Una camera da letto condo piano terra unità direttamente sulla spiaggia. Questo condominio è immerso tra Seaside e Rosemary situato a circa 15 miglia dalla spiaggia di Panama City. Si tratta di una tranquilla spiaggia familiare e molto riservata. Abbiamo tutti i comfort di casa e vi danno il benvenuto a rimanere nel nostro luogo e godere di questo splendido condominio sulla spiaggia. Il nostro portico posteriore cammina subito sulla spiaggia. C'è un bel letto King in camera da letto con letti a castello per adulti o bambini. Abbiamo un divano letto che dorme anche 2. Questa è una zona molto alta e orientata alla famiglia. Questo è un ottimo posto per una vacanza in famiglia o una fuga di coppie. Pianifica le vostre weekend delle ragazze. Se ti piace la bicicletta, portatevi le biciclette o le prendi in loco. Ci sono molti sentieri ciclabili e un ambiente amichevole con biciclette con mensole a muro disponibili sulla proprietà. Prenota subito e iniziare a pianificare la tua vacanza.

View and location of this beachside condo was perfect for staying on the beach. This ground floor condo was clean and exactly as listed, with available parking lot with a space that just happened to be empty near the front door, was literally 8 steps away, which was very easy and nice. Several laminated information sheets explaining usage of TV remotes, and condo procedures simplified how everything works, with parking hang tags easy to locate. This was our first VRBO stay ever, so we didn’t know what to expect, and really appreciated all the informational presentations. Loved the beach decor, especially the pelican painting. Communication prior to our stay was accurate and clear with door codes, with fast response time, and information. If beach views are some of your favorite things, especially sunrises and sunsets, which I thoroughly enjoyed, watching dolphins from your living room, or your private patio, and private beach access, then I highly recommend staying with this host for this condo. We will stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed this charming condo. You can hear the ocean from the living room. We saw dolphins every day! Very convenient to shopping, dining, walking, and spending time on the beach!10/10One suggestion is providing a full length mirror in the hallway so I can use it next time but truly can't wait to come back!

Lovely property! The access to the beach was so convenient. The private beach was not crowded at all. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really look forward to brining the family back to the property in a couple of months. Great host!

We had the best time! This is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to be back! The owners are super helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the view is awesome. It’s so nice to walk off the back porch and just steps to the beach. There were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc to use. We can’t wait to come back!

It's cozy, right on the beach, alwyas clean, has everything we need, and communication is great! You can't beat the view. We love sitting on the porch and the benches at the top of the stairs in the morning/evenings.

Annual Girls Trip

This was my 2nd (and definitely not my last) stay here. The property is very clean and is in the absolute best location! It’s about a mile from The Big Chill and the beach is not crowded.

Our favorite beach stay!

The pictures on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is so nice and spacious. We stayed here with our two year olds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4, super clean, with comfortable furniture. We loved being able to walk directly to the beach- made it so easy with two toddlers. There are stairs to get to the beach but it wasn’t too bad. The location of the condo was right in the middle of everything. A very short ride to Seaside or Rosemary Beach! We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return.

Amazing beachfront condo

Property location is excellent. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Great AC. Truly steps from beach. No crossing street to get to the beach!!! Condo has everything you need to have a home away from home. We hope to come back!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This was our first time vacationing in Seacrest (30A), and I will definitely recommend this area and condo again. We will always prefer the private beach as it is less crowded than other surrounding public beaches. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two children ages 5 and 2).

Relaxing

We have stayed here numerous times. New furniture this trip! The place looks really nice. Air conditioning was perfect, bed was comfortable as usual, price is more reasonable than other units we checked at Seamist. We really like the covered porch for storing paddle boards and bikes. Spring Break 24

My husband couldnt go so my best friend went with me and it was perfect. Being able to look out and see the beach and gulf was great. The condo was as described. The ease of the whole process of reserving, checking in and out was. The owners were quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this and would stay here again.

Great Location!
