This was our second visit at this property. It was very clean, the new refridgerator was a great upgrade. It was the perfect vacation for the six of us. There were extra chairs for the beach and the views of the beach from the three balconies was incredible. This will continue to be our go to for our family vacations as we love the property, the location and the amenities on the property.

Needs love

This property needs a little love and an update! * Remove all the fake plants. They are dust collectors and are on their last leg! * The floor was vacuumed but not mopped - dirty to the point of having to wash my feet before I got in the bed. * Rugs were also dirty and needed replaced!* slipcovers on sofa and dining chairs were not inviting at all. At the very least they needed laundered. * New curtains are needed. They were held together with safety pins. Also need privacy curtains in the master bath and not sheers. * In the floor of our master bedroom closet there were bags of playground sand and paint cans so we couldn’t hang anything that was long (dress, slacks, etc)* No grill. On the positive side, the condo property was very nice and the proximity to the beach was awesome!! Would definitely stay there again just not at this unit. Owners need to step up and improve on their unit.

Great location

This is my second time back. Location and view are wonderful. I love how you can walk from back door straight to beach. This time, unfortunately, was lacking in cleanliness. Sticky substance and dirt below couch; wrappers/dirt found in between cushions of same couch; our feet got dirty walking around without shoes/socks. Everything was supplied well except for batteries. Some of the controllers in bedrooms had batteries that no longer worked.

Another successful trip to Largo Mar!

Have stayed at Largo Mar in the past and this was our best trip yet. We have stayed at other properties before but our entire family requested that we rebook this location for next year. Can’t beat the walk to the water, updated furnishings, and cleanliness.

Beach Getaway

The property was perfect! Right on the beach and the quiet side of Thomas Dr. that we love. The size of the condo was perfect for our 4 adults and 3 children. If we come back with a party of this size we will definitely be staying here again. The only negative was the doors on the closets in the master bedroom and the washer and dryer were not on track and almost fell on one of the kiddos. The couches could use a good steam clean or new couch covers and it would be great if the carpet on the stairs leading to the master could be replaced with hardwood since the sand stays deep in the carpet. Other than those three minor things it was an amazing place and highly recommend.

This is the best part of Panama City Beach -- right off the sand!

We've rented properties around the well, world really and this was one of the nicest. The location is perfect. Literally the beach is right off the back patio and the view from every floor are breathtaking. Gorgeous sand and sunsets. The condo itself is very well decorated. Pretty wooden dining table, beachy accents without being tacky. Plenty of seating in living room and the decks off each floor expand the space so you have plenty of room to spread out. We stayed in March so fairly quiet. Neighbors we did meet were very friendly and parking was simple. Beds were comfortable, lots of spaces to sleep and relax. A couple of minor suggestions for the owner or rental company -- beach towels would be really helpful, more forks and a sharp set of knives or at least one or two decent knives. Honestly little things which did not detract from our stay. We would absolutely rent this property again and highly recommended!

Bachelorette Weekend

We rented this property for a 3 night bachelorette party weekend. Overall, we were impressed with the location, especially being able to walk immediately outside to the beach. We didn’t have any issues with check in, although the cleaning crew arrived before we had checked out. The property definitely could have been cleaner, and the floor seemed sandy when we arrived. The second floor shower didn’t drain well, and the light in that bathroom didn’t work, so we had to shower in the dark. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work either. We also wished there had been extra blankets available. Other than these minor issues, we had an excellent stay.

Great Location, Mediocre Cleanliness, Terrible Customer Service

First off, the good: The location of this complex in PCB couldn’t be better as you are out of the main tourist traffic areas but still maintain easy access to everything. Also, this unit is literally right on the beach and is so convenient for heading to the water’s edge. Now the not so good: The overall cleanliness of the unit was mediocre at best. Some of the more concerning cleanliness issues included a dried blood streak on the outside of the master bath tub, partially swept floors, a dirty plate on the floor immediately behind a chair in the master bedroom (if you were sweeping the floors, you couldn’t have missed it!), a dirty dishwasher interior with no dishes in it (not sure how that happens but I can take a guess and it isn’t very sanitary), dirty kitchen range top, and a master bath drain that was obviously mostly clogged with hair! Remember, these weren’t all the cleanliness issues but I want to keep from having to write a novel. The remote operated fans and main lights in both of the 2nd floor bedrooms did not work. I had to buy new remote batteries and reprogram the remotes/fans to get them to work. Now the bad: I contacted Vacasa, the property’s management company, upon first arrival about numerous issues with the Unit. Their initial response stated they were contacting local management and that they would be in contact in “a few moments”. Hours later I never heard anything back from them. After cleaning the dried blood and fixing the fans/lights, I let them know I fixed those issues. They responded with “Thank you for sharing the information” and then disappeared and nobody ever contacted me about the remaining items I brought up…ever. I also received an automated text inquiring about the unit’s cleanliness during this initial arrival period. I responded accordingly and was told that I would be contacted the next day regarding my rating which was a 3 out of 5. This all was over 3 weeks ago now and I still haven’t heard anything meaningful or even remotely helpful from Vacasa. I contacted Vacasa two days after returning home about the numerous issues and my dissatisfaction. Unsurprisingly, they said they were sorry for the inconvenience, would contact local management, and get back to me. Again, I have heard nothing. I understand things can happen and go wrong, but a true measure of quality is how one fixes something when it goes wrong. Vacasa’s terrible, non-existent customer service 100% failed at this!

Would stay there again, but...

The location is the best. The decor is amazing. The bedding in the upstairs master BR was fine. The bedding in the two bedrooms on the middle floor was awful. The sheets were so plastic feeling. There were no extra blankets for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. Just provide nice bedding and it will be so much better. Other than that, we absolutely loved the Largo Mar townhouse. We walked to Schooners several times and the food was delicious. It was great to walk there with the kids and just wear a coverup. Hope to stay there again sometime.

We loved our stay!

This rental was more than what we expected! We had plenty of room for my family and extended family. The access to the beach was perfect, right out the door. The balconies were nice and had great views. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Sweet 16

I took my daughter and her cousins and best friend for her birthday weekend and we had an amazing time. The place was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The vacasa call center people was amazing helping me get into the condo because I got checked in after hours and they made sure my keycode to get in worked before hanging up with me.
