What’s nearby:
You'll find this resort high-rise three-quarters of a mile west of Pier Park, which is home to 124 stores, great restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the host of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series). You can stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), take in a wildlife show at Gulf World (one mile east), or drive 11 miles east to spectacular St. Andrews State Park for the day. Frank Brown Park is one mile north as well, and hosts Gulf Coast Jam every Labor Day weekend.

Winter Getaway

This property had everything that we needed for our 7 week winter stay. We love the Tidewater resort building. The management company was always thinking about our safety through the storms that popped up during our stay.

Beautiful Condo on 8th floor.

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The only thing lacking was a corkscrew, so if you are a wine drinker, bring one! All the reviews say the elevators are horrible, we had no problem at all. The longest we waited was maybe 5 minutes. We hope to rent this same unit again next year.

Nice Location, Disappointed in condition

Overall the Condo Unit was nice. I was disappointed in how dirty the floors were. The back door lock was broken and I never received a call back from the management company. Neither or the indoor hot tubs were working, we weren't allowed to use the indoor pool and a lot of the the exercise equipment is very rusted/broken.

Elevators were a nightmare. Condo had sandy all over the floor when we checked it.

Elevator vacation! They were awful, we waited sometimes an hour to get on and when we did we were packed in like sardines. Condo was nice and as described but the floors were dirty, they had sand all over them. Will not stay at Tidewater again because of the elevators.

Great place to stay

Condo exceptionally clean and very well stocked. Close to attractions. Elevators not near as bad as prior reviews. Had to wait during peak hours but if you use the elevators on the building's ends, they moved faster. Overall, good time and would/will recommend to others. We'll be back.

Condo was very nice

Condo was newly updated, well furnished, clean and has a nice view of the beach. The location was very close for the Ironman events at Pier Park that we attended but there was significant road construction on the street that hindered walking up and down the street.

Family Vacation

We stayed in Tidewater 810 for a family vacation right before school started back and had a great time. We were originally scheduled to come earlier in the summer, but another event being rescheduled forced us to move the vacation. The management made that process very easy. The condo was great, as advertised, and the location made everything in PCB convenient. The elevators can take a long time during peak times - up to 20 minute waits a couple of times. Would stay there again!
