  • Condominio fronte spiaggia con una camera da letto, ampio balcone con vista frontale sul golfo diretto che non può essere battuto e comode sedie a sdraio, recentemente ridecorato, affitto stagionale poltrona da spiaggia inclusa. Passeggiata a ristoranti e bar! Cucina completamente attrezzata, cuccette nella hall, divano letto nel soggiorno. FUGA ad Emerald Surf Escape!

    Ho trascorso 25 anni lavorando, vivendo e sviluppando la passione per questa spiaggia e tutto ciò che ha da offrire, prima di trasferirmi nel nord-ovest del Pacifico per motivi familiari. Ho comprato il mio primo appartamento in affitto nel 2017 e ho iniziato a cercarne un altro da acquistare con mio figlio, un locale nato e cresciuto a Panama City Beach. Abbiamo trovato proprio quello che stavamo cercando al Summit!

    Il nostro 8 ° piano, un appartamento con una camera da letto è fronte mare, con un balcone che non può essere battuto (tramonto sul balcone con vino?), ottimi servizi - 2 piscine, vasca idromassaggio, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, Tiki Bar Bikini Bob (in stagione), negozio di souvenir / snack bar, sala giochi, centro fitness e posizione vicino ai nostri ristoranti, bar e negozi preferiti - a pochi passi a molti! Facile accesso a Pier Park, i migliori negozi, i migliori campi da golf ei migliori ristoranti!

    Completamente ridecorato con colori rilassanti, nuovi mobili e coprimaterassi in gommapiuma, nell'estate del 2018. Siamo passati ad una grande doccia in marmo colta nel 2019 - tutto nuovo di zecca! L'affitto di 2 chaise longue imbottite sulla spiaggia è incluso da marzo a ottobre ($ 35 al giorno).

    Il nostro condominio dormirà 6 con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto, 2 letti a castello gemelli nella hall e un nuovo divano letto con materasso queen serta. Uno e mezzo bagni - 2 zone lavandino / specchio, 2 bagni e una doccia. Cucina ben attrezzata per cucinare durante il soggiorno. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità, insieme a tutto il necessario per la spiaggia (teli da spiaggia, giocattoli di sabbia, sedie a sdraio, carrello da spiaggia e dispositivo di raffreddamento). Mobili da balcone confortevoli (set da pranzo da bistrot e 2 sedie a sdraio vi faranno passare ore sul balcone), TV a schermo piatto da 55 pollici con lettore DVD e comodo divano. Siamo amanti della musica quindi spero che ti piacciano gli altoparlanti wireless Harman Kardon tanto quanto noi!

    Invece di un copriletto usato, potrai goderti un copripiumino appena lavato.

GREAT PLACE!!!!!!

I recently stayed here for a week with my fiance. I was not sure what to expect. Before we goy there, communication with Sheila was thorough and professional.When we arrived, we were pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness of the condo. Especially the little touches that made it feel like home. They were doing a little work on the buildind, but I expect that during off-season. All in all, this was a great place and we are planning on coming back in the spring. Kudos to the owners!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay overall! Sheila was an exceptional host. Her communication was outstanding from booking through checkout. She was responsive, proactive, and provided everything we needed before we even had to ask.The condo is on the 8th floor with breathtaking beach and sunset views. It's also conveniently located near the elevator and trash chute, which made coming and going very easy. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked vacation rentals I've stayed in with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, blender, dish soap, sponges, and more. We only needed to bring groceries. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys available, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the two pools were great. My daughter especially loved the poolside movie night.The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that there was visible mold/mildew in parts of the bathroom ceiling area in the shower room. I'm very sensitive to mold, so I noticed the indoor air quality right away, although it may not affect everyone the same way. I also noticed the comforter consistently felt damp, which reinforced my concern about excess humidity in the unit. I shared photos with Sheila after our stay, and she responded immediately and professionally, letting me know she would notify the owners. I appreciate how she handled my concerns and hope the issue is resolved because otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.If the moisture issue is addressed, I would happily stay here again.

