Tutto è nuovo di zecca! Abbiamo appena completato una straordinaria trasformazione del nostro condominio Penthouse in AQUA! Diventa uno dei primi ospiti nel condominio più bello di fronte al golfo del resort più celebre di Panama City Beach! AQUA ha vinto numerosi premi di design e vedrai la differenza nel momento in cui arrivi. Dai nostri meravigliosi giardini acquatici, piscine punteggiate di palme e architettura mozzafiato, AQUA ti stupirà.

AQUA è al centro di tutto a Panama City Beach a pochi passi da Pier Park e il nostro spazioso condominio con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con golfo è la corona di AQUA. Nel momento in cui arriverete noterete il nostro splendido stile contemporaneo e poiché si tratta di un attico si ottengono 10 piedi soffitti, EXTRA TALL 8 FOOT WINDOWS AND DOORS, e qualcosa che non si vede mai in altri condomini, ringhiere in vetro sul balcone! Il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina sono enormi e adorerai tutte le camere da letto e i bagni molto grandi.
Tutto ... e intendiamo TUTTO è NUOVO. Abbiamo appena completato un'importante ristrutturazione del nostro condominio tra cui nuove, piastrelle in legno di porcellana su tutta la superficie, nuovi apparecchi di illuminazione, nuovi ventilatori a soffitto, nuovi vanità in granito, lavandini e rubinetti in tutti e 3 i bagni, nuovi trattamenti delle finestre, nuovi arredi con un nuovo look contemporaneo che utilizza una straordinaria tavolozza bianca e grigia con tocchi di arte contemporanea colorata ovunque. Il nostro rinnovo include anche una nuova elettronica con un enorme TV da 70 "nel soggiorno, TV da 50" nella camera da letto principale e camera da letto King Guest e una TV da 42 "nella camera degli ospiti Queen / Twin Bunk. Excellent property! The condo is beautifully decorated and had a unique layout with the master in the front with the ocean view and the other two bedrooms around the corner down a hallway. Perfect if you have kids. Kitchen was well stocked and absolutely love the glass walled balcony with the spectacular ocean view! The check in/check out instructions were excellent. We didn’t have to contact the owners at all. Highly recommend this property!

Great unit and property. Have stayed at several others in coming to area for over 15 years and this was best! Owner was thorough in getting all details to us in very timely manner and would respond quickly to any questions and the unit is just as pictures show, beautiful! Will definitely use again!

Great stay at Aqua

Great stay beachfront condo! Beautiful and clean! Property was as listed looked just like the photos. All the information we needed was provided by the host ahead of time - we did not need to contact the host at all. Beautiful balcony with chairs and beautiful gulf view - nice to be able to look through the glass partition to see the water. Living room and master bedroom with gorgeous ocean views. Accessed chairs with umbrellas on the beach each day was a plus! Short walk to Pier Park for restaurants and entertainment. Short walk or drive to Walmart for supplies.

Very Nice!!

The condo was very nice and very comfortable. We loved the scenery and the sound of the Gulf!! I wished the parking deck had more handicap spaces or the security needs to check on placards and license plates, there were several cars parked illegally. Other then that it was an enjoyable experience!!!!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was immaculate, beautiful, and so spacious. The view is even better in person! We did run into a couple of issues that the owner could not have foreseen. But he was very prompt in communication and working to fix any issue. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing

This condo is fantastic! View is amazing. Owner was very responsive. Couple things for those staying there in the future. -You have to shut the door from the patio to master bedroom VERY forcefully in order for it to latch. -The freezer has a tendency to open a tiny bit when you open the fridge. It’s hard to even notice it is open.

Best Condo We've Stayed in at PCB!

It was a pleasure to rent from Dan and Barbara. The unit was just as nice in person, as it was on the listing. The condo (and the Aqua property) was immaculate! Great color schemes, very nice furniture, and comfy beds. Tastefully decorated, and the views were top notch from the 23rd floor. Our family highly recommends this condo.

The Best!!!!

This penthouse is absolutely The Best!! The beds and couch are very comfortable, it has a fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and absolutely gorgeous views. Aqua has tranquil water features, landscaping and nice swimming pools. Great location if you’re looking to stay right on the beautiful gulf beach in PCB. Owner is very professional and attentive about sending information regarding your upcoming stay. Super clean penthouse to stay in if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We definitely plan to stay in this penthouse again and again!!

Perfect family vacation!

This property is beautiful. Lovely decor, clean, plenty of towels, and amazing view with the glass rail! It was nice to have starter set of soaps and paper products. The kitchen was well stocked. No problems with wait times for the elevators. It was so nice to have set of beach chairs included. We appreciated the larger third bedroom with more than just bunks for my very tall teenagers. Very convenient to places to eat, and Huge Walmart for anything else you could need. The pool area had a convenient snack shop for snacks/drinks to grab during the day. The workout room on the first floor was nice too with plenty of space and most equipment you would expect. The only thing to think about bringing would be a blanket for hanging out on the couch and some plastic containers for saving leftovers. Thank you for a great family vacation!!

Beautiful condo and great location

Gorgeous condo! Very clean and updated. We have stayed at the Aqua before and love the location. It’s close to Pier Park and lots of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops. It was spring break and we were with teens, so it’s perfect to give them some freedom without them going too far. We were a little bummed that construction was going on during our visit, so one pool was closed and there was some disruption- not the owners fault of course and we worked around it. Overall we loved our time and would recommend!

Spring Break

Perfect location for walking to the Pier & Boardwalk. We loved having restaurants in walking distance. Very nice, clean condo. I loved waking up to a direct view of the ocean from the Master bedroom. The 2 spare bedrooms do face the back of the building towards the street. Owners did make us aware of construction happening on part of the building causing one of pools to be closed. They did make up for the inconvenience which we appreciated. It was really nice having 2 beach chairs set up daily. Only recommendation would be to bring your own storage containers if you planned to eat in & want to store leftovers. Overall highly recommend this until & location for any family vacations.

Beautiful Condo with incredible views. The owner is soooo easy to work with and very helpful. The master suite was perfect for us and we enjoyed the balcony and living area with friends. 23rd floor, corner looking at the Gulf and every sunset!!! Lots of food, drinks, and shopping within a short walk. What an enjoyable place!!

Wonderful stay Comfiest pillows and everything just as pictured Easy process if I had to make any complaints, it would be that I couldn’t control the thermostat and we were a little chilly at night as it was a cold week there. I did not contact the owner on this though, so I’m sure it could’ve been handled if I reached out.
