Recommendations: More silverware is needed or bring your own plastic ware. There weren’t enough for a family to have a meal, let alone go a day without washing all the dishes. Provide curtains over bedroom window. The sun is very bright and warm very early in the morning. Providing a modest amount of cleaning supplies (kitchen spray, bathroom, mini vaccum) would help keep the place clean and prepared for check out. Pros: The condo was clean. The living room is very spacious - plenty of room for air mattress if needed. Beautiful beach view from patio. We loved the main pool. It has a bar and grill, a lot of umbrellas, good vibes. Safe area. Across the street from Pineapple Willy’s and the beach. A drive across the street to Walmart. Cons of the resort: The elevators. My goodness. There’s only 2 for the whole resort. On check in and out days, we waited more than 30 minutes :( The parking garage has its own separate elevator and then you have to walk to the resort and get on that elevator. If you have luggage or a wagon, only 3-4 ppl can get on the elevator at a time. We had to bring a wagon to haul groceries bc the parking, walking, and elevator processes are a journey. The host was top notch. Super responsive and accommodating- would stay in any of his properties due to his care. The condo itself 5/5 star. The inconveniences at the resort itself with the elevators, a pain. May be different if we weren’t on such a tight schedule for the World Series.

Good price for the condo. Access to the elevators were the biggest concern. Stayed on the 18th floor and at times had to use the stairs after waiting for the elevators for 15 minites at times. Traffic was also a concern.

Great location!! Cozy! I’m scared of heights but the balcony was big so my fear wasn’t overwhelming. The only issue is the bathroom sinks. I figured glass was in one(missing mirror) causing it to fill up fast. Not sure what was in the other

Nice Condo, But...

The condo unit itself is very nice. Exactly as described and the balcony view of the Gulf is gorgeous. Showers and beds were wonderful. The only problem with the unit is that the bunks are right next to the AC and the compressor is very loud. This was an issue for my light sleeper. The five pools on the property are clean and well-kept. This property definitely has a party-vibe and is better for older families. While security was plentiful, it was spring break and drugs, loud music and drinking were prevalent. The property is in the center of a lot of action. Check-in also took more than an hour as there was just one receptionist. As much as I wanted to enjoy this property-there were good qualities--we won't be back; but I am old and prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment. If you are a partier than this is the place for you!

Spectacular

Starting from the host the experience was impecable. Called and was informed in detail about everything. Upon arrival he called to let my husband and I know the room was ready ahead of time due to us arriving early. The room was super clean and fresh. Not your typical rental. Here it is more homely spacious and fully packed home away from home. Amazing balcony view Had to do no driving because it's literally across the street from the beach and also an awesome restaurant/bar and within walking distance from a Walmart.

Nice Condo

We loved the condo. My only complaint is the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and whatever the mattress is wrapped in it is so loud while sleeping. I think it’sa mattress protector. We actually ended up sleeping on the pull out couch the last night. The towels were very plush and soft! Everything was clean and smelled good upon arrival. Location is definitely in a party scene area but it is entertaining to watch from the balcony at night. Elevators were a complete nightmare! We did enjoy our trip.
