Vieni a rilassarti nella nostra spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia che si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla piscina condominiale. Le meravigliose acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico sono a 3-4 minuti a piedi.

Questa casa offre serenità e pace, mentre solo un breve tragitto in auto a negozi, ristoranti e altre attrazioni terrificanti. La nostra casa si trova appena fuori dalla 30-A (a nord del Golfo) e si trova vicino alle comunità di Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Watersound e Seaside. Going to Destin è a 25 minuti di macchina a ovest, e Panama City è a 25 minuti di macchina a est.

La casa dispone di un ampio soggiorno aperto con un HDTV intelligente da 50 pollici con DVR. Per la vostra comodità, offriamo ai nostri ospiti telefonate interurbane gratuite negli Stati Uniti e servizio internet wireless gratuito (portare il proprio computer). Gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e armadietti personalizzati rendono la cucina un luogo ideale per preparare un pasto veloce o intrattenere familiari e amici. La zona pranzo comprende un tavolo per 6 persone e un bar per 3 persone. Inoltre, si può prendere l'alba o il tramonto mentre si gusta il tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e le sedie su un portico appena fuori dalla grande sala.

Riposo e relax si scoprono nelle tre master suite (2 regine e 1 doppia) ciascuna con il proprio bagno e TV LCD a schermo piatto. Due delle tre camere dispongono di TV a schermo piatto 19 '(una con lettore DVD) e un Nintendo Game Cube (2). L'altra camera da letto (queen) ha una TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici senza un lettore DVD. I bambini adoreranno avere il proprio spazio da frequentare. Si divertiranno anche a giocare sul Nintendo Game Cube (in due delle tre camere da letto). Un'ulteriore caratteristica speciale che rende questa casa unica, è l'area a castello, che contiene un set di letti a castello integrati. Infine, due delle tre camere da letto hanno una radio sveglia IPOD / I-Phone con stazione di ricarica. Ce n'è anche uno situato nella grande sala al piano superiore.

Potrai godere di tutti i comfort di casa nel nostro cottage sulla spiaggia. La vicinanza al bellissimo Golfo del Messico e alla piscina sono solo dei bonus. Infine, per la vostra tranquillità, il nostro manager di proprietà si trova a pochi minuti da casa.

We started staying in magnolia cottages for Thanksgiving week and summer break 8 years ago. We really enjoyed this year at Blue Skies. Close walk to beach. Clean home with plenty of beds, linens, and cookware. Exactly as advertised. Will definitely book again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay except for one misleading benefit. We were told we had PRIVATE beach access. When you get down to the beach you are quickly pushed down to the crowded public beach. I have stayed in Magnolia Cottages for several years and have always had PRIVATE beach access. That’s been a big draw for me coming back year after year. Not sure I will be returning because of this BIG change. It really left me with negative overall experience. LOVE the area, quaint cottages and family atmosphere. That needs to be communicated appropriately.

This amazing house was perfect for a week long getaway to the most beautiful beaches in the souther US. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect being just a few steps from the beach and a pool. 10/10 would stay here again!

We come to the 30A area often, and this might be our favorite house we’ve rented! It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We typically try to stay on the beach side because of the accessibility with kids. The walk to the beach from this house is very easy, and this is with two toddlers and a 5 year old. Keep in mind you do have to come down a large dune, so be prepared for a lot of steps. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. It was well stocked. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with the living and kitchen upstairs. The home had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. We will definitely rent again!

The property was great, nicely laid out and well furnished. Only issue and a minor one was the fan in the guest bedroom with two twin beds did not work. Either due to mechanical issues, but I think it was battery in remote. Otherwise great, close to everything we love to do. Pool diagonally across street and beach access directly across the road! Last thing I will say and I think it’s an area issue and not the unit but cell reception (Verizon?) was absolutely terrible and quite the challenge in house, parking apps, and in shops and restaurants. 30A needs to step up their infrastructural! Would easily stay here again. Thanks

The location, amenities, and property were exactly what we were looking for. The property was perfect for our family of 5. Outside the crowds right at Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys while being walkable and bikeable to East and west communities. We also enjoyed the access to a private beach where we did not have to fight for a spot during spring break. Another bonus was the majority of renters in this area were families. We felt confident letting our 3 kids go back and forth to the house without us.

I stayed with my wife and two kids. Magnolia Cottages are in a quiet location right across from the beach. We had access to the pool and beach was 5 min walk away. Property was well kept and property manager was prompt to reply to a couple questions we had. We enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the area and then grilling out on the charcoal Webber. Grocery store close by and great location for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs as well so this made getting ready a snap and save a lot of time. We’ll seriously consider again for our next visit.

Beach access was just a few minutes away!! Easy to get in and out of neighborhood. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. The pool temperature was amazing. The weather was a little chill. So perfect to sit on the beach then was off and head to the pool!! Great home!! Fabulous location to Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary!Home had everything I needed and more for my family of 6! Second home stayed at in this neighborhood and will continue to stay!!

The house was just as described. It was VERY hot in Florida (we come every year) with over 90% humidity at times. The home did get warm (top floor) during the day but cooled down at night. Homeowner was very responsive when we called questioning if it was something we were doing. He came by while we were out and checked everything to make sure everything was as it should be and was able to adjust the speed on the extremely high ceiling fan. That helped a lot. We would keep the drapes closed during the hottest part of the day as well and kept all shades/drapes closed on bottom floor as well. This kept the house cool. Having TVs in all the rooms was a bonus. We only got rain once while we were here, YAY! The neighborhood is quiet with only families or well behaved adults. There were no issues at all, which I cannot say for some places we have stayed. There is a light going up at Watersound Parkway so we dealt with a LOT of traffic going into Rosemary, opposite end of Seaside. Grocery shop and make lunches. Restaurants were all on an hour or longer wait. One suggestion...there is a motion light at the back entrance but it did not always work and it is VERY DARK in the evenings. Great for sleep but dangerous coming in late.

This house was perfect for our family. The layout worked well for us, and there was more than enough space for our group of five. The communication with the property manager was quick and friendly. We especially appreciated the prompt response after I accidentally broke the glass coffee pot; a new one was brought to us the next morning! The home is lovely and the location is just what we wanted. It is biking distance to the popular spots, but not in the middle of the crowd. We enjoyed cooking in on most nights. The kitchen and dining area was well suited for that. We had a wonderful time!!!

The property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and very close to the property pool. The house had everything that we needed, was clean, and had more than enough space for a family of five. Very close drive to Rosemary Beach although it would be a long walk. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again!

Location is really great. Your just diagonally across from the front pool and a 3 minute or less walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. I would suggest renting chairs to make the beach easy. The 4 porches are nice , especially the one off the master bedroom. Very lush back yard area with potted ferns to finish out the isolated feeling all while being only a few steps from the cobblestone roadway. It was fun to spend time out there . The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen. The property manager was courteous and very responsive to anything we asked for.

What a wonderful beach house! Excellent location with a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked, owner thought of everything. Loved the layout with multiple porches and separate living space from bedrooms. Not a far drive to the HUB or Seaside - would definitely stay here again!
