Moto d'acqua, parasailing e divertimento in spiaggia generale sono direttamente fuori dai passi del resort sulla spiaggia. Sembra che tutto ciò che desideri sia a portata di mano. Coppie, anziani, bambini e famiglie trovano tutto questo come una fetta di paradiso.

Great condo with a better view. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Very fun property for the kids with a great pool environment and easy access to the beach. Had a great time!

Condo was a beautiful unit and very well equipped. Balcony has perfect view over Lagoon Pool and the ocean. It was very clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Really enjoyed the rental- it was clean and beautiful. Can't beat the views from the master bedroom of the beach when you wake up or the sunsets. Everything was available in the kitchen to cook with. Definitely saved in our "will rent again" book!

Great family condo

This was a great condo for our family, we have a 5 and a 4 year old who love the beach and pool! It was upgraded very well and we loved the gulf view bedroom! Would definitely stay again.

Very nice unit, well furnished

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the unit. It is directly over the pool and the view is fabulous. The unit is well furnished with plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely look at staying in this unit, if it's available, on our next beach trip to PCB.

Great visit

We've been coming to PCB for several years now. We've also stayed in multiple units/towers. This was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The unit was very clean upon arrival and had all the necessary amenities. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property has way too much “stuff”. Wasn’t the cleanest either. I had to sweep when we arrived. Sheets were very uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay

Very clean and cute condo! Easy to get around with daughter in wheelchair. The condo is decorated very cute and modern. Has super comfortable beds. There is an easy access to beach with wheelchair also. The restaurant had great breakfast and service! We do not want to leave!!💕😊

Much needed rest and relaxation

Family vacation with grandkids & daughter/ son in law Beautiful location, lovely resort & amazing room.., very accommodating and very understanding!! Especially when 4 yr old locked us out!! Hahah thank you all see you again next year!! Will definitely be coming back!!

We were told the day of arrival there was a minor leak in the master shower. It should be fixed sometime in the week. We arrived and it sounded like someone was in the shower - so a lot more than a minor leak. Condensation was dripping off the entire bathroom ceiling and walls. Emailed management immediately with video and pictures. The next day no response - we found a fan in the unit and had to keep it blowing at the ceiling to keep the moisture under control. Thursday still not email back- so emailed again. Keep in mind 24/7 sounded like a shower was running and it was scalding hot water coming out. Apparently while we were across street at a dance competition they had called me once. I didn't see that. The property manager was so incredibly rude saying I was failing to answer my phone and said in the email that I was the one looking to start a problem. I have never had an issue with someone being so aggressive and rude in their responses to me. Finally Thursday evening someone came and fixed the shower leak. I thought I was communicating to the owner but it was property management - awful awful communication. If I could upload all the emails I would. For 5k for the week it was unacceptable to have a master bath like that all week- and the air in the master room was almost non existent so it was humid all day/night due to the moisture as well.

Nice condo with issues

Would have been fantastic but they already knew the dryer did not work, when on a beach vacation its super important to be able to wash and dry towels ect..smoke alarm batteries were needed and also remotes that had dead batteries , it was tough without laundry facilities, but overall i love the resort

The view was amazing.

The only disappointment was the balcony. There was cigarette butts and food. I had to clean it before we could use it. The cushions were falling apart. You might want to let the renters know that they need to supply their toilet paper. We had to go to store to buy some.

Bugs

I appreciated that they let us check in early because we needed out of our other place. Upon entering the condo it looked pretty good. When we left to dinner in the evening and returned, I opened a kitchen drawer and there was a live roach with lots of droppings in there. Also found a dead one under the sink. The next day found another one crawling up the kitchen wall then in the evening found one in the kids room alive and within minutes another running through the dining area. The following day found a dead one in the dining area. Owners were called and nothing was done about it. They said they have never had roaches but there were roach bait traps under the kitchen sink so it was obvious they knew. Was told an exterminator would come out and they never did. Also there was a part of a finger nail lying on top of a dresser and all the beds were very dusty underneath. Was very disappointed with this stay.

Perfect View

The location was perfect, the condo was amazing and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Only thing I would change is I wish check in/out was 3pm and 11am instead of 4pm and 10am. There was a restaurant on the premises, the waitresses were all very friendly and the food was good. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully longer though as we only got to stay overnight for my daughter's 19th birthday.

Edgewater Resort Condo

A few hiccups on first day but condo was big and 2 beds in 2nd bedroom was great. Some basics were missing like bath rugs and wash cloths, dish cloths and dish detergents. Would not recommend for small children as no bath tub and lots of decorations to break
