Dai un'occhiata a questo bellissimo cottage ben tenuto in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. La Magnolia Mermaid è un esempio di eleganza ed è sicuramente la destinazione perfetta per le vacanze per te e la tua famiglia! Convenientemente situato tra Watersound e la spiaggia di Alys lungo la Scenic Highway 30A, c'è molto da fare nella zona che circonda questa casa.

La Sirena Magnolia è stata recentemente ristrutturata. All'interno troverete nuovi ripiani in marmo, pavimenti in legno finemente rifiniti, mobili unici e altre caratteristiche per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più piacevole e memorabile possibile. Gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e gli armadi bianchi rendono la cucina invitante, soprattutto se abbinati agli esclusivi apparecchi di illuminazione. Il tavolo da pranzo personalizzato aggiunge un tocco unico ed è sicuro di essere un luogo ideale per mangiare con la famiglia e gli amici!

La casa dispone di tre bagni con pavimenti piastrellati. C'è una camera a castello con due coppie di letti singoli più due letti a castello. La master suite, anch'essa ben arredata, ospita un letto king size. L'altra suite dispone di un letto queen size. Sia le camere che il soggiorno sono dotati di TV a schermo piatto per il vostro piacere di guardare.

Rilassati nella veranda sul retro. Ci sono sedie a sdraio, un divanetto e un grill a gas, rendendolo il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi in un bellissimo pomeriggio. La casa si trova vicino alla spiaggia e alla piscina della comunità. C'è anche una passerella privata, spiaggia recintata solo attraverso 30A.

Second year to return to this magical little cottage. Very close to beach, gorgeous decor and convenient snack/bar along the way to the beach!

The cottage was cozy and had ample space for 6 people and is was well equipped for making our own meals. We loved the porch swing and back patio. The heated pool is close by and was a great addition. The cafe at the end of the street had great popsicles and iced coffee.Our only issue was beach access. We used the code provided to access the beach gate and set up at the bottom of the stairs along the beach. A man came by and said we on private property and were trespassing unless we paid 70/day/chair and made us leave. It was embarrassing and unexpected. We had to pack up and leave. I explained that we had a code for the beach access, but he didn’t care and told us 4 times that we were trespassing.

The whole house was fantastic. Just as described. Had an incredible ambiance to it. Plenty of space for everyone while also allowing great shared space to be together and have good fellowship. The AC didn’t reach the rooms as well as it could have. The bedrooms were a degree or 2 warmer than the living room. We were thankful for the fans to keep us cool at night. The biggest issue we had was that the 2 doors leading out to the back patio didn’t have working deadbolts or locks at all, so we felt exposed at night when sleeping unfortunately. Besides that it was wonderful

We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again.

Perfect location centered between serene Alys beach and vintage Seaside! Peaceful back-porch bliss situated in wooded seclusion. Updated and very clean. Short walk to beach, although quite a few steps down to it. Do not recommend if you have elderly guests. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Very cute cottage in a nice and quiet location. Very easy to get to The Big Chill and to The Horseshoe/Rosemary. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect accommodations, just a little smaller than we anticipated. We had 5 teenage boys with us and a couple had to sleep on the couch but we don’t spend much time inside while at the beach anyway so it did not matter. The only negative was we have Verizon and had zero coverage inside the house. We had to walk or drive away to use our phones. Again, we like to discinnnect while on vacation so nothing major, just an inconvenience.

House was cute and in a great location, I do however think it should be noted that to get to the beach there are 4 flights of stairs to get down to the sand. Also the pictures on the web site do need updating, the house has been well loved and some of the furnishing/ pillows need a good cleaning. The back porch is in need of a refresh along with the outside bushes and weeds need to be handled. There were 2 bird nests on the porch and briars that are coming through the screens, which need a good washing as well. Def. needs some attention to the landscaping.

Can’t ask for a better location, this unit delivers a lot in a small space. Really nothing to complain about but a couple suggestions. The listing should clearly state that beach access is directly across the street but you are not allowed to set up your personal tent/chairs on that section, you are sent further away to public area. The kitchen is in need of a few additional supplies especially cookie sheets and serving dishes. Lastly it might be time for some new pillows. All things that can be easily addressed and shouldn’t keep anyone for renting the Magnolia Mermaid!

Be prepared to rent chairs at the beach. Outside chairs are not allowed. You should reserve them prior to your trip because the front row was rented prior to our arrival 3 of the 4 days. Steep staircase to the beach could be tough for the elderly. The walk isn’t bad. House was tight with four adults and 3 little kids. Great neighborhood with two pools. We would go back with a smaller group.

This home was perfect for our family - myself and my husband, daughter and son-in-law, and their 20-month-old son. Beds were comfortable, two of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, wonderful open floor plan and screened porch (loved the swing!) Short walk to the gorgeous beach, and we really appreciated that there was a wagon to use for moving the baby and beach equipment from the house to the beach. Visitors, be aware that there are 4 flights of steps to get down from the top of the dunes to the beach. We look forward to staying at Magnolia Mermaid again!

This property is nicely decorated, great location, fabulous back porch, but lacks in some areas; storage for groceries. The built in pantry did not have any shelves for groceries and pantry items. Kitchen was a hodge podge of mixed silverware/eating utensils. Low quality sheets and towels. The key system needs to be updated to an electronic door or provide multiple keys. We had 4 adults all doing different things but only1 key. Also the 2 guest bedrooms did not have a dresser/chest to unpack and store clothes. The cabinets in the guest rooms were full of pillows, blankets and decor but lacked space to store our clothing. The den TV was small for the space.
