Completamente rinnovato e aggiornato con oltre 50 pezzi bellissimi decori e immagini a tema oceano! Proprio sulla spiaggia, al 3 ° piano, vista sull'oceano perfetta! Situato all'estremità ovest più tranquilla della spiaggia ma comunque vicino a tutte le attrazioni come il Pier Park Mall, i ristoranti e le attrazioni. Questo condominio fronte mare con 1 camera da letto e 2 bagni offre molto spazio ed è abbastanza grande da ospitare comodamente fino a cinque persone. Il balcone al 3 ° piano si affaccia sulla splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca e offre la vista perfetta per i meravigliosi tramonti.

Needs a lot of updating!

The owners of this property were very nice and responded to any questions quickly! The view of the beach is fabulous. It is nice that there are two bathrooms and the king bed is very comfortable. The condo needs many updates. It doesn’t appear that clean because it looks like the original paint. The refrigerator is rusting on the front. The recliner was a completely peeled down to wear the color is gone. The couch and loveseat material is thin and stained. The furniture is dark. The kitchen garbage can is completely cracked and ready to fall apart. The owners asked that while staying here, tenants wear “house shoes” to help not track sand. There was sand on the recliner and counter chairs when we arrived. There was sand around the toilet in the master bath and shaven hairs left on the sink. The drains in both bathrooms barely drained. The hall rug and bathroom rug were either dirty or so old they looked not washed! The outside furniture was not wiped down either. As I stated, owners were very nice, area was close to everything, and beach view was beautiful.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was just what we wanted. It was clean, well supplied, safe and had a beautiful view of the gulf. The owners were helpful and courteous. We would stay again for sure.

Great location, Convenient 3rd floor 1 bedroom condo, west side of Pier Park.

Celadon Beach Resort was in a great location for us. condo was beach front 3rd floor. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Nice updates and information from owners throughout our stay. Short drive to lots of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores.

The location was good and access to the beach was great. The place had beach chairs available for use and the two bathrooms were good for 3 people. There was no silence throughout the property all during the night you could hear the upstairs and side neighbors which was difficult for sleeping. Also after you book, there’s a link sent that requires you to pay $40 to park at the location you’ve already paid for. I also don’t feel if I’m paying a cleaning fee I should be required to take out the trash. The property needs some updates as there are multiple areas of water damage and/or leaking and the hall bathroom counter looked as if someone ran into it or it was kicked with damage. Overall, good stay due to we’re beach bums and didn’t spend much time in the room other than at bedtime.

Great Stay

We enjoyed the condo, and the facility. Very family friendly, and quiet. Loved both pools at the Condo and access to the beach was a breeze. Future stays will be at the Celadon resort.

Had a great time!

We were completely satisfied with this property. The beach was awesome. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The kids loved the bunk beds. We contacted the owners a few times with questions before our stay. They always answered right away. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!.

Ineffective Communication

The owner of the VRBO did not ensure everything was in working order before our arrival on 13 April. The TV in the main room was not working…I reached out to the owner to have him give me instructions how to fix the problem .. he was unsure … later sent someone over two days later too fix the problem without communicating with us and while we were out..totally unsatisfactory.. in short the owner should verify everything is working as advertised before future guests arrive especially since everything is paid in full !

Vacation stay for Seabreeze Jazz Festival

We had an amazing time! The condo was exactly as identified. Clean, comfortable, very convenient to everything we needed. Not to mention outstanding beachviews. Had just a few challenges with the televisions and cable, but the owners were very responsive and sent someone over very quickly to correct for us while we were at the jazz festival. We will definitely recommend this location and i would want to return to this unit for sure. Great condo, and the owners were so easy to communicate with..Thank you for everything

Great winter getaway.

Condo exactly as advertised. Has everything you need for a comfortable “at home” experience. Very clean, comfortable bed. Having two bathrooms is a plus. Another plus, is on site washer and dryer. Absolutely wonderful beach front view. Good location. Great area restaurants. This condo did not disappoint. Would highly recommend.

Short weekend trip

Great stay

Great property for a long weekend stay. The rain kept us off the beach but we were glad we had a comfortable, clean, condo to relax in. The owner/property manager provided all the information well ahead of time and made check in/out easy. I would stay here again.
