Questa unità appena dipinta e ristrutturata si trova sul lato più conveniente del complesso, a pochi passi dal garage (si può andare direttamente all'unità dal garage), ufficio, centro fitness (3 piani sotto), vista oceano piscina sul tetto, spiaggia e Wall-Mart. Ha un tappeto nuovo di zecca, mobili nuovi di zecca, una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice / asciugatrice, viste mozzafiato sulla fontana e molto altro ancora. Il complesso Laketown Wharf Resort offre cinque piscine condivise, vasche idromassaggio, parco giochi per bambini, centro fitness completamente attrezzato, parcheggio coperto e altro ancora. Il più grande resort con alcuni dei migliori valori di Panama City Beach e, a pochi passi dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Panama City. Completamente ristrutturato appartamento al 6 ° piano.

The room needs extra attention for cleaning. Dusting and furniture needs to be moved periodically for cleaning behind nights, etc. There was candy left on the headboard and the dust on the headboards was thick. The dust behind the nightstand was thick. (I took pictures) The beach items needs to be replaced. I would stay at that room again however the property needs some SERIOUS UPDATING. Being on the 2nd floor was a BONUS the elevators were OUT OF CONTROL. Someone got stuck in them on two separate times. The wait time was ridiculous and they were not fitting for the price you have to pay. The Comfort Inn has a better operating elevator. Need some kind of air vent where the bunk beds are located. Thanks for the use of your property however since you are an owner it would be nice if you spoke up to get the property upgraded. I heard a lot of people saying they will be staying somewhere else. I’m usually in Panama at least 3 to 4 times a year and it serves better to stay closer to the pier.

We Love staying at the wharf

We have stayed here for the last 2 years. Both stays were great. Property owner is readily available, willing to answer questions and handles any issues that may come up promptly. We will definitely stay again. 🙂

Summer vacation

There was a mixup with VRBO and our check in code never came. I reached out to the property manager with my confirmation and he was able to get us in the room and have it cleaned ASAP. After that initial mixup the vacation was fantastic. We enjoyed our trip and will definitely book here again!

Nice place to stay while in PCB

We had an amazing time! Ate at pineapple Willy's right across the street and had the beach easily accessable. Parking on the 2nd floor of the garage and walking over on the little bridge was perfect. The elevators were our only issue but thankfully this unit is on the 2nd floor and we could take the stairs just fine to the gym or the ground floor. Its location was perfect! There was food all around us and a Walmart across the street! We watched the light show every night from the balcony which worked out great for our group too. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work BUT there was so many utensils we never needed to wash any by hand. Great unit. Great location and pools.

Great beach condo

Wonderful condo for a family. It had everything needed for a great beach vacation. Great location to stores and restaurants. This one will stay on our list. Kids have already ask to get this same condo next year!!

Perfect Condo

Getting to the room was so easy. Park in the parking deck on the second floor and bam room right there. So perfect and so easy! The room was very clean and the decor was great for us adults and the kids area was perfect for them. Choosing this room meant not having to wait on the crazy slow elevators; since you could easily walk down the steps or the parking deck if we had coolers to roll. Suggest…clean out the garbage disposal; it had several things in it. :) We will be saving this as a favorite room and will for sure try to rent it again. :)

We stayed in this exact room last summer and we booked it again because it is clean, the owner responds quickly, it’s a quick walk to the beach, pineapple willys, and it had everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach towels, toys for sand castles and a wagon to carry everything. Less for us to pack. 🙌👏

Owner provided everything needed for a great vacation. Beach toys and wagon for fun in the sand. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Great appliances and plenty of towels. Sofa bed needs more linen and padding. Furniture is beautiful and decorations are gorgeous. Perfect for everyone.

Rental process was a breeze. We were happy with the price and the size of the condo. The theme wasn’t something we were looking for but we went with it. Bathrooms were clean and bedding was clean. Great coffee maker and quite fridge. We made good use of washer and drier. Really enjoyed the music/light show each night off the balcony. The second floor location in proximity to the parking deck was great. We walked over to the parking deck elevators and avoided the wait at the other one. Or use the stairs. Heads up for families: This property is located right in front of Pineapple Willy’s. The beach was soooo crowded with college age “kids” and the new fad is thongs. They were EVERYWHERE. No modesty at all, not to mention drinking and very fowl language. After day two we drove 10 minutes east to public beach access 16. Much less crowded and plenty of parking.

Great location

Wonderful location with every amenity. The condo had everything you would need, new appliances, beach chair and towels, tv, video games etc. The place was artfully decorated with beautiful views of the lake. The only downside was we didn’t have access to any of the resort amenities (gym, pools, restaurants, coffee shop) or the beach because the resort was on lockdown due to covid-19. Make sure you check to see if these will be available before you book.