Good Value in PCB

The property itself was good. It's an older property and some of the wear and tear of age showed through, but all the amenities were there and everything worked properly. We did have an issue with the electronic door lock dying on us, but a quick call to the owner and she walked us through the process, and it was up and running quickly. The beach was amazing and the private access was awesome. There was a wash station on the deck leading to and from the beach, so you could wash off all the sand before heading to the room. The beach was crowded, but we had our own beach chairs and umbrella (provided), which made it nice. We spent most of our days a the beach. The condo building was busy and the elevators were generally always crowded. We ended up taking the stairs during the bulk of our stay (except check-in and check-out). The room is on the 8th floor, so take that into consideration. The biggest detractor of the condo was the smell of garbage near the stairwell. (the trash chute was right next to it). We found that most residents left their trash bags and garbage on the landing instead of putting them down the chute. The neighborhood was kind of a shock. The condo is located right across the street from seemingly the only strip club in town. That prompted an unwanted conversation with our 12-year-old daughter about what it was. The condo is also close to mini-golf and Ripley's Believe-It-Or-Not though, so that was a bonus. It's was the best Ripley's we had been to in the US. To leave on a positive note, the private beach access has a beach kiosk that has parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet skis available for rent. So that was nice not to have to travel any distance to participate in those activities. Our favorite restaurants were Pineapple Willey's, and Hook'd. Both within a short drive of the condo.

1st Trip to the Beach

The condo was very nice and equipped with a lot of extras. We had an incident that occurred but was handle very quickly and fairly with the property owner.

Best Host ever with a beautiful condo

Sheila is the most amazing host. Her property is clean and well maintained. Beautiful views. Great pools. Beach chair staff is top notch and our chair setup was reserved the whole week. The things that made Sheila stand out were all the hostess touches. Champagne upon arrival. A couple waters in the fridge. She communicates with you very well. Everything was beyond expectations.

“Wonderful Getaway”

You can NEVER go wrong when choosing one of Sheila’s condos!! She truly is an amazing owner/host. This was our 2nd year with Sheila and to say she goes above and beyond to please her guests is an understatement!! We always have such a memorable stay in her condos :) Sheila and her “crew” think of everything! It always feels like home here in PCB bc of that :) Sheila has created a wonderful list of things to do, restaurants, and local fun that is genuine and spot on!! You will not regret staying in one of “Sheila’s Escapes” in fact, you will stop looking for other places to stay!! We have :D Thanks Again!! to All the great people that make “Sheila’s Sea Escapes” THE BEST!! See ya’ next year!!

Best VRBO in PCB

This was the best condo rental we have ever stayed at! We are regular Panama City Beach guests and this unit was by far the nicest one we have had the pleasure visiting. Sheila was super easy to work with and you could tell she wanted to make sure we had the best time possible, and she did just that! When we arrived the condo was incredibly clean and welcoming. Honestly, have not had one this clean. I am a clean freak and always find things that could have been cleaned better, or just got missed....not this time!!! Not a bit of sand on the floor anywhere, and everything was in tip top shape. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed including storage containers for left overs, storage bags, tin foil, dishwasher pods, coffee filters....no late night runs to publix needed, which was so so appreciated. She also has beach chairs (never used those because of the awesome beach service charis), small bag cooler, towels, and a BEACH CART!!!! This was the best. We usually bring our beach wagon, but left it at the house since she had a cart. And let me tell you, most people are not that nice to let you use their stuff, so super huge THANK YOU! I could go on and on about everything that made this unit perfect. Thanks again Sheila for a wonderful family vacation.

Great Beach Getaway

The condo was beautiful---the beds were comfy. The view is amazing. The balcony furniture is adorable as well as comfortable. Sheila is great to work with, she answers any questions and concerns in a timely manner. We had an amazing weekend and cannot wait to go and stay again in the near future!!!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo :)
