  • Aggiornamento di maggio 2019: un nuovo set di tavolo e sedie da balcone è stato aggiunto per il divertimento dei nostri ospiti!

    La cucina ha ripiani in granito e dotati di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Oltre ai normali elettrodomestici da cucina, troverete un tostapane, una macchina da caffè, un forno a microonde, utensili da cucina, pentole, padelle, porcellana e molto altro. Nella sala da pranzo troverai un delizioso tavolo che può ospitare sei persone comodamente. Troverai anche sgabelli da bar intorno al bancone per sedersi ancora di più.

    Il soggiorno è stato splendidamente arredato con un divano letto, sedie laterali, tavoli, lampade, ventilatore a soffitto e grande TV a schermo piatto e un DVD per l'intrattenimento.

    Dalla zona giorno, la porta scorrevole si apre su un balcone di grandi dimensioni con vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Messico. L'arredamento del patio è fornito per mangiare o rilassarsi. Questo è un ottimo posto per guardare tramonti o albe. Inoltre, un posto favoloso per radunarsi e giocare a giochi da tavolo con la famiglia! Se non ti rilassi sulla spiaggia, ti consigliamo di essere su questo balcone!

    La master suite è dotata di un letto king size, comode lenzuola e TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno principale ha una combinazione vasca / doccia e un grande piano di lavoro. La porta scorrevole si apre sul balcone dove è possibile vedere la spiaggia o ascoltare i suoni sottili delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva.

    La seconda camera da letto ha due letti full size, lenzuola comode e un televisore a schermo piatto.

Great location and great condo for an off season long weekend. Weather was great. We especially enjoyed the balcony and convenience of the chair service. Greta’s management co was responsive when we had a question.

Everything was great, view, cleanliness, accessibility to beach. Response from property maintenance was prompt and efficient when the air-conditioning stopped working. Only downfall would be the beds are not that comfortable, but that alone would not stop me from visiting again. Definitely an A1 place to stay!!

Great location

This condo was nice. We had plenty of room and everything was working well. The beds are comfy and it is clean. I really enjoyed having the app to use for all communication. It made the process very simple! The only issue is if you use the oven when you open it up it sets of the smoke alarms. I think it is because it senses the heat since it is in the kitchen.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented now from Gretas’s rentals five or six times over the years. Whenever we have had an issue during the stay they are very quick to respond. Our master bed mattress was less then comfortable this last stay, I reached out and they were quick to respond however weren’t able to switch out the mattress during our stay. So I can’t give a five star rating. Also, the indoor pool had worms all over the walls. I realize this is more of an issue with the building rather then the condo itself but it was disappointing since the weather was cold and the kids would have liked the indoor pool.

Love Ocean Reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time at Ocean Reef. It's our 3rd year staying in the same place and condo. I was a tad disappointed in the cleanliness. One shower had no drain cover so you could see all the hair just stuck from previous people and the other shower had so much gunk in the drains that we didn't use it due to the tub filling up ankle deep due to clog and it was gross. The floor was quite dirty, our bare feet were black day 1. We found a pair of underwear and socks from a previous stay under the bed. Under the beds and furniture, it is just sitting dust so like I said we love the place, but the cleanliness and shower situation wasn't great. I hope they get it taken care of. I left a similar review last year so here's hoping this reaches someone.

Great Getaway with terrible elevators

This is our second year staying at one of Greta's properties, and we were excited to. We love the balcony overlooking the coastline, the room easily sleeps 5-6 people and comes with everything you need to feel like home. The pools and sauna were very nice as well as the access to the beach directly. The only issues we had were dust allergies so a deeper clean would be helpful, and the elevator was a problem. We got there with only 2 out of 3 working and were down to only one for all 163 units during the busy Memorial Day weekend. We were one of the groups of people that were stuck in elevator number 2 and ended up having to call the Fire Service to be rescued. While there, we looked at the Service Certificate and it said the elevator certificate expired in August of 2024! Several of the ladies in there including one of the people I was traveling with experienced claustrophobia and terror after the incident. Tenants who had been there before said the same thing happened last year. We love the condo itself, and the property amenities, but elevators that aren't serviced and break down trapping people (we weren't the only ones last weekend) are unacceptable.

First PCB Trip!

We have always gone to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach because we have small kids and it’s a little closer. I had been seeing the beautiful blue waters at PCB for a few years so we decided to go this year. Wow, we were blown away! This is the largest condo we’ve ever stayed in, the nicest people we’ve ever encountered, and honestly the easiest most laid back vacation we’ve had to date. We will continue to make this drive every year and continue to book with Greta’s Beach Rentals! The only issue we had was the thermostat kept changing, I submitted a form and within 2 hours was called and it was fixed immediately. The best service hands down! Super convenient and especially nice for families!

September 2022 Stay

My stay was GOOD My Twins had a GREAT time for their 13th Bday. The Condo was GREAT...I felt like home! And the Price was VERY NICE for the things they was offered...I will definitely be staying there for now on out!!
