the crowd and be patient.** The amazing condo makes up for the elevator issue 😁.

Nice little condo

Pros: The condo was great for our little weekend getaway. The place was very clean and we liked that it was in the corner off by itself. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of everything we would need. Cons:The elevators are HORRIBLE. The shortest wait we had was 10 mins. This isnt the fault of the condo's owners but something to consider when booking. We actually had to walk the 11 floors once after waiting so long on an elevator that never came. Very aggravating when you have cold groceries. We also never could get the cable to work in the living room. You are able to stream netflix and things like that but the internet was so bad we werent able to get through a movie. Usually this wouldnt be an issue but it rained so much and the beaches were closed so tv would have been nice. Could have been the weather was the issue of the wifi..not sure.

Very nice condo

We visit PCB about 3 times a year. This is our first time in this condo. We enjoyed it. Yes the elevator is a long wait time at 4pm and 10am (that is normal everywhere). The room was pretty, very clean, well furnished. Check out requests were minimal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great week at the beach

I wanted to give this a 4.5 stars but you can only pick 4 or 5. The condo itself is great! Clean, cute decor, and the owners are great on communication. Only wish I had realized it was an end unit and didn’t have a full on view of the ocean (partly blocked by the building itself). The reason I take off a star is simply because of the resort itself. The wristbands are a pain. You have to have one on to go anywhere in the resort including the beach. The elevators. Lord have mercy, the SLOW and busy elevators. All the reviews say they’re slow because they’re so busy, but I thought to myself, they can’t be THAT bad. Yes, yes they are THAT slow. The staff (with the exception of the people in the Waves restaurant) are kind of rude. It’s like they don’t care about the guests at all. No smiles, no hellos, nothing. It’s weird and a bit disconcerting. No vending machines on property which is kind of annoying. Overall it was a good experience with the condo and the owners. That being said, we probably wouldn’t stay at Tidewater Resort again due to the above listed reasons.
