  • Questa casa Gulf View dispone di un ampio portico schermato con sala da pranzo all'aperto e comodi posti a sedere che è meraviglioso per godersi la vista durante il giorno e rilassarsi e cenare la sera. Questa casa non è direttamente sulla spiaggia, ma a causa della sua posizione e della breve passeggiata per il comodo lungomare; sembra che sia "sulla spiaggia". Cucciolo amichevole.

    Il mazzo è un posto così bello che non vorrai entrare, ma quando lo farai, godrai dell'open space con la zona giorno e molti comodi posti a sedere; tra cui divani in pelle reclinabili e camino, la cucina completamente attrezzata e spaziosa perfetta per la preparazione e la cena; tutto con una vista e perfetto per una famiglia numerosa.

    Due camere Queen con bagno in comune e spazio per lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano su questo livello principale. La scala conduce ad un soppalco che ha un secondo spazio di vita per rilassarsi con una scrivania e un futon / divano che fornirebbe spazio aggiuntivo per dormire. La camera da letto matrimoniale principale è a questo livello superiore che ha anche un letto matrimoniale che può funzionare bene per una famiglia. C'è un ampio bagno completo anche a questo livello.

    All'esterno al piano terra si trova una doccia esterna calda / fredda per il risciacquo dopo il tempo trascorso in spiaggia, una griglia a gas, un tavolo per la pulizia del pesce, un posto auto coperto e un ampio parcheggio, un deposito chiuso per l'attrezzatura da spiaggia e persino un altro bagno completo. C'è anche spazio per il parcheggio di barche e rimorchi.

Loved Sandy Acres!

Great property and just as described! Proximity to the beach was awesome and the boardwalk was literally steps from the driveway!! We loved the area of Port St. Joe, Indian Pass and Cape San Blas and can't wait to visit again. We will definitely be back to this property!!

2d tier home with good beach access.

The home was modern, clean and well-stocked. Even though it was a 2d tier home, there were decent ocean/beach views from the large screened front balcony (for as long as another lot remains vacant). Beach access is directly across the street.

Sandy acres did not disappoint. We were close to the beach, maybe 2ish min walk. The porch was my favorite feature. The view is priceless! Make sure your party is prepared for the steps. We got our workout in daily.

Great beach house, great beach!

This was our first trip to the area and we loved our visit! The private beach, with the closest neighbor being 500 yards away, was a huge draw. We usually go to 30A, and rows of beach chairs are three deep. It was fun to fish on the beach too! The house was so well stocked with everything we could need, including spices. Loved the screen porch- especially watching storms come up. Great place!

Check-in was not great, we were given the wrong lock code, so could not get in, and couldn’t contact the host because there was no cell service. A few things were either mis- represented or not as shown in the listing, including the slip covers on the leather sofas, and there were no white chairs as shown in the downstairs area. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was so short that it was hard to keep the water from running out onto the floor. No other major concerns.

Wonderful beach retreat

We love vacationing at Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. It is so nice to be able to take our dogs to the beach, have campfires on the beach, and have the beach nearly to ourselves. We have stayed in many different beach houses in the area, some on the beach and a few second tier houses. This house was not directly on the beach, but there is still a beach view and a boardwalk to the beach right in front of the house. It was very easy and short walk out to the beach. The house was pet friendly and had everything we needed. There were some beach supplies, books to read, and games in the house to keep everyone entertained. Our group of six enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Sandy Acres for the week of the 4th of July. Like all the beach front homes prepare to climb stairs. This house is comfortable and well stocked. We had no complaints with the AC keeping up which was a great relief from the heat of the day. We love the close proximity to the beach and wide drive and covered parking for the boat. This home is in need of some TLC and general maintenance. It is advertised as a 3 BATH. I specifically called and asked about this before renting and was told there was an extra bath on ground level for use which in fact was not available. Like many places on the cape there is construction right next door which I was also told had been completed. Overall we enjoyed this home and location. Thank you for sharing your home.

It was an easy short walk to a wonderful quiet beach. The only issue is that there was a lot of construction next door and across the street. This put a damper on our use of the beautiful screened in porch due to a ton of noise starting at 7:30 Am until 6 PM. When in the house the construction noise was not bothersome. I would definitely book with Be our Guest again as well as book this house in the future given the construction is completed.

Good times at Sandy Acres!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Sandy Acres. The house was exceptionally clean and well kept. After staying in the CSB/IP area for several years the short trip to the beach was very welcomed. If you need extra parking, this house has it. The kitchen was stocked better than any house we've ever rented and the Weber grill worked flawlessly. A bathroom in the lower was a great idea as was the outdoor shower. I will mention 2 items that renters from 8/2023 on and for possibly the next year need to be aware of: First, they began construction on the lot next to Sandy Acres during our stay and drove in 16 pilings. There's only 15 pilings, but they had to do one twice. I'd guess there will be construction going on there for the next year. Second, during our stay a Florida Cottonmouth took up residence in a bush next to the driveway. I only mention this as a concern if you have pets. Unfortunately this snake moved to the neighbors garage and was dispatched.Overall, loved the house and area would love to stay there next time!

There was plenty of parking and very easy to get our 22 ft boat under the carport. We greatly appreciated the storage room on ground level for all our beach gear, fishing gear and bikes. The home was very spacious and the kitchen was nicely equipped as we mostly ate in. The washer and dryer are a must for our crew and very appreciated. The AC worked great for our July stay!! Thank you for sharing your home. The only thing that would have made it better would be if we could have used the cargo elevator for our luggage and cooler.

The downstairs full bathroom and garage storage space were the niceties we didn't know we needed - so amazing to have a place to put all your sandy things. The screened porch was a highlight, as was the expansive kitchen! We can't recommend this place enough. Just make sure to read the entire listing - the owner's bedroom is not on the main floor.

A Week in Paradise

Our stay was fantastic. Donna and team are wonderful hosts and very quick to respond to any messages prior to arrival. The house was clean, had ample space and a great view of the ocean from the screened in balcony. We would definitely look at renting this property again in the future!
