PARADISE FOUND! Fronte mare, lusso moderno con il balcone più grande sulla spiaggia

L'edificio Watercrest è stato recentemente completamente rinnovato. Ogni finestra è stata sostituita, il cemento e lo stucco sono stati riparati, la nuova vernice e le passerelle e i balconi sono stati riemersi. È il complesso più nuovo e più luminoso sulla spiaggia. Come proprietari insieme al nostro HOA abbiamo speso 4. 3 milioni di dollari per questa ristrutturazione. Vieni a soggiornare nel nuovissimo complesso turistico sulla spiaggia !!! La nostra unità è stata recentemente rinnovata. Sdraio / ombrellone riservati inclusi nel prezzo !!! Siamo situati all'estremità della famiglia tranquilla della spiaggia, lontano dalla follia che è Front Beach Rd. Tuttavia, ristoranti e negozi (Pier Park) sono a pochi minuti di distanza. La nostra unità è stata completamente ristrutturata, nessuna spesa risparmiata. Nuovi elettrodomestici della Frigidaire Gallery in acciaio inossidabile, armadi e vanità personalizzati, granito dappertutto, nuova cabina doccia e bagni con rubinetti Moen in nichel spazzolato, lavatrice e asciugatrice frontali Whirlpool Duet. Intendo tutto nuovo. 3 TV LED Samsung a schermo piatto da 48 "a 55" tutte con servizio HD e servizio Xfinity DVR, Netflix e Prime Video .. WiFi ad alta velocità. Nuova pavimentazione in piastrelle di porcellana. Potrei andare avanti all'infinito su ciò che è nuovo, è rimasto solo il muro a secco originale e nemmeno tutto questo. I muri furono abbattuti per aprire lo spazio abitativo. La vista è spettacolare dall'unità di fine 16 ° piano 2 camere da letto 2 bagni 1400 piedi quadrati con balcone di 700 piedi quadrati intorno. Master King, 2 letti matrimoniali nella camera degli ospiti dormiranno 6. I tramonti sono fantastici e i delfini sono visti tutti i giorni. I servizi disponibili comprendono una piscina riscaldata, una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina per bambini, campi da tennis, shuffleboard e campi da squash al coperto. Sono incluse 2 sedie a sdraio riservate !!!!! Non c'è molto da aspettare per gli ascensori, i piani più alti hanno ascensori dedicati. Non rimarrete assolutamente delusi dal vostro soggiorno.

Spring break

We are so grateful for this condo! The weather was less than great the week we were there. But the condo was so comfortable that we didn’t mind staying inside part of the time. We had a great time playing games with our kids. The patio was amazing beds were great and it wa soo clean! Whoever cleans for them needs a pay raise! Lol I’ve stayed at many Vrbo’s. It was by far the cleanest. The managers were amazing going above and beyond! If I go back to pcb I will definitely book this condo again.

Just beautiful!

The 180 degree wraparound balcony with views of both the ocean and city is what makes this a unique and amazing place to stay! This is on the quieter end of the beach so perfect for families that want to avoid all the large crowds and partying. It is on the 16th floor but we never waited more than a minute for the elevator. Check-in was easy - we did have the wrong code for the door but we called and they got it all worked out in a jiffy. The place was very clean, well-maintained, with nice modern decor. The only issue we had is the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. I notified the host and it wasn’t resolved during our stay but hopefully it was fixed afterward. It wasn’t a big deal to us, but if it is to you, you may want to inquire before booking. Lots to do and eat in the area - most of it isn’t exactly walking distance, but only a very short drive. We LOVED Gypsea Crepes and stopped there every day! Parking was free and there were always open spots. The beach is amazing- soft white sand, lots of shells. There’s a little tiki bar by the heated pool, a little on the pricy side but the workers were very friendly. The host was very responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Nice stay

We were reluctant to book in Panama City, as we usually stay in Destin or Ft. Walton area, we aren't fans of crowds. To our surprise North Panama City was perfect. The condo itself was great, it was certainly home away from home, it was clean and comfortable.

Best place I've stayed in PCB

I think this is my go-to place to stay in PCB. No long wait for elevators, place is pristine and we'll decorated, and the view is spectacular.

Property was phenomenal and up to date. Great views, very clean, just perfect. Only issue was there was no remote for DVD player. So, Netflix and the Redbox movies we rented weren’t an option. I emailed asking about it but didn’t hear back. Overall I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Great Place Right on the Beach!

This place was everything it advertised! The location is great, right on the beach, and a short drive away from many local attractions. The views from the balcony were amazing. There was plenty of space for our group of 4. Groups of 8 may not feel the same, as the common area might get a little cozy, but for us it was perfect. The beds are really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome to relax in/by. The security guard patrolling the area was very friendly and not overly enforcing all of the rules that were written (she still wanted people to have a good time while not getting too out of hand). The ice maker in the freezer is not fast enough to keep up, so keep that in mind. There were also only 4 rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay, so you will have to purchase extras. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook (there are even some spare spices in the cupboard). Overall this place was great and we'd definitely stay here again!

Loved the king bed! Ripley’s believe it or not, go carting, etc only a few minutes drive away! Very many places to eat! Owner had quick communication. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Unit with a View

This unit is absolutely incredible!! It’s immaculately cared for, decorated beautifully and everything it says it is and more! Everything in the unit is new and fresh! The beds are very comfortable. We slept six people and were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed for all meals. The balcony is such a nice place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Excellent access to elevators. Access to the beach and pool were easy. The Watercrest property is very clean and everyone is very nice. The pool area is clean and well kept. The pool is chilled which was nice. Security was always on site and visible. The unit comes with a set of beach chairs we used daily. We rented additional chairs. Note when you rent chairs, try to get on the right side, away from the public beach access side. Unfortunately the management of the beach set up does not enforce their rule of no one setting up in front of the rental chairs. We had people set up in front of us every day, they did not have wrist bands and when we asked the rental person to ask them to move he said he can’t do anything about it unless they set up a tent. It wasn’t a day killer, but disappointing to pay to rent a chair and have people sit in front of you. Fabulous trip and would definitely recommend you taking advantage of this beautiful condo!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the beach. We cooked dinner once while we were there and found the kitchen to be fully stocked. The included concierge beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus each day! We spotted dolphins and rays from the balcony while enjoying coffee in the mornings. Very clean and the use of the washer/ dryer was a plus. Being able to walk to Schooners for lunch, or come up quickly from the beach to restock cooler made for a super easy lunch transition. Our family enjoyed the refreshing pool And hot tub area as well. The owner was quick and responsive when we had trouble figuring out the door code. Thank you so much for loaning us your special Space for our vacation!

Perfect!

Had a wonderful stay with my family and would definitely book again. Pool, beach, chair service and Tiki bar was all great and the building was well maintained. Location was perfect for us, close to St. Andrew's state park and the marinas. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and the deck was the perfect spot to sit and relax to watch the sunset every night.

Great Beachfront rental

The room was great w at was a huge balcony. Amazing views and plenty if room for family and friends. The only disappointment was that customer service was terrible. The person on the other side of the phone had a bad attitude and did not have good manners. So disappointed and definitely made our stay a little less pleasant. Overall, great place.

Such a beautiful condo and beach view!

Wow, such a clean, updated condo! The wrap around balcony was amazing. You have a view of the beach from everywhere! The property also has a tiki bar for when you're chillin at the beach or pool. The owners, Chase and Sherry were so easy to communicate with, and very sweet people. Overall, this was such a wonderful trip/experience! We'll definitely stay here again!
