We had a great stay! We have stayed in many different units within High Pointe, and this was one of our favorites. Very well stocked with all that you will need and the furniture is great for a large group. First floor convenience right by the pool. Dwight was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect!! Great condo, very clean, large living/dining area, well stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms & bathrooms. It was perfect for us (3 couples). Pool was nice, right outside patio doors. Beach was great with 2 chairs & umbrella included. Condo is located in a great place, lots of restaurants and shops to walk to easily. Loved our stay here and would do it again and highly recommend. Owner was super easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating.

We had a great stay at the High Point resort. Our condo was just as described. It was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We loved being on the first floor with easy walk out to the pool. Excellent host and accommodations.

Spring Break 2025

Stayed Spring Break 2025. The condo itself was lovely. Unfortunately the entire condo community is undergoing extensive construction which meant very loud and repetitive noise all day long the entire stay. It was a long term construction project so it would have been nice to be warned that it was happening. Dennis was very responsive when the pool was unexpectedly closed for 6 of the 7 days and the location of the condo was great for walking to food and entertainment.

Very nice and convenient to beach and shops/restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. My only issue is the security group isn’t very pleasant. They are very harsh. And the armband issue is a bit much especially when the rest of the family had armbands on and one may have forgotten in the room. We felt like constant harping and getting on to you. If a few had armbands be a little understanding. Not like we are teenagers trying to break rules.

Great location and Amenities!

We had to make last minute changes to our travel plans due to a hurricane, and I'm so glad we founds this place! Great location and amenities. We were able to walk to lots of things in & around Rosemary Beach. The shopping center across the street had lot of conveniences like coffee, restaurants, ice cream, a market and much more (including live music at night). The unit was well-equipped and couldn't beat the beach access. We also really enjoyed having a restaurant on site - we had several meals and happy hours there! It was our first time to this area and we would definitely come back! Communication with the owner was great - he provided a lot of info ahead of our arrival, and was helpful to work with on our last minute plans.

Always a favorite!

I have lost count of the number of times we have enjoyed this property and having Dwight as a host. The location is prime and we love High Pointe. The host is fantastic and always responsive. Sometimes that is rare with VRBO.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

I stayed here with four of my girlfriends and we were blown away by the cleanliness of the property and the beautiful decor throughout the condo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable which we loved! The sectional in the living room was amazing for our movie night and beyond comfy. The location was even better than we expected and it was so nice to have so much within walking distance. We also loved being on the first floor and so close to the pool! The beach front access was also only a few steps further and the beach attendants were very accommodating! We were sad to leave & can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Spot for a Family Vacation

We loved this home and property for our family vacation! The location is amazing. We enjoyed the beach (so close!), the pool, Crabby Steve's, and proximity to shopping and dining. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great week!

Convenient location to pool. Loved first floor access. Great area outside patio for small children to toddle. Beach and weather were fabulous. Had a group of 51 spread throughout complex, but met up frequently at pool and beach. Condo well furnished and kitchen well supplied. Fabulous trip. We’d come back.

Great Stay!

This is a great condo and Dwight the owner always makes sure everything is in great condition for our arrival. We have been coming to the 30a area for the last 18 years and this condo is our favorite for comfort and convenience.

30A Vacay

This was a return trip to this unit. Our family of 6 loves the size and convenience of the ground floor condo. We used the bikes, chairs and umbrella that are included in the rental. The kitchen is well stocked and starter paper and cleaning goods were provided. Beds and linens are comfortable and towels are thick and fluffy. Our 8 year old grandchild loved the lazy river pool. His parents enjoyed the convenience of Crabby Steve’s. You could easily unpack your car and never get back in it until time to leave for home. Even the security folks at this complex are pleasant! We highly recommend this unit at High Pointe.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at High Pointe! This unit was exceptionally well located, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It’s literally steps to the pool gate - so convenient with kids. We’re already planning our return trip, and will definitely be looking to stay in this unit again!
