Questa casa Gulf View dispone di un ampio portico schermato con sala da pranzo all'aperto e comodi posti a sedere che è meraviglioso per godersi la vista durante il giorno e rilassarsi e cenare la sera. Questa casa non è direttamente sulla spiaggia, ma a causa della sua posizione e della breve passeggiata per il comodo lungomare; sembra che sia "sulla spiaggia". Cucciolo amichevole.

Il mazzo è un posto così bello che non vorrai entrare, ma quando lo farai, godrai dell'open space con la zona giorno e molti comodi posti a sedere; tra cui divani in pelle reclinabili e camino, la cucina completamente attrezzata e spaziosa perfetta per la preparazione e la cena; tutto con una vista e perfetto per una famiglia numerosa.

Due camere Queen con bagno in comune e spazio per lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano su questo livello principale. La scala conduce ad un soppalco che ha un secondo spazio di vita per rilassarsi con una scrivania e un futon / divano che fornirebbe spazio aggiuntivo per dormire. La camera da letto matrimoniale principale è a questo livello superiore che ha anche un letto matrimoniale che può funzionare bene per una famiglia. C'è un ampio bagno completo anche a questo livello.

All'esterno al piano terra si trova una doccia esterna calda / fredda per il risciacquo dopo il tempo trascorso in spiaggia, una griglia a gas, un tavolo per la pulizia del pesce, un posto auto coperto e un ampio parcheggio, un deposito chiuso per l'attrezzatura da spiaggia e persino un altro bagno completo. C'è anche spazio per il parcheggio di barche e rimorchi.

Check-in was not great, we were given the wrong lock code, so could not get in, and couldn’t contact the host because there was no cell service. A few things were either mis- represented or not as shown in the listing, including the slip covers on the leather sofas, and there were no white chairs as shown in the downstairs area. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was so short that it was hard to keep the water from running out onto the floor. No other major concerns.

Sandy acres did not disappoint. We were close to the beach, maybe 2ish min walk. The porch was my favorite feature. The view is priceless! Make sure your party is prepared for the steps. We got our workout in daily.

2d tier home with good beach access.

The home was modern, clean and well-stocked. Even though it was a 2d tier home, there were decent ocean/beach views from the large screened front balcony (for as long as another lot remains vacant). Beach access is directly across the street.

Wonderful beach retreat

We love vacationing at Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. It is so nice to be able to take our dogs to the beach, have campfires on the beach, and have the beach nearly to ourselves. We have stayed in many different beach houses in the area, some on the beach and a few second tier houses. This house was not directly on the beach, but there is still a beach view and a boardwalk to the beach right in front of the house. It was very easy and short walk out to the beach. The house was pet friendly and had everything we needed. There were some beach supplies, books to read, and games in the house to keep everyone entertained. Our group of six enjoyed our stay very much.

Great beach house, great beach!

This was our first trip to the area and we loved our visit! The private beach, with the closest neighbor being 500 yards away, was a huge draw. We usually go to 30A, and rows of beach chairs are three deep. It was fun to fish on the beach too! The house was so well stocked with everything we could need, including spices. Loved the screen porch- especially watching storms come up. Great place!

Great property and just as described! Proximity to the beach was awesome and the boardwalk was literally steps from the driveway!! We loved the area of Port St. Joe, Indian Pass and Cape San Blas and can't wait to visit again. We will definitely be back to this property!!

A Week in Paradise

Our stay was fantastic. Donna and team are wonderful hosts and very quick to respond to any messages prior to arrival. The house was clean, had ample space and a great view of the ocean from the screened in balcony. We would definitely look at renting this property again in the future!

Perfect!

We have vacationed to the Port St. Joe/ St George Island area many times before. Most of the times our rentals are subpar and merely acceptable considering we spend a majority of our time on the beach anyway. This was not the case for this home!! It was VERY clean and well cared for! It even smelled clean! This was also the PERFECT location for us. It’s not “right on the beach” but it really felt like it with a very short walk over the boardwalk and an amazing view of the ocean from the porch. We were able to camp out on the beach all day and had no worries sending the kids up when they needed a break since we could see them and the house from where we sat. Management was great and super helpful! We will most certainly be booking this house again in the future. I might even dare say that this will be our new go to vacation house every year from here forward!!

Quiet Secluded Getaway

Property was great. Little dissapointed that some of the furniture pictured on the Lanai was missing and replaced with less desirable furniture. Master bathroom needs attention. My wife would not take a bath in the jetted tub due to mold or mold stains on the grout plus the dirtiness of the motor housing compartment ( panel kept falling off exposing the inner workings). Other than these 2 items everything else was great. Locations was even better than expected.. Had a very good time.

Excellent getaway!!

Sandy Acres was a wonderful place to stay during our family vacation to Cape San Blas. The home was well equipped with everything that we needed. The management was easy to get in touch with when we had any questions. The view from the screened in porch was amazing, and there was private walkway directly to the beach for easy access. We had plenty of space to accommodate all of us very comfortably. We would highly recommend this home to everyone. We are so glad that we found this gem!

We had a nice stay

The only complaints we had were: squeaky stairs, keurig didn’t work (neither did the replacement), and no extra blankets. If it sleeps 10 there needs to be bedding for the extra beds. The kitchen was stocked okay, but could use some better utinsils.

Almost perfect!

Fantastic house! Great set up , well stocked, excellent location. Out of 6 years in the area, this has been our favorite house. Management was excellent and easy to get a hold of. Only complaint, advertised a double futon in the loft and there was nothing there to sleep on. Left us one bed short. Luckily the kids are little and pallets on the floor worked for them.

Sweet Beach home

We enjoyed our stay . We spent the days walking on the beach, riding bikes, paddling our kayaks and sitting on the porch reading. And watching the ocean skies. The kitchen was perfect for our meal prep and we all love to cook. A short walk over to the Indian Pass Raw Bar was always a treat. Easy to stay Busy or stay lazy. Loved the stay!!

Pet friendly

Absolutely loved the beach house and the location. The beach was wonderful and our dog had a lot of play time with other dogs. Fabulous restaurants. Already started looking for a return trip. One of the smoke detectors was beeping. Just called the number and someone came to fix it. However when we left the detector was not replaced yet. The only glitch and it was nothing. Wonderful home!

The home is just as described if not better! Home is well kept and very clean. Very short walk to the beach. Easy even with a baby! Home is in a quite neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone! We will be back!
